I had my very first appointment with Creative Touch Day Spa today. I had a 30 minute massage and Allie was phenomenal. I left feeling relaxed, stress, and pain free. I have alreqdy scheduled my next appointment. If you are looking for a massage and a relaxing environment this is the place to go.

I scheduled a massage for my wife’s birthday. This review is only for the massage therapist because the establishment was clean, professional and staff was very nice.But when it came to the therapist, my wife was not happy with the massage she received. The therapist didn’t introduce herself and the atmosphere was not relaxing. She advised me that the lights were bright and music was horrible. She also was burned with the rocks twice and the therapist slammed the drawers when opening and closing to retrieve the rocks.As far as the massage itself, my wife was not impressed. It should be noted that my wife is a license/certified physical therapist and told me it was just a horrible massage.I felt really bad that my wife had such a bad experience due to it being her birthday.

The place has an uptown feel which could be intimidating if not for the very friendly staff. Im always satisfied with the results of various services such as waxing, hair cuts, and facials. Denita makes me feel so comfortable we talk the whole time. My husband gets massages with Paige and is relaxed enough to fall asleep.... several times.

Very expensive and kind of run down. Ive had better pedicures but I do love my haircut. All in all not worth the price though.

Paige was willing to fill in today to keep scheduled appointments and I am so glad she did! Wonderful massage! Thank you again!

Wonderful relaxing massages.

I was looking for a great day spa to get a massage and I heard creative touch was a great place to go. This being my first time going to a day spa I was little intimidated but the staff was very welcoming and friendly. Despite being a few minutes late for my appointment I was still taken in right away my message therapist Paige was awesome. I felt very good after my message and this will be my go to place when I need a day of relaxation.

Amy was very sweet.I was not happy with how my hair turned out. It was supposed to be black with blonde highlights. ( original hair color was brown, with red) spent about 3 hrs at the salon and spent 200.00. When I was doing getting the trim I told her I liked it paid and left. Upon leaving myself and my husband noticed that my hair was in fact NOT black at all, but dark brown and still had my original red it in. Not one person. That seen my hair even noticed that I had anything done to it. ( and it should have been a dramatic change )... the next day I called the salon and spoke to a lady who told me she was the manager like lady when the real manager wasnt there. I explained everything to her she said she understood and was going to call the real manager and then call me back. Still havent heard a word from them its been 3 days..I spent a lot of money in this salon which I dont normally do. I barely every spend more then just the cost of a cut on my hair, and this is the reason why.

Got a Brazilian and the lady was very nice but left hair on my bikini area which I had to wax when I got home. If I pay 65 bucks for a Brazilian I dont wanna go home an have to do extra waxing an plucking myself.

They have the best Brazilian waxing!! And they are so friendly, they offered me a beverage as soon as I sat down!

Great Massage!

Relaxing and elegant. Enjoyed meeting Amy who cut my hair correctly. My hair is hard to cut and she did great!! Looking forward to seeing her again before long.

I received a gift certificate for here and it was awesome! I got a haircut, manicure, pedicure, mini facial, and Swedish massage. Everyone was super friendly and worked with me on my complicated schedule. Going here again next year for sure.

Creative Touch is a wonderful place to go for salon and spa treatment. They have a wonderful staff, and have recently be taken over by new management. Give them a try, it will be soooo worth your while!
