Way over priced for the service I received.Came in on a Sunday and was told I wouldn’t be able to get acrylic nails for some reason. I’m new in town and a busy person so I settled for a basic shellac mani/ pedi. If there was supposed to be a massage with the pedi I didn’t receive it.As for the manicure, just awful. A man came in halfway through my service and completed the nail polish on my feet and did my manicure. This man is clearly NOT qualified to be giving manicures. He cut my cuticle with the electric sander, and then again drew blood when using the clippers to remove cuticles… so now they are sore. THEN after painting each finger (x4 coats of polish) used his nails to scrape off the access polish he continued the leave ALL over my fingers. I had to finally ask him to stop because I couldn’t take the pain anymore and was loosing my patience.Still charged full priced and asked if I would like to tip when I’m looking at a sign that says they automatically take 10% “due to pandemic”… I would wager it’s due to “poor service.” Needless to say, won’t be back.

I Took my 9 years old niece for a little girl time to get our nails done gel pedicures and manicures, the worst experience I’ve had in a long time! I never leave reviews especially bad one but I’m so disappointed. My niece waited 45 min soaking until the water was cold, and had to tell her to just get out of the water, no one serviced her at all! I received a half tail pedi, no massage, oil, lotion and she messed up polishing my toes and never fixed it! I had to tell her and she still didn’t fix it. 2 hours go by and our nails are still not done but we have saw 3 people come in and get serviced. I had to go off to get one of them to at least polish my nieces nails and then had the nerve to try and charge me full price! No one apologized. So unprofessional! I will never be back ever again!

My Nail tech Stacy was very nice, professional, and friendly. Out of all the of the nail technicians that have did my hands she is the best hands down! Go check her out you won’t be let down promise!!!

I got my nails done for a funeral I was going to. Thinking imma get a good set and be happy with the out come like I always am. Unfortunately I didn’t know they had new owners but I digress. My nails are Lumpy and bumpy My right pinky nail is larger than my left on some of the acrylic is thick and on the other half it’s to thin. 40 dollars I paid 40 dollars for this trash I haven’t even had these nails on for 2 weeks and they are coming off tomorrow. They will never get my business again

They do not put foot soak in the water. It is 28 dollars for absolutely nothing. Scrape your feet, paint and done. The new lady that does the toes cant see all that well and parts of my nails are not polished.

It took them 2 whole hours to do dip powder on natural nails. I was there first and she took 2 other clients at the same time, and began working on them at the same time. Took turns on all making my nails take way too long. Injured my fingers multiple times and made me bleed. The shape was a bit off and topcoat was awful because she was rushing to get everyone done. Bad management. She should’ve put people on wait instead. If not that maybe hire more people. I am very upset.

Let me start by saying I got to the nail shop at 12:15 p.m today as I’m typing it is 1:43 and this lady is still working on my feet!! And I’m only getting a classic set done on my feet!! They haven’t even started on my nails!!! It’s almost 2!!I came in yesterday and was told to leave because I had my kids with me and now I’m here with no kids and it’s goin in two hours and my feet aren’t even done yet! This new management is TERRIBLE!!! The old owners only had two people working but they still got you in and out at a reasonable time and still did a great job!! This new owner and her team are HORRIBLE!!! I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE AGAIN!!! Don’t waste your money or time!!!

I will never return to this salon! The new owners/workers are very rude an unprofessional. My friend an I went an got our nails done, I was cut 4 times pretty severely am the lady doing my nails just laughed about it. Also my friend showed them a picture of what she wanted an she got nothing like what she asked for, I highly recommend to save your time an money an go to another salon.

Literally the worst service Ive ever had, made 3 of my nails bleed and took 50 MINUTES to do just a fill. Had three different people switching back and forth just to do my nails, while he put the powder on my set, he picked up his phone and answered it while it was drying on my nails. Definitely never coming back again

This place is under new management since a few weeks ago (summer 2019). I got my gf a full set and she absolutely LOVED it. The ladies working it were super nice!

They are rude, slow, and more expensive than any other place weve been. We only went to get my daughters nails filled while we waited to get my windshield replaced a few doors down and took longer than it took for them to replace my windshield.Ridiculous! We were the only customers here.Three different people worked on her nails. The different people kept going outside and smoking and talking on the phone. We are still here 30 min after the windshield was replaced. Made 3 of her nails bleed.

