Nail feel off not even 3 days after paying 60 dollars!

This was the worst manicure I have ever had. She filed my nails and they were not shaped nice. She handed me the nail file & I had to fix my own nails before she could continue. Then the polish was the slopest job I have ever seen. She did not even go all the way to edge on side of nail with polish on some nails & she got on my skin & did a sloppy job of cleaning that off on others. And it took her 2 hours to do all of this. I keep my nails nice so there was not that much for her to do. And the polish started coming off the same night. Worst manicure I have ever had. Im from Shreveport & it has never taken me 2 hours to get a regular manicure before. The only reason I went there was because I was given a gift certificate from my boss for Christmas.

I called to make an appointment for my wife and myself to get a pedicure and the person said they was no longer doing pedicures. A few days later we was at the mall and seen three people getting a pedicure. I hate being lied to. I walked into nail shop and the lady tried to cover up her lie. Im now doing business at cute nails on west main and they dont lie.

I go here every time I come to town, and they never disappoint. They are super friendly and easy to chat with as well.

Well it took 2 hours and second day of my acrylics my gel paint came off! i’m very disappointed! i was expecting a lot more from the wait i’m honestly very upset and do not recommend this place i felt forgotten about and terrible customer service.

This salon is a bit pricey, but I enjoyed my service and I would recommend it !!

Been there twice sat and waited for two hours never ever got started on my nails they waited on ppl that walked in the door after me and still made me wait. No one should have to wait two hours while being passed up by other walk ins to spend their money in a establishment. Period.

Very upset after my visit to this place. I just wanted powdered dipped nails removed that I receive from a place out of town taken off. I have had this done before and it took 15 minutes or less. This place it took almost an hour, and I felt forgotten about. Also, I was suppose to be getting charged for just a nail polish removal and that was five dollars, instead I got charge 15 for a polish change. I didn’t change polishes. I was very upset and let the lady know I felt like i was being charged for the wrong service. She didn’t seem to be to concerned with the fact that I didn’t receive the actual service I paid for. I wouldn’t recommend, and was really disappointed with my experience here. This was not worth the money, and the experience was unpleasant & wayyyyy over priced.

I’ve been charged $40, $45, and was charged $51 dollars my last time for basic acrylic nails. I waited 45+ minutes while the other two ladies were busy with other customers doing their feet. They told me the nail technician was 2 minutes away after about 45 minutes of waiting and I was about to leave but she arrived and apologized so I stayed. The nails were a little lumpy and uneven but I didn’t want to make a deal after having them done. The service, wait, and nails were not worth the price honestly.

I dont know what everyones problem is with this place but my experience was the best. Very sweet and professional staff. I am definitely coming back!!!

This place honestly sucks so bad it was the worst nail experience of my life. The only reason I went is because someone got me a gift card. I normally can always get both a pedicure and a full set of acryllics for 60-70 dollars and everything is great. Here I walked into an empty salon and had to choose from only like 30 colors, half of which would cost extra. I already had a set of nails from another salon on and they pointed me to a table and made me take off my own nail polish even though there was nobody else there and they easily couldve. After about 3 hours of waiting, having my cuticles cut so bad they bled, and having to listen to the owners yell at each other, I was finally able to leave. $70 dollars for a set of acrylics that had a horrible shape and a color I didnt love because of poor selection. I had to pay on top of the gift card I was given. I paid more here than anywhere else, I had the worst experience and the worst nails Ive ever had. I honestly have no idea how this place is still open because every single person ive spoken to hates this place. probably a money laundering scheme or something, i will never be back

My mother and sister got their nails done here and they loved it they said its the best their nails have looked in a long time. Nick Is really good too

Very rough and sloppy. The man, literally, slapped the back of my hand to illustrate that my nails were dry. New for me.

I reall wish I had read reviews before going to this nail salon. Paid $16 more than I normally pay for a gel fill with no broken nails! The Male technician that did my nails say it was that much because I got Gel!!!! I dont Think So! Didnt clean the polish from around my cuticles or anything! Very disappointed highly overpriced, no wonder theres no price list posted as you see in other places. Only reason I went was because my usual place (Nail Tech) was closed til the 11th and I was taking a trip!! I do not recommend because I will NOT be going back!

Young girl most likely without a permit did my pedicure. She dropped the toe nail clippers on the ground, after she picked it up i asked her to clean it so she did a quick spray of alcohol. She continued to cut the side of my toe nail eventually cutting the side of the big toe. It hurt very bad and a day later it was swollen and very painful. It been about 2 weeks and its swollen and pus filled!!1

If I could rate this place a half a star I would. I had a terrible experience about 3 years ago (2 of my nails fell of.....) and they gave me a 25 percent off coupon but I told myself I would never ever go back. I went back today to use the coupon and I know its been awhile but there was no expiration date so I figured if I explained what happened I could use it. The lady behind the counter told me they didnt use it and cut me off before I could explain what happened. Now I am waiting at another nail place to get my nails done and there is about 5 people in front of me. Btw, when I was in California nails they didnt have a single customer. No wonder people dont go there.

During my visit I had a very lazy nail technician who didnt want to put forth the effort to do their job. They even had me taking things off my nails for them because they were too lazy to do it. The person told me they were lazy and didnt feel like doing it. I dont want to reveal whether it was a male or female who said this because i feel that I would be seriously putting that individual on blast but im sure if you go here youll be able to figure it out fast who it was. Im actually from California and live in California, was just visiting Mississippi and the nail technicians in CALIFORNIA dont do that.....so......

I had to wait 1 hour to get my nails done and they looked horrible. They also told me that I owed $45 and they charged me $65.

My daughter and her friend got their nails done today and they left with bleeding cuticles and their nails arent even on straight. The guy doing their nails yelled at them, two 15 year olds, he yelled at them. We will never ever go there again.

Not a single customer in salon. i always get mani pedi... acrylic french tips and a french manicure on my toes usually costing about $50-$60. It was $91. not worth what i paid for. they also did not do the full mani pedi routine with scrubbing your feet and such.

Horrible job. Very lazy older male technician. My nails look like a mess. Acrylic+plain nail polish=40? And he was very rough and basically shoving my hands around. I wont be returning.

The beds of my nails were uneven. And the dip and gel was falling off the next day. I paid $47 for this and my nails didnt last a week.

I literally got my nails done Sunday and I have two broken nails and one lifting ... for $60. Do NOT RECOMMEND!

This place lacks customer service. The tech that took care of my nails was unprofessional and messed up my original nail. It took a couple months for it to grow out like it is suppose to be.

I just got my nails done today and one broke off 🤦🏽
