The Beauty Boutique is my go-to for all things nails!! I have not been anywhere else since I started going there! The girls are amazing and they do such an amazing job!

If you are looking for cool, artsy and/or funky this is it! I love the employees and atmosphere. My nails have never looked better or been more healthy!

I got pedicure with Chaeli Turnage and she did amazing!! The owner Virgina Chaney is also an amazing nail artist. 100% recommend!!

The ladies are very friendly and nice, but the quality is poor. I had a dip extension. It’s uneven my nails are different sizes, it’s lumpy and she went over my skin which is causing me pain. This is the worst manicure I’ve ever received and it has me in tears. I don’t normally like to complain and like I said the ladies are very sweet, but again their workmanship is so poor. Not worth the $$$

The ladies there were super nice however; neither my manicure nor my pedicure is very good. My nails are lumpy and some are a bit ski sloped. I have never had a pedicure that left my feet rougher, to the touch, than when I went in...until yesterday. My 2 daughters and I went in to treat ourselves. Sadly, I cant recommend the salon.

The overall atmosphere was unpleasant when I first walked in. The girl who did my nails did not tell me she had never put on tips before until the end of the manicure. She asked another one of the other girls to come sit and make sure she was doing it right, and the girl refused to, saying she needed to learn. I understand someone needing to learn how do something themselves, but you dont leave them to potentially mess up a clients manicure. My nails look like bumpy ski slopes due to the poor application. I will not be returning here for their nail services.

I love this place! Never had a bad experience here! No horrible drills are ever used. My advice is call for an appointment. They do take walk-ins, but are always busy! They are without a doubt the BEST nail salon in Tupelo!!

I went and got my nails done on MONDAY and paid $50 (which is more than I pay normally and receive better service). It is now THURSDAY, yes four days later and my nails are FALLING OFF! I had tips and dip done and have never had a problem with any salon except this one. It is not worth the price for my nails to be popping off less than a week later. I’m disappointed.

As a male it’s hard to feel comfortable in a Nail Salon but they make me feel at home every single time. The quality and service are outstanding. If you’re in the area or close by, I definitely recommend this salon.

This location has been very helpful to me for a long time, by keeping my 2 nails (thats right I said 2. My pointer and thumb on the right hand) ready for work. I have weak nails and have to remove labels all day to do my job right. If i do the job with my regular nails, within the shift they fall apart. With the dip that they use instead of acrylic I am able to do my job with high efficiency. Oh also they are always nice to me.

I’ve been going here for several months now and I will never go anywhere else! The most amazing nails every time and Paige is always helping me come up with the coolest ways to make my nails unique. 10/10 for sure.

Celebrated my daughters 11th birthday here and it was everything she hoped for! Staff was great with the kids! If your looking for a place to have a birthday party for your princesses pick this place because you want be disappointed!

Very nice people, but not the best at nails. I did gel there and it only lasted 2 weeks not including chipping before. There dip was okay but not the best.

I loved Megans Nail Boutique, initially. The Oxford location was exactly what I needed in my life. They were right down the road, the staff was nice, prices were great and the environment was so welcoming and friendly. So, naturally, I was very sad to see the Oxford location shut down. But, also because Ive heard only negative things about the Tupelo location. We gave them a shot regardless and it wasnt terrible but could have certainly gone better. We were rushed and I felt like everything was done 50%. The salon itself is kind of sloppy; chipped wall paint and it doesnt look finished. The staff wasnt near as professional as they should have been with their conversations. But, I have no real concerning complaints; only signs of disappointment. I probably wont return to Megans at all but wish her nail boutique luck.. On the plus side, her soap store looks dope.

I was going to write a “Good review” hoping in order to get 20% off like the sign said but I decided I will write an honest review instead. Not sure if it qualifies for 20% off or not. This was my first time at the salon. Prior to this I have been with my same nail tech for about 15 years. I am new to the area. I feel like the technicians there need training and a lot of it. Not sure if it’s the school they went to or if it’s the process of how the salon wants them to work. Their techniques were that of someone who either has zero experience in the field or very very very little experience. And I will say that they both were very nice but they just didn’t have what I was used to in a nail technician. I may be just very picky. for example the application of the nail polish, The use of the nail file and cuticle nippers was all that of someone with no knowledge of how to use the tools. It didn’t come natural to them. Even the way they do your toes in order to work on one. Instead of pushing the toes down in order to work on one they literally push the toes back which means they’re like almost in a sense crunching them like you would your knuckles, if you understand what I’m trying to explain. Not comfortable. I got the wondrous package and my daughter got a regular pedicure. The massage and the hot rocks and hot wax all that was very nice. My main concern and whenever I get a pedicure is dead skin and I really really have an issue with it not being taken off during my pedicures. And that was one of the issues that I had there as well. The other technician had to come In and do it for the girl that was originally doing my toes. Like I said training is really what needs to be done here I think. As far as the building and interior it has a nice atmosphere and very chic and cute, normal wear and tear. Not sure how long it’s been there, I’m guessing 5+ years. Staff was nice too. Management just needs to ensure proper training.

Poor work, could not stay out of their phones, honestly clueless when it came to techniques, and overpriced. Nobody should have to pay $30 for a takeoff and regular toe polish. I will not be back.

First pedicure.... was a little embarrassed at first since I’m a guy but I will definitely be returning, very friendly staff and also very clean. Didn’t smell like other nail salons do as well.

I took my niece here for her birthday and hands down it was the best expierence! They gave us the full treatment and made her first mani/pedi experience fantastic! Brandy and Jenny are the best I highly recommend them!

So I made a reservation 2 weeks out from the day for my entire wedding party to get our nails done. We arrive on the day of the appointment and the staff had no idea we were coming. They had lost our reservation. But we got right in and sat down. No big deal I guess. But then I looked around and I was not impressed. The facility was dirty. One of my party killed a cockroach while using the bathroom, the floor was physically dirty and left debree stuck to our feet, and the staff didn’t use gloves while doing our feet. They also advertise that you get a complimentary drink which we were excited about because it’s a wedding party after all... however when asked if they serve wine we were told yes. But we were never offered any. They also don’t do accrillic nails which is a let down because that’s what we all wanted on our fingers. They did a sad job at our nails and even made most of a bridesmaids nails bleed. The staff was a bit rude and wasn’t very enjoyable to be around. In my oppinion, if I’m paying for an exatravegant and luxurious experience I expect to get that. But we didn’t. We were very disappointed. I just hope that the paint will hold up and not chip off. Its safe to say that we will not be going back nor will any of us be recommending The Nail Boutique by Magen to others.
