I used E Nails pre covid and was one of my favorite nail saloons! I checked the website for hours, because I wanted to be there when they open. They don’t take reservations, I seen the reviews and almost went somewhere else but, I really like the quality of work and the relaxation I get when I take the time out to enjoy my mani/pedi! I was not disappointed my gel toes and my dipped fingers look great it was not a fast process but it was very relaxing! ❤️❤️❤️

My first time to try the nail salon on July 21,2021due to the fact that I needed a fill in and the fill in immediately started lifting as I was shopping on every nail. As I was picking the pieces off I decided to call the salon and explain what was happening and the lady said they were closed and for me to come in tomorrow. Well, my nails are completely off now. Money completely wasted. I should have stuck with the salon I have used for years and drove the distance to New Albany. I started picking my nails because it was over on my cuticles. I expect to be refunded my full amount.

Nail tech was very nice in the beginning until she messed up my middle finger. When asked to fix it she then told me nothing was wrong with it and snatched my hand towards her, all of my nails are crooked and I will never go back.

When arrived we sat for ten minutes, as we waited a lady was at the desk to pay, She was furious about her service. They did not do what she wanted but they was trying to charge her $75. She complained about the service then they lowered it to $50. As she left the nail salon she looked over to us and said,” I do not advise you all to waste your money here it is a waste of time and money”. Why we didn’t listen? We sat for another ten to fifteen minutes and the lady finally put mom in a chair to get her feet soaked. The lady was very rude and disrespectful the whole time while there . She acted snobbish and as if she was in a rush. She was on her phone the entire service. It was only three people in the shop when arrived and while we were there. While I was getting my nails done she constantly was texting and talking on the phone. Another person came in the shop whom wanted their eyebrows done, she got up from doing my nails and went to do her eyebrows. When we left, not even an hour later my nail broke. I called to the shop to let them know, she told me they are going to charge to fix my nail. I spent a $160 at this shop and she couldn’t even fix a nail for me. This was by far the worst nail shop I have been too. DO NOT RECOMMEND when my mom finished with her toes, the lady started to work on her hands, do you not know in the middle of her doing her hands, the nail tech got up and said someone else will be here in 5 minutes, and she left. DO NOT RECOMMEND

I had a color picked out and wanted glitter tips and she tells me she only do just one nail glitter, she then switches back and forth to me and my sister in law doing our nails, she tells my sister in law to stop moving and to sit and watch the tv not her. She comes back to me and tells me to stop moving as well and yanks my arm. She was rude and didn’t do what we asked for. My nails are also crooked and all different sizes. I will never go back and give them business again. Also my sister in law asked for gel nails and got acrylic

Got my nails done this morning for my nieces wedding this weekend, Ive never had a mad experience here but my nails loll awful. She did them so quick and I didnt realize how bad they looked until I had already left and saw them outside. Very disappointed..

Yallllllllll don’t even do it yourselves, save your money and go elsewhere. A friend and I both came in for manicure and pedicures. First off, the man who did our nails was super rude and rushed through them. They were uneven and I didn’t like the way they were painted, he tried to tell me it was because of my nail shape. Also, it was a Sunday when I got them done & by Thursday, 2 of my nails broke. They popped off like the glue one from Walgreens

They were completely unprofessional and when I went to pay, their machine declined both of my cards and so I had to pay in Venmo. When I checked my bank account this morning, they had charged me three times on each card for my pedicure even though they said my cards didn’t work and I paid Venmo. There is so much wrong with this place.

Pause $50 for acrylics just to have 2 come off 3 days later after doing NOTHING.

One of my close friends went to get her nails done. She was extremely disappointed with out sloppy and un even her nails were. The person that did them rushed and the result was horrible. She usually never has problems with this place. This is unacceptable

Command they listen and pay attention to your nails because they will mess them up or have them VERY CROOKED and when you tell them they act like its your hand or eyes. Theyre (Cristy) attitude is nasty also.

The reviews of Nail E located in Tupelo are correct! The quality of the pedicure and the professionalism of the staff is poor. Today was my day to treat myself to a pedicure. The first 15-20 minutes I sat in the chair with the water running, at first scalding hot water, until they turned it down. Once seated they walked away and went and chatted at the other end of the salon. The price would have been ok, IF all of the services had been completed. However, they were not. Pick the salon on West Main--- it is a positive experience. Happiness and genuine care of their customers. Im only visiting Tupelo.