Recently under new management and the boss is too slow on nails. She took 1 hour on a short, coffin set and they weren’t good, but charged me $43. I will not be back and will be telling everyone who ask about my experience. I would recommend for anyone to go.

New owners. Decided to give it a chance and they RUINED my eyebrows!!!! Literally left them thin and crooked and charged me $15 !!!!! I paid and did not make a scene but OMG i am so angry that i paid and left but i Made sure that lady knew she ruined my eyebrows! DO NOT GO THERE IF YOU NEED EYEBROWS, also they’re hygiene is very poor compared to the previous owners.

First and last time I will ever go to this place! First they skipped over me (which shoulda been my big red flag to leave) yet I was told they were good and cheap. They close at 7 but I wasn’t helped until 7. Then it took her an hour to them. Their price board said 15 for a Fill yet apparently they needed to change me an extra 8. Then almost back me into corner to tip the lady. I’m still confused where the extra 8 dollars came from. So 23 dollars later I’m wondering why I wasted my time and money. Not worth it and totally over charged.Note: I got my nails filled on Thursday 6/13. I’ve only had them filled from this place for 5DAYS!! Two of my nails of popped off now. This place sucks and totally waste of money!!!!!!!

I have been going for at least 15 years even when the other people were there but I love the work but when the wife is in a bad moon the wait time gets long and the price changes. And I still will keep going because the work is good

I went to Tyler Nails on 5th st for a quick polish change. I was told by a male employee that I was too big to fit in the chair. I was never asked to sit anywhere or given other options. When I asked him for clarification he repeated himself and added our chair cant hold you. You too big. I asked again if he would provide services and he refused saying, I do nothing for you. I then began looking for reporting information and was told to get out. It is important for citizens of Tyler and the surrounding area to be aware of this horrible establishment. Please share my story. Thank you.

I absolutely love this place . I always ask for V to do my nails. She does amazing and the nails are good quality. I refuse to go anywhere else but here!

The environment is nice its very relaxing but the lady that did my nail didnt really talk to me but to her coworkers...in her language of course I didnt know what they were saying. I ask for a regular manicure just plain white tips but unfortunately it was crooked, some nails did not attached very well to my real nails(i see the gap between the acrylic nail and my real nail) and they did not cut my real nail to apply the acrylic on top. very upset about it. I didnt even felt welcome they were too! serious. sorry.

Which says alot cause I have been from shop to shop tryna find the perfect nail shop that deliveres Affordable and trending nail styles. Do not waste your money. They do not sanitize their instruments. They do a bad job, dip nails were horrible and misshapen and chipped within two days, they are rude and dont ask what the client wants.

They are very rude and unsanitary. The man did a half job of painting my nails and called me complicated after I pointed it out. I noticed they used the same drill bits and nail supplies on my friend that they used on me. While waiting on my nails to dry there two young children ran in and out the door and were extremely loud. Being a student I was just trying to relieve some stress but this was clearly not the place to do so. After informing them of my issues the man and woman that own the shop yelled at me saying YOU NO COME BACK,BAD CUSTOMER, LEAVE . This place is not worth a penny of anyones money. Trust Me!!

They dont listen to how you want your nails. When you show the tech a color from the board they come out with something else, never give you the nail length you want always short, and plus they are super rough handling your hands.

It will be a very long wait. Its only 2 techs and even if you are there first I notice they will put people in front of you even though you cant make appointments on weekends. So having to wait hours and others may only have to wait 20 minutes is a waste of my time

Rushed my nails, and only had 2 people working. Put people before me and I wanted my nails longer and she said she didn’t know how to do long nails what kind of bs? This salon isnt sanitary causing my ring finger to have an infection underneath my acrylic nail and i ended up having to get it taken off 3 days after the acrylic nails have been applied. plus recently i asked the lady for eyebrow waxing and told her to do it a little thin and when she showed me what she had done i freaked out because she didnt listen to me and ended up taking alot of my eyebrow hair off leaving my eyebrows thin thin. i am so upset and i am NEVER going back there again they are not good listener and they have their heads in the clouds all the time.
