The woman are so rude and they look at you like you are nothing. The woman that was doing my nails was very rough on my hands and she cut my finger and did not even apologize and I told her that she was being very mean and she acted like she didn’t care and after she finish she went to the back and all the women started talking and started laughing all my sisters go thereThey just lost because I am not going back and I will make sure I tell my sisters about this because I wouldn’t like the same thing done to them

I got my nails done here for prom and they absolutely butchered them. wrong color and the french tip was atrocious. i attached the reference picture that i showed them and what i got.

Love this place! It was a busy day when I went the last time but I still got in within 15-20 minutes. The pedicures are absolutely amazing and this time I decided the get the nexgen nails and am very happy with them. My go-to nail and pamper salon.

First time there because a friend invited me to try them out. It was so obvious that you have to be a regular to get good service. I showed them a picture of what I wanted and I was told they could do it, well it wasnt even close... the lady that did my nails was very rude and knew I wasnt happy but she didnt seem to care. I still gave her a good tip because I know thats her income but it would of been nice to at least feel welcome. I will continue to attend Allure Nails on Cumberland shopping center, they are super friendly and always find a way to accommodate you.

I had to revisit to fix the poor job done by them just 6 days ago. Nails have been chipping and paint faded off. The Chinese guy was extremely rude. When I asked his name, so he was like “no name, why u want my name?”. He even went ahead saying “next time go to other spa”They do a poor job in the first place & when u go back to get it fixed, they don’t own up to it !Never ever going back here, stay away guys

I came here to get prom nails done, they did nothing close to what I asked and they were very rude and unprofessional. When I asked for a refund, they laughed and did not give me my refund. They have no competence and I had to go to another place to get them completely taken off and redone.

Me and my friends went a little before they closed so I understand the speediness from when we entered but that doesn’t excuse the rushing us to choose a color or a service. One of my friends wanted a specific type of powder that changes to hot temperatures and they said they did have it. They gave her swatches for it when it wasn’t it at all it was regular acrylic. My other friend wanted a simple gel manicure on her natural nails and they also did acrylic mine only came out somewhat ok because i repeatedly told them no tips no acrylic I’m trying to grow out my nails. My friend that wanted the specific powder her nails didn’t even come out even. They were all sorts of uneven and just not good. Will not be going there again.

This place appeared to be very clean. And staff was friendly. I got a pedicure which was relaxing but I disappointed due to the fact my nail polish on my toes were horribly done. After getting home and was able to take a closer look and disappointed. I had driven home barefoot as a I normally do after getting my pedicure.

Bill is the best nail technician that Ive ever had. Ive been to ALOT of nail salons and all I can say is I left with perfect nails and in half the time others take. I did not have to come home and file my nails-that alone Im impressed with.

Asked a few days before if the owner was hiring he told me yes so I arrived Sunday morning to wok he arrives gives me supplies shows me around salon his wife comes in and they start arguing back in forth she comes to the back and speaks vietnamese I don’t understand what she says my friend translates to me that the owners wife doesn’t want me there and that it’s my friends last day because he didn’t ask his wife’s permission for me to start working me and my friend talk in the back and I tell her if she doesn’t want me her then I will leave I just can’t believe how rude of that was a the husband never said anything about the situation to me or even apologize for his wife’s actions seems like a unprofessional work environment

Honestly the worst place to ever get my nails done! The staff is extremely unprofessional and rude. The first girl that started my nails stopped half way because she didn’t know what she was doing then the second tech was rude and fussing because she had to fix the mistakes of the other. I was in there almost 2 hours for a set of acrylics. Quality is horrible they left acrylic on my actual hands, they are crooked and lumpy... I asked for coffin and I definitely did not get that. Do not waste your time trying them.

Arrived at 5:05and was done by 5:19. Service was horrible.. Thought Rosiee was in a race the way she was rushing to get done… Ended up with a coupon but it’s not even worth going back

They had great customer service, the woman that did my toes was so nice & the paint job was awesome but the woman that did my nails seemed like she was in a hurry. While she was filing my acrylics to shape them I was in so much pain. She was being really rough & I didnt even get the shape that I wanted. Its been 3 days & my polish is already coming off & my left thumb looks like it needs a fill :/

Worst place to get your nails done at very unprofessional rude staff the man up there named Kenny very very unprofessional rush through my nails he made one of my fingers bleed. They treat you poorly then when you try to correct them they gets upset and dont like to be told what to do I wouldnt recommend nobody to go there. One of the ladies there got upset with my cousin because she wanted letters on her nails but she put rhinestones instead if I was to rate this place I would honestly give them zero Stars dont waste your time and your money there👎👎👎👎