Ive been here several times but today I was VERY disappointed!!! My nails are bulky, uneven, not the shape I showed her from a picture that I wanted and they couldnt get the matte correct. I will NOT be back!!! VERY unhappy!!! And they made me pay and rushed me out so fast that i didnt really get a chance to look at them before I left.

Rudest people I have ever met. Messed my daughters nails up so bad she was crying. Refused to give money back or fix it argued with her just treated her horribly. Refused to let me speak to the owner. Horrible experience! Now we have to go to nail thology where we should have went in the first place so they can fix her nails. Most of the people working were so rude they wouldnt speak to anyone. The only decent worker in there was the lady that did my nails her name is Quyen. The rest of them absolutely horrible and horrible customer service! If you want good nails and customer service do not visit this establishment!!!!

I went there today to have french nails done and I have to say its the worst set of nails Ive ever had done. My daughter had her nails shaped and polished and the guy cut her cuticles to where her hands are so sore and her cuticles are red and swollen. My nails arent even on my nails right. The way he put them on he didnt strengthen them like youre suppose to. I wont be going back there. $82 down the drain. Not even satisfied with any of it.

I came in to get a manicure and they gave me the wrong shape and not to mention the guy was in a rush to do my nails. He told me that my nails were dry and they weren’t so when I got home my nails were super smudged. I came in the next day for them to re-do my nails and the lady at the front was extremely rude and had a bad attitude. The lady who re-did my nails literally just painted over the original polish and I told her that this was not the color I wanted and she complained because she had to ACTUALLY re-do the nails. I WILL NOT BE BACK. if you are looking for a nail salon to go to, I highly recommend going somewhere else that actually cares about their customers and takes the time to get the job done RIGHT.

I got gel polish painted on my natural nails & it didn’t even last one week. I’m very disappointed. Prior to visiting this shop, I had recently got a gel manicure in Texas that lasted nearly 3 weeks! I wouldn’t recommend Nail E! for gel nails unless they can improve the longevity of their gel polish.

I hate to say but they are very rude and overpriced. I paid $28 for a fill in and the nail tech didnt paint the sides of my nails. I messaged them to ask if it could be fixed and I was told to check my nails before I left the salon. Why should I check what the nail tech is supposed to be capable of doing and checking herself? Not going back to this salon, not even to let them fix my nails.

I got a gel pedicure and a gel manicure on my natural nails. The pedicure was phenomenal but my manicure was horrible. Gel polished chipped the next day. Paid $75 for the service. It is overpriced! Will definitely recommend the pedicure but not a manicure.

I have been here several times before and services were great. Today it was awful. I got right in the chair but the pedicure was pitiful. Barely touched my feet on the bottom, spent most of the time with lotions and scrubs. Im a man who works on his feet. Spend time on the feet. And her attitude was very unfriendly. I will think long and hard before I go back.

My wife visited this nail salon earlier today. She said it was not a good experience. The nail technician she had was a woman. This technician seem to skip several steps and did not polish her nails nor provide services in a professional manner.For example, my wife had to ask her to fill in areas missed and to file the nails equally. She had to ask several times for her to fill in the missed areas. It seemed like the technician was going to leave the nails unfinished. When asked to fill the areas missed, the nail tech servicng her got an attitude!I would rate this location a zero if it would allow the rating. Hopefully, your experience will be better than the encounter my wife endured.

If i could give this zero stars i would 100%. my friend got her nails done here and she got “gel powder” as a cosmetologist there’s no such thing as GEL POWDER. gel is a goopy consistency. powder is powder. and they charged her extra for that. they charged her an extra 10 for coffin shape and an extra 10-15 dollars for glitter nail polish. she got them done two days ago and they are already falling off!!! they are supposed to last up to at LEAST 2-3 weeks. then when she and i went up there to complain and try to get a refund or at least partial refund they blamed it on her and said that she probably hit her fingers on something. how do you hit all of your fingers at once. and especially how do you hit your fingers when she’s been laying in the bed for the two days sicker than a dog!? not to mention that the nail technician did not paint them all the way . Horrible service and extremely rude would not recommend

Walked in today told the nail tech what me and my mother wanted done.. she told us it would be a hour so we sitting there waiting, it’s already hot and their door is wide open css their air is out I’m guessing. So we waited about a hour and 10 minutes a Caucasian woman walked in waiting but she ended up getting called bck before we did! Like they just looked over us, we only went there because everybody else closed today on Sunday! Walked in on a Sunday afternoon and it was pretty full. I expected nothing more. Well I sat there for an hour before I could get my nails, which already had me a bit livid. Here I am a week later and most of my acrylics have fallen off. The older looking man was very kind and did a good job but I really wish the acrylics I spent 40 dollars on would have lasted longer.

