Called every towing company in the Tyler area after our car broke down on a busy highway. Called Liberty and the driver (Romero?) called back immediately. He arrived on time and was quick to get us towed back home, nearly an hour away. He was a lifesaver for two women stranded on the side of the road. Timely, professional, and friendly. Price was also more than fair. Would definitely recommend!

Obviously Im mad because someone towed my car here, but it aint their fault. Everyone was very polite, they have a cute little shop dog, and my towtruck driver mr Romero is a really friendly guy and made conversation with me all the way out to Hawkins.

They steal out of your car

Predatory towing company, they cruise around resident parking lots and tow your car away for 300$ each. Feeding their children with peoples hard earned money and tears :)

This is a terrible tow company. I was involved in an accident with a deer and I reached out to this company for assistance towing my vehicle back to my home. The tow truck driver supposedly could not locate the vehicle and instead of calling me for assistance, they decided to leave and not return my phone calls after 3 hours of waiting.

Called 2 other towing services, both having a higher rate as well as wanting an additional charge for “after hours”. Travis, with Liberty Towing, not charging an after hours fee, met me at the vehicle and was actually interested in more than just towing the truck off. He was so nice and helpful. He knew the problem, quickly crawled under the truck and fixed it so it could be driven and gave us the diagnosis to give the repair shop once we take it in. Any other service would have simply hooked the vehicle up and towed it, charging the extra fee. Travis discounted the charge, taking the tow charge off, even though he made the trip out fairly far and after 10:00pm. Liberty Towing will be our first call from now on! He made a hard situation much less stressful, saving us time and trouble.

Horrible company to do business with, call any other tow company but these people, very unprofessional. Other reviews state they are thieves, I also have to agree with that.

2014 Ford truck wouldnt start while fueling up at the Valero station in Tyler. Called Campbells towing and told them we were from out of town and they said they could be there in 30-40 minutes to tow us to Tyler Ford Dealership and itd be $175. After an hour, I called back and they said they were on their way. Another 30 minutes passed and while waiting a Liberty tow truck pulled up to refuel. My husband asked him if he could tow us and he called his office and got another wrecker there to tow our trailer and it was only $80 to tow our truck and trailer. Super fast and polite. Definitely would use them again!!

They Repod vehicle on a 10/18, got it paid to pick it up on 10/27, Went there to pick up vehicle, battery, trailer hitch, all the fuses and relays, and spare tires were missing.And they busted a side window that they said was done in transit to the yard but failed to mention that anytime I talked to them. And on top of that they sent the vehicle to an auction yard after they were informed with the release to owner paperwork...

My car was towed and they were very helpful returning it to me in a timely manner. I appreciate their help with quickly releasing my car, even though it was after hours.

The customer service here is terrible. Their dispatchers have an attitude and poor soft skills.

Beware they will try to add extra fees on you bill. Damage your vehicle during their inspection. The ladys in the office will slow down the process of getting your vehicle. Especially Sharon.. Tow truck drivers could carless about your property..DO NOT USE CALL CAMBELL OR CROW..This placewill make you feel like a criminal.

They cruse parking lots on Sunday nights to grab cars, then charge $295. Nobody calls them to tow the car, they just go out and do it on their own. It may be legal, but it is also mean-spirited and listening to the driver on the telephone, it seems he enjoys it. In addition, it took 20 minutes of calls to get them to admit they took my car.

They steal belongings from vehicles then on the paperwork say they are not responsible for lost or missing belongings. Even steal from a disabled veterans.

My grandson was in an accident and Liberty Tow explained the process of what would happen next. Went to their office to get belongings out of the truck, she was very professional and understanding. They took the stress out of a stressful situation. Thank you!!

I did not want to give any stars to SCAMMING RACKET running individuals! My car was pulled out of my employers parking garage because the awesome Safelite guy needed more room to work on my car. Pulled it into a vacant/for sale building directly across street of my exit gate to the repairman! I saw the property owner Dr. Wiley Roosth during this process and he saw me pulling up to the Safelite van! He replaced the seal around my windshield in about 35-40 minutes and left my car at 3:50. At 4:00 I walked to my car to find it gone! Long story short the towing company were waiting in hiding for the repairman to leave and in literally 10 minutes had hooked up and taken my car! My car had not even reached the tow company 5 miles away when they were contacted. They 1st gave me the price of $295 to get my car in a under 30 minute time frame of towing and me getting there!After my rage that was going to happen she dropped it to $250! So this total racket scam makes like $12 a minute!!! Very bad people running this scam!

These people are jerks. They towed a buddies car about 1/4 mile and charged over $250. The wrecker driver was some sort of hillbilly redneck on a power trip because he drives a bigger truck than most people. Girls in the office were no better than the driver. I wouldnt recommend these people to anyone. If they can get away with $250 for a 1/4 mile tow I am going to get into the towing business.

I didnt even want to give 1 star, but it wouldnt let me post otherwise. They towed my vehicle over a huge misunderstanding. When I went to get the vehicle the next day, they didnt have it! They had dropped it at another car dealership at night where it was not protected. The vehicle was later picked up by another towing company which was in Hallsville, because my vehicle looked like an abandoned vehicle. Not only were my keys in Tyler, my car in Hallsville (which they neglected to tell me they didnt have after 4 hours of waiting to get it back) but they stole cds out of my car that belonged to my daughter and they stole my front license plate! Im filing a complaint with the BBB and with TDLR. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR KEYS! Their white trash drivers are thieves and the women were useless!

Called at 5:45am to have them unlock my door so i could go to work. Asi it would be hour and a half be for he could be out and i agreed. Its now 7:46 and i called only to have the guy tell me he forgot about me ans fell back asleep. These guys are a joke btw he was gonna charge $125 to unlock my truck