I was greeted and taken to a chair immediately, I appreciated the promptness so thats a plus. The workers there were very friendly, great customer service, but. . . By far, it was the worst foot scrub and paint job Ive ever had done in my life!!! These winter months have had my skin so dry the heels of my feet were cracking. The nail tech barely scrubbed them, and I mean barely.I looked past her poor attention to detail because, no need to fuss right? After being slightly disappointed by the foot scrub I was even more annoyed at how terrible my toes looked. My toe nails almost all were different shapes and Im not even gonna get started on the finished product.Anywho, long story short I will spend the extra cash for a more thorough pedi the next time. So much for trying something new, definitely wont happen again.P.S. they offer wine and I was surprised by that but heed my warning. The wine is watered down. There were no bubbles and I could smell the tap water.Why offer wine if youre gonna do that?If it werent for the friendly staff and good customer service this would be 1 star instead of 2.Hopefully your experience will be better than mine was!

I came in to get my nails done for my engagement pics. He rushed through my nails. They were mishaped and looked slapped on. The ombre look was done. I was really disappointed of the outcome considering that it was for the engagement pics where some photos would be close ups of my hands. And to top it off it was Kenny the owner. 🤯

So not professional loud laughing loud talking not relaxing at all was a ball of nerves when I left. My manicurist was talking to herself then started singingAlso leaving me to talk with someone at the door. No more looking for better service.

DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES GET YOUR EYELASHES DONE HERE. I had my done and the technician used so much glue I could not even drive home. My eyes burned and itched so bad I almost couldn’t see. I had them removed the very next day by a different place and they confirmed there was too much adhesive used and it was all clumped together. I am not allergic btw which they Nirvana tried to claim so they wouldn’t have to give me a refund. In the end they would only refund half of my money even though it is completely their fault in hiring someone that does not know how to correctly apply lashes. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE!!!!

Owner was so rude. As soon as I got there, she wanted to rush me to choose a color and once I chose it, they didn’t have it. She kept going back and forth saying who knows what, she kept wanting to change the color I wanted, and I couldn’t hold a conversation with her. She asked if I wanted a manicure and immediately said no as she walked away before I could even answer yes. I asked for acrylic and didn’t even get that. She asked if I wanted them long or short and I yes long, but she didn’t even put acrylic nails on me. I needed my nails done so I ended up getting shellac. Owner didn’t have patience and wanted everything rushed. My nail was bleeding also, I don’t recommend this salon, give your money to someone else.

I got a pedicure before going out of town to a family reunion. The guy jabbed some metal rod so hard up under my toenail that I yanked my foot back and yelped and noticed it started bleeding. I ended up missing half the family reunion because I was in the ER with a very swollen and painful toe and diagnosed with an infection from the wound and had to take antibiotics and use a topical ointment to treat it. Its sad because this place used to be my go to but I watched it slowly decline in service until shortly before that visit I had to wait 45 minutes just to have shalac polish removed, nothing else. And I witnessed other clients get pretty terrible service like one womans attendant kept getting up to go assist other people and probably extended her appointment by a good hour, just poor poor quality and potential detrimental to your health in my situation.

The staff was incredible, my nails came out great!!Some of the most kind an incredible stuff Ive ever seen on a nail salon. One of the best pedicures Ive ever had in a long time!10/10 will come back!!

Ive never experienced such a rude and unpridessional staff. Unfortunately VIP nails is closed on sundays so I tried this place out. 2 of my nails were cracked just 4 days later which never happens at VIP. 2 obnoxious ladies yelled at me about how it was my fault even though I was never rough rough my nails. I tried explaining I wanted a fill and then add on the manicure just for the cuticle cutting and lotion massage. I was willing to pay the full price even though I wasnt getting the polish part of the manicure. They refused to listen and continued to yell at ms and say it was my fault.

Went to Nirvana today to have my daughters REALLY bad nail job from another salon fixed. They are awesome! Brian got the horrible nails removed and replaced them with absolutely gorgeous solars! The receptionist was polite, engaging and understanding about our problem. Pricing was up front and Brian made her feel comfortable. The other salon was her first experience. Im glad that Nirvana made us feel welcome and valued (even without an appointment) Now she cant stop showing off her beautiful nails! Nirvana, youve made a return customer!

Got the Luxe pedicure, which was absolutely amazing! Highly recommend doing so if you have $50 to spare lol! But well worth it in my opinion. The calf/foot massages were great, and she did absolutely wonderful with taking care of my cuticles and painting my toenails!

