A rip off for sure and I worked for a towing company and know the prices. I would never recommend them for any towing or recovery services.

I had my semi-truck broke down in Van, TX. Called Fullers, and within one hour they picked up the truck and towed it to a repair shop. Fast service, reasonable price. Highly recommended.

All I had was a question, and the tyler 24/7 operator acted very irritated with me. I mean, it was 8 pm and outside of lobby business hours but the website says open 24/7. If you don’t want to answer questions about an impounded vehicle that *you* have possession of you probably shouldn’t contract with smith county sheriffs office for business. I’m actually very angry about how I was treated on the phone. I’m very sorry I had to call back to get some information on my best friends car. Sorry I had the audacity to bother you about what you get paid for. I’d post less stars if I could.

Had an Accident at 3 in the morning earlier this week. I called around to get a few quotes and Fullers was the lowest i got.Brandon (i think thats his name) got to me about 20 minutes after being dispatched, hooked up in less than 10 and we were on our way. Awesome experience, couldnt ask for more

My Range broke down, they were fast and prompted. They manage to get my car to my mechanics shop faster than expected!

My work truck got stuck at a customer location on the south side of the county and was leaning bad. After calling around town Fullers was the most professional with customer service on the phone and gave the shortest eta to come get me. They showed up within 45 min and had me out in no time!!!! The driver was beyond professional and helpful!!!!! Ohhh and the bill I got was not what I thought I would get! Much lower and competitive with anybody I called and was quoted! Thanks Fullers Towing!!!! Will be using you for my work and personal tow’s from now on!!!!!!!!

We broke down about 5 minutes out of lindale and one of thier supervisers just happoned to be driving by. He pulled over helped me and my wife push our car to the sholder and called one of the tow trucks to take us home. The driver was awsome as well.I HIGHLY recomend this service(Cherper than crow too)

I had a great experience with Fullers! My car broke down in Whitehouse, and MJ Nelson was quick and efficient with my tow! He kept me updated on when he picked up/dropped off (on the other side of Tyler from Whitehouse). I wouldnt use any other towing service again. 100% recommend to friends and family! They make the experience less dreadful for sure. You can tell customer service is a top priority for them! Thank you Fullers!
