Great place to get a manicure/pedicure. Great customer service. No appointments/walk in only

This was just one day after getting nails done with gel polish. Not all cuticles done and some nails looked grown out already. Daughter got nails done and was just sloppy and rushed. Place used to be great!!! Not sure what happened.

First time here and it was a Great experience. Highly recommend

I love them my nails last longer and looks better going here then anywhere else I’ve been going here for about 4 years they are the best to me I’ve never had a problem I go every 2 weeks just for a fill in

I absolutely love this place! Every time I come I feel welcomed. Their prices are reasonable for the quality that you get. Their eyebrow waxing are the best. I love getting my nails done here and they always come out looking exactly what I pictured or better! They always take their time and they’re understanding. I would recommend 10/10. This is my go to nail salon

Got my nails done for my wedding on thursday (04/22) and by monday (04/26) both my index finger nails broke off. got them filled on Saturday (05/1) and on tuesday (05/4) one of them have already broke. i paid $40 just to have them filled for them to break 3 days later. will not go back, 10/10 do not recommend.

I went and had a reference photo of what i wanted. it was not hard to do. i picked out white and nude for my colors and she came back with a hot pink and white. i did not see the pink until she started painting my nails and i asked her to do them differently and all she did was nod and kept going. i showed her the photo multiple times and kept asking her to do them differently but she did not. she left after she out the base colors down without telling me and made me wait and someone else came to do my nails not even knowing what she had done. i also gave him a reference photo and he did not do what i asked at all. i paid 35 dollars for them to do something i did not want and that i kept asking them to do something different. will not be coming back ever.

My daughter (6yrs old) and I went to tupelo for a girls day and some shopping. She wanted a pedi and I googled places around. We came across this one, and Im so glad we did!!! The staff was absolutely amazing, they made sure my daughter was comfortable, even went to the extent of getting her a pillow to put behind her (so she could relax with her feet in the water because she was still a little to short). They picked and played and talked and laughed with us they were just awesome and I will probably never go anywhere else now!

Unlike what some of the other reviewers that did have so called problems with this salon,which I find very hard to believe or understand...I wish I could rate them higher but it will only allow for 5 stars!I personally love this salon!Some of the best customer service in town and hands down the best nail salon in Tupelo.I have been to almost everyone one of them and I have never had a problem with the work or any of the services I’ve recieved.The salon is clean and the atmosphere is great!Thank you to David and his staff for an impeccable job every time I come in!If you want your nails done correctly and get the best service in Tupelo,please visit David and his staff at Nail Expert!!!Hands down the best in town!

Wish I could give them 0 stars. Worse nail care experience ever. My best friend and I went here on 3/24/18. The lady at the nail counter does not know how to do SNS manicures. She lied to us about gel nail polish on your toes and stated that you do not have to use the UV lamp to dry them. However, they used the UV light. While we were in the process of getting the pedicure,she rudely started sanding the top layer of our fingernails for the manicure and the SNS process. She dipped our nail in the white powder and applied a clear coat, put our hands under the UV lamp to dry then she sanded the polish off. She told us to wash our hands. After the pedicure, she told us to sit at the manicure desks and applied the colored gel nail polish, NOT a SNS color powder. Continued the gel nail process and began to use her hard sharp nails in the sides of our nails to remove the excess polish cutting into our skin. She was very rude and rough the entire manicure process and charged us $90 for the mani-pedi which she unethically included her own $5 TIP in the price total without telling us. Avoid this place at all cost. She is a very rude rip off. No wonder there were only 3 people in the entire place on a Saturday mid-morning.