The lady who sits in the 1st chair to the left (forgot her name) had an AWFUL attitude. This isnt my 1st time going there and anytime she has provided my services she smarts off or simply doesnt talk at all. THIS WILL BE LAST TIME GOING! Word of advice... if youre going to work with/for the public, you need to be able to leave the BAD attitude AT HOME! I will take my money to someone who is more welcoming... & I think shes the owner (SAD).

Will not go back. Chrissy think she knows everything. They do not have price sign up. Give you different shapes and lengths on nails. If I show you a pic of what I want. You should give me just that and not a Remix!!! They can not wax eyebrows either they are to ruff. They tore the skin off me and my sisters brows. Our bows look like one were sleep and the other brow was running. If you can not render these services please do not advertise them. Also they call glitter nails a design wth!! The guy that did my fill in ....did not match up my acrylic! He cut 5 of my fingers and didn’t care at all ! Didn’t even apologize or anything!I will not be back !Unprofessional to say the least !!

Drove 30 minutes to get my nails done, arrived at 6:40 (they dont close til 8), about 4 people were getting pedicures and each had a technician, multiple chairs were open, 2 technicians were standing across the room talking, and I was greeted with, Sorry, dear, were not taking anyone else today. They are open another hour and a half!! The door says walk-ins welcome! Must not need the business... so, I wont be back. PS I normally dont rant, but Ive heard rating businesses is an effective way to help them know where to improve. Nail E!, change your hours if you dont want to get customers after 6:45! Or accept customers until closing time!

Nail E is NOT the place to go! As soon as you walk in, there is some man who is immediately yelling at you. The atmosphere at Nail E is horrible the nail technicians CANNOT do any type of good work! Then they get an attitude when you tell them to fix your nail! I do not recommend this place to go to if you want awesome nails. THEIR WORK IS SLOPPY AND CHEAP!

Great place just a lil EXPENSIVE than other nail shops in the area. But its worth it.. Depending on who do your nails.. All of them arent good. I just changed nail salons when i found out it was a extra 10.00 when you get coffin an mood nails. The prices are ridiculous

Me & my bff stopped in while she was in town & we had a amazing experience. Tim was my guy He was a Hoot!! Such a all around friendly silly funny personality staff. BEWARE!!!!! Service was absolutely terrible! And I was overcharged for the bad job... $58 for a fill-in and a polish change on my feet (no pedicure). It took over 30 minutes for two female workers to take turns working on my nails. Previous tips were not filed down enough. Polish was sloppy along my cuticles and on the side of my nails. Polish chipped the same day. I was so embarrassed when people asked to look at my nails. I would immediately tell them that they were messed up.

The people at this nail salon have no clue what they are doing!The put the acryllic on way to thick and the nail polish is absolutely horrific looking after they paint your nails.They charge you 45.00 for the solar acryllic nails that are supposed to last 2 weeks and end up breaking off the very next day!A WASTE OF MONEY

Received a Gel manicure here about two weeks ago as part of bridal party activities with my sisters. The nail tech didnt do a very good job...he was in a rush, it seemed. I asked him kindly to please go over the areas on the sides of my nails that he missed, and he did which was nice. But, upon getting outside and noticing there was still a lot of areas that werent covered by the $37 gel manicure I received, I decided I was fed up and did not want to go back in AGAIN and have him redo it. My sisters nails (Gel manicure as well) chipped within hours and were done in a rushed fashion too. The nail tech that did her nails twisted and contorted her wrist and hands to the point where my sister had to say something because she was causing my sister pain. Honestly, I would stay away from this place. They dont seem to really care.

Service was horrible. They were rude. Also I was supposed to get solar gel but they did not do That. I know this because I was out of town on business and had to get nails filled and the salon there told me it was not solar gel that had been done before. Also my nails looked bad qnd had no shine to them. and did not last very long at all. And tried breaking off and chipping within a week or little more. Never will go back. Over paid for something thats wasnt even right.

Burned my sisters upper eyelids when they waxed her eyebrows and were rude about it. I have never seen eyes burned this bad. 24 hours later and they are scabs!
