I went here to get my nails done for my birthday and I was very disappointed in them. I wanted dip French square nails. He rushed them and instead of square, he flared them out. He also cut me quite a few times. Also the whole nail itself is uneven and extremely thick. The first picture was right after I got home. It’s hard to tell from that picture but they are crooked and filled with bubbles. I had to file them myself to get the flare shape away. So from the second picture to the end is after attempting to make them halfway decent until I can get them fixed.

Love Erica here! Told her I had to be back at work by 130 she had me done in 45 minutes with eyebrows! She listens to what I want, I keep my nails short for work and she never pushes tips or anything just works with what bit of sorry nails I have

This was the utter most HORRIBLE service I have ever had. The guy there did my nails HORRIBLY and then yelled at me when I did not like them and asked if he was done. He then continued to soak my nails in acetone and not continue the process so my nails were sticky and I had to peel them off myself. The lady there did try to help and I didn’t pay but the guy was SOOOO UGLY TO ME.

Love this places they do a wonderful job with the nails.

Reasons I love this salon:They dont rush, they can get busy on weekends but they have the best pedi chairs ever!They dont skimp on supplies so you get a good exfoliating scrub and lotions.Ive tried other salons and these guys just have better results every time. Polish lasts longer, they scrub heels better, its my favorite go to!!!!

The cheapest pedicure was $35! 😖 And the lady rushed and did a horrible paint job. Imagine paying for the more expensive services just for poor quality??! This was my first time here and I will never return. I do NOT recommend!

DO NOT GO HERE FOR LASH EXTENSIONS!!! I told the lady I wanted volume lashes but a natural look, so a hybrid. 1st, she only prepped my eyes with water and used SCOTCH TAPE as an under eye guard. 2nd, when she was done and I looked in the mirror, she didn’t even place them ON my lash line. She placed them on my eyelid where it didn’t look natural at all. She didn’t cover my entire lash line at all either. I told her I didn’t like them and wanted them off right away. Then she got mad at me for her poor work. I still paid $30 just to walk out with NO lashes.

Everyone here is very nice and professional. The location is clean and somewhat elegant. They make a real, solid effort to honor appointments, which I have not found to be the case at other salons. Lena is such a good nail tech. I come from Dallas to get my pedicures here because she knows how to deal with ingrown toenails, does a great massage, and is very nice and accommodating. She is also very good at dipping powder for nails (which I get less often because Im always poor).

I just moved to the downtown area and I am so happy to have found this gem! I love the atmosphere, its perfect for relaxing. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly. I got the dip powder manicure and I absolutely love how they turned out!

I usually have Erica do my Manicure and pedicure, I cant do them myself anymore. She has always been awesome and does a wonderful job. Williams has done my husbands pedicures and he does a great chair massage. The customer service is always excellent. Mimosas are delicious.

Every time I come here, the service is amazing! The nail gel stays on for a very long time, and they are very gentle and sweet with your hands. My two favorites are Erica, and Lena! Their work is amazing and they always make my nails look gorgeous! I love this nail salon and will continue to keep coming back.

Really great spot. Went here three weeks ago for a dip set and removal and they lasted 3 weeks! The service was a bit slow but my nails looked fantastic.

Great job all the time. Friendly staff always get into nice conversations. Can’t go wrong here.

Was very disrespectful and rushed through my nails. Glue was all over my hands and didn’t even get what i asked for! Do Not Recommend!

Its a pretty clean establishment I just didnt care for the quality of my experience. I know its becoming the normality use that buffer tool but I hate it, I had to pull my fingers away several times because it was burning my nail. I had schlac done and its a bit sloppy, very lazy half attempt massage, a staff persons child was bothering clients, and when I tried to pay I had a gift card from my boss and instead of just accepting it they spent 5 minutes trying to locate the hand written transaction record of the gift card to verify its amount. They couldnt find it actually but luckily for me they believed it was for the amount listed on the card sleeve and I was finally able to leave. I only went because I had a giftcard, I will not be back.

This place looks and is fancy, but I had a bad experience for the first time going there, so as a first timer there, I didnt know who to get my nails done with, I automatically thought everybody was good at doing nails there since everything seems so settled, but I thought wrong!!! I got my nails done with William he didnt give me what I wanted! I went there about two weeks ago, to get a refill because my original nail place was really busy. Anyways getting off topic I asked for squared shape & he gave me round and when he put the clear nail polish on top it was just messy and I didnt notice till I walked out! They pressure me to get a pedicure & ill tell him Ill think about it but he was constantly asking me. So that was quite annoying. The Refill was $21 and I get a brand-new set for $18 ( acrylic) at U S Nails. The pedicure was $30 and I get it for 20 at U S Nails as well! They were very nice and polite but the nail work wasnt great! Prices are too high for the messy work they give you. Sorry Im just being honest. Im very picky when it comes to me getting my nails done.

The experience was good. It’s a nice clean and stylish salon and everyone was friendly and polite. They also gave me a glass of complimentary wine. I got a French shellac manicure and the price was on par with my expectations. My actual nails were a bit sloppy. She didn’t pay as much attention to detail as I would have liked and didn’t do a good enough job at repairing the mistakes when I brought them to her attention. Although it was a pleasant experience, I don’t think I will return.

Love the relaxed and peaceful atmosphere here! They always take good care of me and do a fabulous job on my nails and toes. Lena is soooo good!

The only reason Im giving one star is because I have to. I will never come back to this place. They are more expensive than most first of all. Second I will tell you what I want and I understand everyone tries to sell extra things thats fine, but when the entire time Im getting my nails done you constantly keep asking ( rather tried to tell me) I should get this and that its annoying. Next again I told you what I wanted, you informed me it would be a extra $10 (I appreciate that most just do it). I told you and another lady thats fine just do the basic then I dont want to pay a extra $10 to have my nails clipped a certain way. You and her both assured me you understood. She ended up cutting them how I wanted originally and then looked at me crazy when I said Im not paying extra after having told you that already I am not paying extra and didnt want that... This also took place for 2 hrs..... All in all it was just a hassle. Needless to say I wont be returning. Sorry for the long review the only good person there is William. Also got my nails done 3 days ago and they are already coming off and I still have clumps of acrylic under then.

This is my favorite lunch spot! LOL when I have had a hard day or even week, this is where I go to relax! Everyone here is so friendly. They have great color options, shalack, acrylic. They have it all! I also get waxed there. Again, enjoy going here. My little get away from work! Lol

THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE DO NOT GET YOUR NAILS DONE HERE!!! I came in for a gel/shellac polish and they use CHEAP products that will not only fall off but completely RUIN your nails and they overcharge you. GO DOWN THE STREET TO NIRVANA NAIL SPA! They fixed my nails and they look so great and are healthy now. Plus they offer 15% off all services if you bring a canned food! I saved $6 just bringing in a .70 cent can!

For the first time i got a pedicure, was going on a cruise last year. i had the most awesome foot care, they were gentle and did not mind cutting a old ladys really long toenails..it was so relaxing i m coming back to them only!!!!!

I’m currently here now and in the middle of my service William Bui refused to serve me and has left me with half of my hands not done. I do not recommend this place or at least him. It’s very unprofessional and not worth anyone’s money.

I was hoping that the Techs would speak more English, but at least their reception girl was American and spoke English. She talked to me and helped me decide what to get. The nail tech was friendly and polite, as well as quick and efficient.

Very bad service, would not recommend at all !!
