The nails are too thick, uneven, crooked, poorly shaped, and poorly painted! I was going to start using their service, but the male nail tech, who screwed my nails up, just let me know that I need to stay with my nail tech, David! I should have went to Nail Expert and waited on David. I wont make this mistake again. Additionally, the male nail tech did this horrible full set, and he had the audacity to get an attitude when I told him the nails werent being done correctly. He actually told me that I needed to wait until he was finished before I commented. WELL, I SHOULD HAVE GOT UP AND LEFT BEFORE HE FINISHED BECAUSE THE NAILS ARE A HOT MESS!!!!!

This lady asked if I wanted my natural nails shaped or cutdown, I replied NO neither but she drilled my natural nails down in the most raggedy way and tells me shes cleaning my natural nails. My nails are destroyed and my feelings are beyond hurt and I voice this to the technician and she tells me Its ok theyll grow back. Then finished and said since she messed up shell just charge me half of the cost which was $20 but their list started overlays are $28 and I paid $25 before this fill in. I dont recommend them and I will NEVER go back. My nails were the length of the nails on my hand now. You can actually see the jagged job she did on my thumb, index and ring finger nail 🥺

I loved it here. The price for my nails was reasonable and the work Pauline did was exceptional. They didn’t file too much around my cuticle area like most other nail salons do and that is much appreciated since I have very sensitive hands. The staff was very friendly. Friday evening I went in close to close and the owner took his time and cleaned up my cuticles which were in horrible shape! He worked and worked on them which I really appreciated. I was pleased with the service and I think their prices are good.

ATTN: Read before going!!!Went to Cute Nail with my Mom, Aunt, and Cousin. The massage chairs did not all work and they were really intense/too rough. The Nail Technicians did NOT have the pedicure foot baths lined with a liner. The Nail Technicians did NOT have the nail tools in sanitized bags- they sprayed them with something and then went to work. Some of the Nail Technicians seemed untrained and did NOT know how to paint toe nails. The Nail Technicians did not (I repeat DID NOT) even give a massage with the pedicure and they charged $30/person. As we sat at the nail drying station- I looked at my purse and there was a ROACH CRAWLING ON IT! I got it off and told my family “WE HAVE TO GO, NOW!” ........... DO NOT GO HERE. DO NOT GO HERE! I didnt get a service. While waiting there was someone that started fussing about the price and they hadnt sat me after 20 minutes and I was asking for three different services so I felt like they could have been doing something while waiting for other chairs opening up. So I just left.

The place I got a pedicure from in the past is out of business. So I gave this place a try. Even though I made an appointment I still had to wait a while because they was super busy. The pedicure was excellent. I have a callus on my foot and the woman smoothed it down. I will be back. Thank you cute nails and spa.

When I tell you she had my eyelashes looking natural and long it was worth every penny to pay an extra $40 than the usual place I go to. I went in clueless as to what I wanted to do with my nails. I usually get a full set (acrylic) with gel polish, but they offer several varieties of powder colors that last longer. I told the owner (lady) to do what she wanted with my nails. She remembered I had mentioned blue and she kept that in mind as she added her on twist to my nails. All staff are very friendly and have a sense of humor that will keep you entertained during the duration of your time there. Products seem to be high quality. I have found the nail salon I will be using during my time here in Tupelo.

From the reviews, Pauline does a wonderful job. However I didn’t get to experience the Pauline effect. I came at a bad time when most of the original staff was on vacation and it was an older and younger guy who tagged team on my nails. My nails were HORRIBLE. I didn’t even keep them on for more than 2hours because I was so disgusted with how they did them. The acrylic was bulky, my nail length was off, and this was after I told them the length I wanted, and the paint job was horrible as well! So for future warning DO NOT LET THE GUYS/AMATUERS DO YOUR NAILS!!!!! Safe to say, I won’t return anytime soon. If I do, they will not touch my nails unless it Pauline.

I am not sure if the issue was due to them being busy or not but my service was awful. There was a 30 minute wait (not bad), then the message chair did not work properly, the water was way too hot ( yes, they cooled it off), the guy doing my pedi was very nice but seemed unsure of what he was doing, he did not scrub my feet and kept being easily distracted. After changing my Polish color because it was ugly, he got someone else to do my Polish, she was in a very big hurry, so Polish was done subpar. I really cannot say I would recommend them and I will definitely not be back. Waste of $30. Now I will need to get it redone.

Worst nail experience ever. My husband and I live an hour away. We came to Tupelo for a relaxing weekend getaway. We wanted to get pedicures and I wanted a full set acrylic. My husband got a long elaborate pedi, his only complaint was he wasn’t massaged hard enough. My pedicure maybe lasted 5 mins, my toenails werent even clipped or filed?? And my toenails wasn’t completely covered in polish.... And when I got my full set acrylic she asked me how long. I said short.. She cut them and I asked for shorter and they were still long so I asked again and she laughed at me and said she would file them. Needless to say I left with long nails... The lady filed my skin with my nails, very very painful. I did everything possible not to cry. So no I do not recommend this place.

Best salon in Tupelo, we had a wedding group of 10 people and its amazing that the staffs were manage us accordingly the wait not long we had a pleasant time...we all had pedi and mani done.... I took the time to look up the best nail salons in the area and ironically this place came up as great choice. They appeared to have pretty good reviews. Not quite sure what people consider good, however this was far from. The ladies were pleasant or at least I thought. They are quite deceitful and conniving. I first to arrive, no other customer thankfully. Maybe that should have been a sign. I advised the nail tech what I wanted and she stated for me to sit at the first seat. I would say this was red flag number two. Upon arriving to most nail salons, if you say you would like a pedi and a refill on gel. They will instruct you to go to do the pedicure first, which will allow your toes to be fairly dry once you leave. However this was not the case. She advised me to do the nails first. After taking the old gel off. I asked her did I need to go to the chair for pedi, her response was oh, you want a pedicure too?Hmmmm, yea thats what I stated upon coming into the shop (my thoughts in my head, of course). So I proceeded to the chair, a young man came to do them and though sweet; he didnt know what he was doing. The pedicure was awful. He started off by trying to cut my nails without asking if I wanted them shorter or filled down. He struggled to do the very basics. I actually felt sorry for him but reality is I am a paying customer, which means dont give me someone who doesnt know what he is doing or a lack of experience. More training PLEASE!!! He wasnt able to paint as well, so he called over another young man who was sitting in the back doing nothing to help him. He told him NO....how rude, in front of customers. Then he requested for the lady who started doing my nails to come over and paint them. She noticed my toe nails were still uneven, so instead of filling them. She decides to cut them down some more. I specifically requested for them not to be cut so low and thats what they did. They were cut sooo low, the skin was showing. I mentioned it to get and her response was its okay baby. Do your nails grow fast? SERIOUSLY!!! How careless and inconsiderate of the customer. Afterwards, she asked me to return to the first seat to complete my nails. During the course of our conversation, she pushed getting powder. Trying to upsell gets old, if a customer is not interested. Not to mention a decent job on my nails. Then upon completion, they charge me full price for my toes though they werent the best and also charged me an additional $1.00 for using my card. Who does that on a $65.00 charge and without making me aware prior to charging, nor were there a sign posted. So much for following the previous reviews. Im starting to believe these were fake reviews, so to make them look better. Im truly disappointed and will not be returning.

My nail came off 4 days later after a fill-in. Nail tech did an awful job and couldn’t shape stilleto shape.Went back to have it fixed .... another nail completely came off and another broke . Very disappointed with the work although staff is polite, but unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend.
