Great, clean place to get a pedicure. Doesnt smell bad like some nail salons. I will go back soon.

I went and got a pedicure and full set at the same time. The lady rushed through my pedicure and Henry rushed through applying my full set. Within a few days my feet were rough like I never had them done and over half if my nails came off. I called and they told me to come back to have them repair free. I went and had the 6/10 nails reapplied but they never touched the other 4 so they looked bad and in need of a fill in. Within a few days of having the 6 nails reapplied, 8/10 were coming off. I won’t ever return.

I made an appointment, got there 10 mins early and waited an hour. they let people that walked in go before me. i ended up leaving. DO NOT RECOMMEND APPOINTMENTS JUST WALK ON IN THERE

I’ve had my nails done many times and in many places. This is the absolute BEST job anyone has EVER done on my nails. He took the time to cover my entire nail with polish, clean the polish on my skin, and paid attention to every little detail! I will forever be coming back here and only here!

I was going to get a full set too but the lady who did my nails was profoundly rude and rushed through the whole thing. When they did my cuticle she spent 30 seconds on both of my feet. I have toe nail polish on my toes. For 35 dollars I expected better than a kindergartners work.

Called to find out if there was a wait. I was told there wasnt. When I went in, in about 5 minutes I was seated in a pedicure chair. I sat there for 30 minutes for them to begin working on two customers on either side of me that came after me. I walked out.

She put the wrong polish on my nails (it was a shade with and without glitter and I didnt want glitter) but didnt spot it in time because it was a subtle difference. She had to take the wrong polish off and then charged me for it. Was very upset. Nails look terrible like they didnt even want to try.

I got a pedicure from there got a foot infection severely had to go to the dr...Will Never Go Back

I went in for a manicure told them 3 are 4 times a mani they assumed I wanted full set I had to explain multiple times a bowl of water cuticles did, now hears the kicker while Im still sitting a white lady comes in for mani they seat here and start soaking her hands,, Im really disappointed because I too know what a mani is dont assume Im ghetto because Im black and only want full set ... I wanted my nails cared for ... Im done with them because when I explained it they should have got me going instead the guy says you want tips it was embarrassing because I eventually told him I need what the white lady is getting,, Im a Healthcare worker whose to tired to be treated like Im ignorant.

Took my 14 yr niece to get a pedicure and it lasted all of 5-10 minutes. No soaking her feet, or any of the traditional tools for pedicures. The lady was nice but $45 dollars for a quick job was not okay.

Showed the nail tech a picture of exactly what I wanted. What I got was so sloppy it looked like a child did it. Uneven nails and jagged lines. Then when I told her I didn’t like it and requested it to be fixed, she charged me an extra $10. Bringing my total for a pedi and a full set to $130. I only gave 2 stars because my pedi was okay. Highly disappointed in this place. I will not be back! Would not recommend!!!

Love the employees/ people. If you need your nails done right hit them up. (They can fit you in).

I hAve been coming here for 8 years and Lee that does my pedicures is an absolute Godsend. She takes her times and her massages are out of this world! Have a hard day?? Go ask for Lee!! They know your name and are very personable. I have developed several relationships with many of the women in there. Prices are affordable for the quality of the pedicure you get. I won’t go anywhere else unless I absolutely don’t have a choice. I will wait for a chair to open up for Lee. Can’t beat it.

Outstanding, loved the hot lava rock leg massage. Moved here 7 months ago, have gone to two other places, was not satisified with either one. A friend recommend Nails City, I will be a repeat customer.

The techs have always been very friendly to me, and some even remember my name, which is amazing with the amount of customers they have. They take a lot of time with their pedicures, and Ive always been pleased with my results. There may be a slight problem in communication at times, but Ive never felt anyone was ever rude.

I got a pedicure here years ago in 2014 and there was a huge bruise left on my leg. However, I thought I’d give them another chance since it’s been so long and it’s so close to my home. That was a mistake! First, the lady cut out my ingrown toenails that WERENT even bothering me. I was almost in tears, and now my toe is bothering me. THEN she burnt the bottom of my foot with a hot stone. THEN she burnt my legs with a hot towel, and to top it off pounded on the sides of my legs which is what caused my bruise during the first visit. It was the worst pedicure I’ve ever had. The manicure was a lot better. The lady could barely understand English. I felt bad, so I left her a decent tip, but never again will I go here for a pedicure.

Depends on who you get to do your nails. The female owner and her daughter are excellent. The grown man not so much. Hes a man, dont get it.. the need for details.

They just cant ever get my nails right, I always leave out of there unsatisfied with one thing or another. But their prices compared to others around are not bad at all so lesson learned, you get what you pay for

Place was busy and lady was super rude. Took my kids fir their first experience by just getting nails painted. Lady would yell at us when we didnt understand what she was saying. Definitely not friendly with kids.

Very rude and unprofessional!! Went in for the 1st time and all the seats in the waiting area were taking, so I had to stand. Instead of one of the workers directing me to another location to where I can sit, the guy in the 2nd chair to the left yells out, “get from in front of the door “. First off, I was on the side of the door and I informed him of that. So, instead of the chick on the 1st seat to the left saying, you can have a seat at one of the work stations, she proceed to say, “can you sit down somewhere ”?? I ask her where do you expect me to sit, there’s no seats over here empty, she then points to a work station. Like I told her before I left, this is you alls house, I’m new, I’m not just going to go sit at a work station not knowing if it’s ok to do that or not. I was told by a few people not to go there, but I try not to base my decision on other people’s experiences, but this is one time I should have listened!! I wouldn’t dare step foot back in that place!!

Service was HORRIBLE. The lady that did my pedicure did the worse job ever. Did not let my feet soak, no filing and polish was everywhere. She had a major attitude. I paid for the service but I will never be back. If I could give you negative stars I would. I to go somewhere else and pay what should have been done!!!!!!!

If I could give it 0 stars I would its VERY racist there they have terrible customer service I had been going there for a year up until an incident last week with one of the female nail tech she and the women in number 4 sent me to 5 other people because I asked for curved nails they were very rude and disrespectful and the wait was absolutely ridiculous my nails are diferent sizes the odor in there from the monomer nearly knocked me out cold I would not recommend this place to anyone who likes good service I have been telling all the women I work and go to school with to shy away from this place