Its been 2 years since Ive had my nails done and today I finally decided to go! I got dip for the first time ever and Im in love!!! I walked in this morning asked if that was okay and they said yes. KK did my nails and she was incredibly nice and took her time. I really enjoyed my experience here and will be coming back with an appointment with KK when its time to get a fill. ☺️

They have a nice facility. Went in before Christmas asking for a solar fill, cuticle clean up, and a neck massage. Only the fill was accommodated, but he did the dip which I don’t prefer. Let it go. Only bonus was the $10 gift card for a Holiday Special. Three days ago I go back to get a new fill with different person. I accepted the dip...my problem is that he cut up the cuticles on 7 fingers. Still killing me and I have red, scabbed fingers to show for it. Don’t think I can go back.

Horrible horrible horrible place. I’ve never met such rude and inconsiderate business owners. Kenny can be nice at times and rude other times and he is very rough handling nails. My fingers were bleeding and he didn’t even provide what I requested. Tina is down right mean, inconsiderate, and rude. She yells and argues with the customers and always acts as if she would rather be anywhere else but working on your nails. Do not waste your time or money at this place.

I had a pedicure and the polish peeled off within a couple of days I brought it to their attention and they said I would have to pay an extra $12 to get it fix. Beware! Their polishes do not last very long! They must be watered down. This is not the first time Ive had a pedicure by them but went back even thought I had not been fully satisfied in the past since the new location is so close to my house. Going back to Kellys Nails now its worth the drive!

My first time going was yesterday (my 4th horrible experience at the Hawaiian Nail Bar on Broadway). I left that nail shop with just a pedicure and came to Nirvana for a fill and my eyebrows waxed. I loved it! They are fast, have enough staff for the amount of customers, little to no wait time, and open on Sundays. They listen and make you feel comfortable. They were able to match my nails to the pedicure I had at the other nail shop and Bryan waxed my eyebrows better than Ive had in years; he actually gave my eyebrows shape; which other nail shops hasnt really done. They also talk to the customers whether than talking to each other.

Went in to get a mani and a dip. Mani consisted of “Cindy” making me bleed on 6 fingers some so bad she had to put glue to make it stop bleeding. She didn’t know English very well, when I asked to wash my hands because I was bleeding she demanded me to let her finish. It gets better brand new set of dip nails will run you $45. I received the the service on Sunday and by Monday every nail fell off. I have never had this happen! I do not recommend this salon!!

I went there a few months ago for a pedicure. They did amazing. I came again today to get an eye brow wax. The linens on the table had long hairs (which Im assuming were possibly pubic hair). They were definitely not clean and had yellow wax still on them. The lady was also rough and pushed my eye in, that hurt. And while I had my eyes closed all I hear is You a recieveing a call from the Smith County jail. To Accept this call press one.....I open my eyes and shes on the phone trying to connect with an inmate while on the phone! I dont care that it was someone who is in jail. Its just the fact that shes on the phone while doing my eyebrows. Other than that she did a good job on them. Just disappointed about the lack of proffessionalism.

Besides the fact I was charged 30$ for a 4 repairs and a fill. I have been trying to give this nail shop the benefit of the doubt there work is sloppy to be paying high prices for a full set I’m convinced if you are of color your nails want be done the correct way. I asked the guy to make my Nails thick because I hate thin nails I might as well wear press on my nails was crooked, and he didn’t even match the white up when getting a fill so now 4 of my nails of different shades of white wouldn’t recommend this company if it was the last nail shop here in town. They asked me if I wanted something to drink I said yes water they come handing me the smallest bottle of water for 30$ I better get a bigger bottle I’m just saying know your worth and it ain’t here I gave them 3 tries should of stopped at the first try.

Well, My experience was not very well. The technicians work to fast because scale on my feet@$30.00 was back 2 days later. When cleaning feet first get rid of dead skin first either scaling or buffing then soak.

I am new to the area and have been looking for a place to get my pampering needs met. The first time I went two months ago and got a simple mani/pedi and left with my fingers and toes bleeding. That alone will usually make me ditch a place. However, I wear lash extensions and I cannot find anyone that does them so I agreed to try this place again. They charge $150 for single lash extensions which is more than double what I paid in Dallas. Kim talked me into doing groups of three for $50. The same day, the the whole row of lashes lifted off the left eye and was poking me in the eye. On Friday, the whole row lifted off the right eye. I went back for them to fix and and was told I should not allow any water on my eyes even when I shower. I am not saturating my eyes but I am used to swimming in my lashes. I also have permanent eyeliner that could not be seen because the lashes were also glued to my eyelid and the skin was puckered. Their solution was to say “here is your money back. Go somewhere else”.

