Absolutely love Ashleys work. Shop prices are a tad higher than other shops but they do a wonderful job. Oh and the deluxe pedicure by Tommy is a must have!

I went earlier today with my sister in law. And i just loved the service they where all so nice and payed good attention to us. At the end i was happy with my nails and for the first time my nails all look good not one is bothering me.😌❤️I recommend this place to everyone. I will most likely be coming back!!

I just had my nails done on Saturday. gel polish. Today is Monday and theyve chipped. And are all tacky underneath. I knew she was rushing, and also thinned out my nails so badly theyre bending where its chipped. Horrible quality. And I came in with a friend, and it wasnt until she was halfway finished with my nails that she asked about my friend. She ended up not getting her nails done on principle. Ridiculous.

This was my first time here. This is the only nail salon I want to go to. The time, care and attention that the nail tech put into my nails was amazing. As long as Im in East Texas this is my place!!! 💖

I always will go here it was my 3rd time visiting and i love them! They had a new guy work on my nails but even he did an fantastic job! I think this is the best nail salon in Tyler. This is the best nail place in Tyler! I wasn’t happy about my pedicure and they went above and beyond. I also went on to get the best dip nails I have ever had! I have been struggling to find a good nail salon! I have found one finally! Nails look great and I love that they cared about making me happy! I never do reviews but today’s visit needed one! Wanted a simple design painted on bare nails with no tips. I was told that they can’t do my specific design because you have to do it with gel nail polish. Not only did they not show me what polish could be used, but they also did not listen to what I wanted. I then chose just plain black painted nails and I told them that I wanted my ring finger to be pink and they did NOT paint the ringer finger the color that I wanted. They were painted all black, which is something that I did not want. I will not return to this place.

My friend Brook uses this place to have her nails done, i have to say they done an awesome job. Recently she took her daughter and my granddaughter and theirs turned out awesome as well...

I love this place! The entire staff is incredibly kind. I have had several fill-ins here and my nails have never looked better. Luxii (pronounced Lucy) has been amazing. I will definitely continue to visit Magic Nails.

My first experience at Magic nails was so awesome that I had no choice, but to come back again! After moving from MS to Texas a little over a year ago, I struggled finding someone to meet my expectations and this nail salon had did just that!Each time I have went, Yen has performed my full set manicures and let me just say that this woman is on point - detailed orientated, doesn’t rush, gentle, polite, etc! Luxii has designed my nails once and she also was the same as Yen! Each time I got my pedicures, the gentleman also did an outstanding job! It only took me a year to find the perfect fit, but I’m so glad that I didn’t give up hope before I did!

I took my girlfriend there last night and they did what she asked for the guy that did her nails did an excellent work. The people there where nice and polite.

I went there and my experience was not as good as I had expected. They were very rough when they grab your hand, I was there for 3hrs for 2 different services (2 eyebrow waxings and 2 acrylic sets). They kept going to other clientele and I sat there for 30 minutes soaking my hands in acetone. They have no set prices or price board, they give the prices after they do the services. Some of the other employees would give you a bad look and talk disrespectfully or ignore you completely when spoken too. They did not listen very well to what I asked for and they argued when asked to do what I picked out and what they have advertised on social media.My nails look good and the quality is great otherwise but somethings regarding thier service could be a lot better.

My first time going was amazing!! I got the dip nails, pedi, & eyebrow wax here!! I felt really relaxed and felt like they did more than a good job - everything was excellent!! I recommend going here!! Good prices, good customer service, excellent work! I have already gone back for my eyebrow and will be going back for more!

I just got an acrylic set from Katie and I have never had my nails look this good! She was so sweet and did a super thorough job. Hands down the best set ever. I’m sitting here looking for flaws and cannot find any. I think my boyfriend is getting annoyed because I won’t stop talking about it, so I had to tell google 💁🏻‍♀️

I had a great experience here. The inside is relaxing, well decorated, and very clean. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. My nail tech took her time and the result was a near perfect gel manicure that has lasted over two weeks. I will definitely be coming back.

I was in Tyler for work and it was great, Katie was amazing, really professional and friendly and I left feeling very relaxed and happy with how the entire service was. She also did her best to fit me in for a last-minute treatment I wanted to do, all the staff was really helpful. The staffs were also very friendly and they quickly offered me something to drink whilst I waited. I am definitely coming back!!

Oh wow, this nail salon is awesome. They have great decor with fantastic service that I have ever tried. It is simple but has everything that I need reasonable prices, comfortable chairs and great services. The staffs and owner were so friendly and professional. I came right after hitting the gym, feeling very bummed and tired. I usually get a pedicure once a month, you know, for hygiene and looks, but the girl who took care of me was the best and made a simple pedicure lift me up all the way. I loved it, and she made me feel good all over again. Thanks to all this team that work super hard at this business.

