Love this nail bar! Everyone is super friendly and professional, there is beautiful decor and the seats are really comfy as well! This has been my second time back and Kim did my nails this time. She gave me exactly what I wanted and was super attentive and helpful the entire time! I will definitely be back and would highly recommend getting your nails done here

I loved the ladies especially the Mother but her son, who says he’s the owner, very unprofessional. If they make any accident on any service just know he’s going to blame you. Even when you have physical evidence and that’s just sad. I pray you find better manners, education, professionalism for your business because you have an amazing group of ladies under your wing and that is not fair to them! This wasn’t about money but when I say I walked in with my finger tips purple from the precious service I received, and after trying my best to take off my nails from being super tight after being under uv light too long. Please do not do this to other customers. I know it was a simple mistake but own up to it and help the customer! I wouldn’t have minded paying somebody else to fix me up but he was adamant about it being my fault and that he wasn’t going to do it free. Like what? You didn’t even know I would pay for it for somebody else to do it but he wanted to do it and kept being very unprofessional. So I had him remove the rest of my nails that were on and left. Very unhappy very disappointed in the customer service I received from this guy.

This is the best nail salon I have been to. Kim and Tony and crew are the best. I highly recommend that you try them out.

Awesome nail salon 💅🏼! They do the best pedicures and manicures I’ve had here so far and I’ve been to a bunch of nail bars. They always are clean and sanitary. Wear masks 😷 and so nice to you! Make you feel very relaxed and happy! They go above and beyond. The owners are great and so are the ladies! My feet and hands love 💗 them! Lol 😆 😁👏

It was wonderful my mother and I both walked in last minute I cant exactly remember her name but she was the owner she was great perfect wasnt enough timing to get what pedi I really wanted but she made it truly worth it even after having to stay after hours .... the foot massage was literally the best and my feet was beyond swollen due to being 8mnths pregnant but I truly loved the whole experience and this will be my permanent place to return to..... thank yall so much for everything you will see me again today lol for my mani.

We were in Tyler doing some shopping, we live in Marshall Texas. We thought wed get a pedicure, this place had high reviews, and we were not disappointed!! The basic Pedi was well done a lot of places that have the basic Pedi make you feel rushed. Not this place! They took their time, and we will be back!

I got a new set of acrylics. The nail tech cut my fingers 4 times, twice on the same finger. Other than that was very clean, and friendly. The polish was done nicely and looks good. Upset about the cuts. I brought it up to the male who cashed me out and he just shrugged it off and said it happens. I could understand once, but 4 times.. thats just careless.

They did an awesome job on my daughters nails for prom 2019. They also do a great brow wax job too. They r very friendly.

I came in with 3 other people we all where wanting Manis and pedis it was after 6 pm when we arrived and they closed at 7 pm they where extremely nice and got to us right away they also stayed well past 9pm to get us finished! we will definitely be back for all of our nail needs

Kim did a magnificent job on my fill, even though I did not go to her for my full set. To her best ability, she made sure that my nails looked spot on how I wanted them to look. Also, Tam did an excellent job on my pedicure and gave me the prettiest white toes. Kim and Tam were gentle and made sure that I was comfortable by offering beverages and showing the best hospitality 😊.

I really loved this place everything was so nice and my nails came out so well and my pedicure was fantastic. Will definitely be my new nail shop 😊

Love love love! I just moved here from Dallas, where I had my specific go to nail shop. Luckily I found them in July because I realized online they were open pretty late.And let me tell you, they are even better than my old nail shop. I never tried anywhere else, and I keep coming here for anything I need.They’re absolutely lovely, prices are amazing, and they take pride in what they do. Not to mention the customer service.

I got my eyebrows done here and after constantly having to ask the lady to fix it, my eyebrows were still not right. One eyebrow is completely shorter than the other and when I was in the chair trying to get it fixed she would only fix one side. I paid $10 and was not satisfied whatsoever.

Got the ocean hot stone pedicure and dip nails. Pedicure was fantastic, actually got all dead skin off which some other salons on town fail to do. Dip nails look great, the original design on my accent nails did start to peel up on the second day but when I went back in, Tammy fixed it promptly by putting gel polish on instead of regular polish. She even gave me a new design with gorgeous rhinestones, no charge for the fix. Super sweet ladies. Pure Nail Spa Bar on S. Broadway has the same owners and same excellent customer service.

Nail Club on Broadway will do a better Job! The man working said he was the owner but by the way my nails came out doesn’t seem like he’s anything there..I’ve had my nails done for 7 days and 3 of my nails have fallen off, I’ve never had this problem! It’s not about “Quality, it’s about Quantity” so if you want your nails to look good this is NOT the place to go!

Last Saturday was my first time visiting this establishment. I was already on the defense because Im EXTRA particular about giving my business to just ANY nail tech. I stick with ONE AND ONE ONLY until unforeseen circumstances arise. Upon arrival, it took some moments before I was greeted. Once that took place, Kim is the one who ultimately ended up rendering her services. I was thoroughly pleased with how my nails came out. She was also personable while doing her work and that just makes for a more comfortable environment. I will be returning to this salon. I would recommend giving her a try if you are like me and on the lookout for a new tech!

The shop was busy with a line outside my entire time there, but things seemed to run pretty efficiently. I came to this place hearing only good things. This was my first time getting acrylics, so I did have a lot of questions. I was comfortable the whole time.