I was raving about this place until today. I went to go have my nails removed only. They were busy and this business showed their true colors. Usually everytime I go they arent too busy. They sat me down right away (because they dont want a single customer walking out) they want to go ahead and sit you down so then you are more reluctant to leave. Then, they make you wait and wait and wait because guess what, there is no actual tech available to do your nails. In my case, they sat me down and stuck my hands in a bowl full of warm acetone. I told him I dont prefer this method because it burns my hands. He told me its the same thing as wrapping them. Its not the same. When you foil wrap for a take off, the acetone is mostly on top of your nail, versus dipping your entire fingers in acetone! (Usually,t wrap them everytime but I feel like he was super rushing so he was like we arent making alot of money off of her so she gets short cut. As I said before I was only needing to take my nails off. After about 15 minutes of having my hands dipped in the burning acetone I couldnt take it. I kept having to take them out for a break every few minutes. He comes by and says. Stop taking then out because it gets dried. Well my hands are burning and I already told you that when you did this??? He also then turned around and became very rude to this other customer. Then he barked some orders to another girl to come wrap my nails. She was trying to be nice but I think the guy was stressing her out because he went on and on in her ear about something I didnt understand. At this point I felt like crying and walking out. In the end, the other lady took my nails off but she was very stressed out. Ive never went to a spa and felt worse than when I walked in. I wish I could give zero stars.

I have never been to a salon that has been so bad that I feel the need to leave a review. We go in and ask for new sets, they sit us down and don’t listen to us from the beginning. I ask for square nails and I get sloppy, uneven, crooked nails. My friend was charged $5 extra dollars for long nails, when her nails were no where near “long” enough to constitute being charged an extra $5. After doing a whole coat on my friends nails for the dip they say they ran out of her color and began asking if she wanted to mix it with another one, which were not even the same colors as what she had on. After she asked them to just remove them, her guy kept telling her no and that he was going to finish it and while my friend was crying because she was irritated and asking him to remove them he continuously told her no no no and that he won’t remove them. Finally he removes them and my nails are left crooked and sloppy after I asked multiple times to square and straighten them out. I will never ever go back.

I have been to this salon a few times for regular mani 4 to 5 times. I was not thrilled but was satisfied with this salon until I decided to get a mani/pedi combo and wanted to use gel polish on my toes and regular polish on my hands. I was told very publicly that it would be a $20 upcharge for gel polish on an already $50 pedicure. When I stated I wasnt going to pay 20 extra the lady asked very loudly so you dont want to pay and you want to stick with the REGULAR polish then Maam?!!!! I will not return to this salon. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the operator that gave my pedicure was nice and did do a good job. Would not recommend this salon at all!

I had my shellac nails removed and I wanted to have dip nails. The person that did my manicure if you dare to call it like that was very rough, three days later some of my nail cuticles still hurt and haven’t healed. On next day the top coat stated pealing, I haven’t touched anything.

I do not recommend this place at all. I went in for a fill and the lady messed my nails up 3 times and had to start over from the very beginning. Not to mention she had cut my fingers twice during this process and charged me for all of her mistakes. After sitting there for over 2 hours my nails are still all kinds of different lengths, bumpy and nothing like they should be. Was overcharged and not happy at all. I will continue going to VIP nails from here on out.

I am honestly convinced the only reason this place has a high rating is because of the free wine. I went to get acrylics done and it was the worst experience I have EVER had! He didnt listen, was overly rough (like made me bleed in multiple places) got polish on my skin and left it there! He also got the glue on my skin, he didnt even push my cuticals back. Then he put my hands under the light and left like NEVER came back. He was so sort with me like refused to talk at all not even to know exactly what I wanted, he told me at first I cant get acrylics because he didnt want to cut my nails. Then was rude the whole time after I said I dont care about my nails i am ok with them being cut off.

Took my daughter and her cousin to get a pedicure with me. My daughter was suppose to have the princess mani/pedi ( $25 ) and her cousin princess pedi ( $20 ) . For some reason they received the Nirvana which is what I was getting ( $37 ) . They didnt even inform me at first, they were explaining this to my 14 yr old daughter not me the adult who was paying for all this. When I demanded an explanation they stated, we put our services on a post it note on the chair the notes got lost and removed so they gave the children the same service as you. So their mistake but I am paying for it. They finally reduced the price of the pedicures to ($25) o but my daughter still needed a manicure so that was an additional ($18). Plus after all that the pictures I have posted was only 1 hour after leaving the place and the polish started coming off. POOR SERVICE and sub par polish. Will not ever go here again.