Today was my first time at Magic Nails. I had the Magic Pedicure by technician Tan. Tan gave me the BEST pedicure I have ever had in my entire life!! From start to finish she is fabulous!! All I can say about my experience... absolutely AMAZING!!! From the time I walked in there was this sweet girl behind the front desk helping that was so precious, everyone was so pleasant and courteous! Nothing seemed too hurried, yet I didnt have to wait very long at all, less than 15 minutes. The staff even seemed happy to be there and not stressed. My entire experience was so peaceful and relaxing, so much so that I kept dozing off in the massage chair! AND to top it off, I found my favorite so very sweet and the VERY best manicure nail technician that I had lost track off...Yen!! Magic Nails & Spa will now be my new LOVE!! Between Yen and Tan, these two wonderful ladies will not only give you the best Mani and Pedi, but they are both so very sweet and genuinely care about each person! The entire environment is warm and inviting!!

Visited magic for the first time today with a friend and absolutely LOVED it! I showed her a picture of what I wanted done and the end result matched the picture down to the last flower! We arrived around 7 and they stayed past closing to finish our nails without rushing us! Will definitely be going back and I HIGHLY recommend this place!

I was nervous because of the one star reviews but this place is AMAZING! I came in for their signature pedi and couldn’t be happier. The atmosphere is very relaxing and feels high class without the price. I can’t recommend them enough.

Ive been coming here off and on for over a year. I always go back after trying other salons. I get the dip and they always last 3 weeks or longer. Great customer service by Kim and one other woman. Kim almost always does my nails and does a fantastic job. Dont listen to bad reviews, just try the people that people have named with good service.

HORRIBLE experience. The younger guy that works there is rude and does shoddy work at best. Customer service is definitely lacking. They charge extra for acrylic nail length and nail shape lmao! $5 extra for a coffin shape. But they wont tell you that until you check out... The same young guy that works there (dont know his name) told me Do not change your polish again, even though the whole reason I had to change it in the first place was because he lied to me about what nail polish colors also have the gel polish that accompanies it. Super rude. I wrote a more in depth review but my phone refreshed and erased it all. Sorry ☹️ bottom line is, take your money else where if you want quality work and a place that values you as a customer.

Ive only gotten my nails done 4 times before and this is by far the BEST place I have been. Every time I got them done, I went somewhere new because the previous place was either rude, tried to take advantage of my lack of knowledge, rushed through my nails, or were overly rough. However, I will 100% be back to this salon! David (I believe was his name) did my nails and even though he wasnt much of a talker, he still spoke when I said things to him. Also, he made sure I was comfortable and was very gentle with my fingers when he turned them or moved from finger to finger. Very impressed with their nail service and their customer service! Highly recommend him and this salon.

Wendy did my pedicure today and she was so nice, she listened when I told her not to cut my skin so short because of how it grows in. She was very nice and gentle with the zester on my heels. She has a warm smile and definitely will be back.The customer service is amazing compared to everyone in town- by far, will my favorite place to go to.Give them a try!

Decided to try it since there were only a couple of bad reviews, but I shouldve listened to the bad reviews. Not only were the people rude, the polish was thin (could see my nail completely) and they refused to do more than 3 coats, even if you request it. Tried to ask politely for them to fix it, but they made a scene about it and were even ruder than before! Never making the mistake of going back to that place again.

WONDERFUL experience! I had my nails done at another salon in Tyler a few weeks ago and was very disappointed to say the least since my toes were sloppy, the polish was streaky and I left BLEEDING from the manicure. Tried this place and it was totally different- my toes are perfect and so are my nails (shellac polish). He was gentle and thorough throughout- I have found my nail place in Tyler, and my new nail person- John :)

One of the worst pedicures I ever got. Paid extra for the deluxe which was supposed to include a leg massage. I never got that. The parifin wax was so hot I thought I might have blisters, my feet still burn. The Lady was very rushed and didnt seem to care. Polish looks aweful! According to the menu it should have been a 40 minute long treatment. Start to finish in 25 minutes! Wont be back.

My friends nails looked great. But the guy (KK) who did mine was all talk no action. He kept going on and on about how good he is at his job. Yet my nails are lumpy and uneven. He also filed my skin and made me bleed. Pretty pissed.

Most expensive pedi and mani and WORST one ever. I got cut in three places. Shellac nails, guy forgotSteps. I expect peel off in days. I wished I had read reviews first. The time under lamp was so short I questioned it. Not happy!!!!
