They did decent, on the phone I told him what I wanted and he said it was 40 which was fine but it was weird he charged me 60. He cut 4 of my fingers and put nail glue directly on the cuts (they bled a lot) nail glue is so strong I can’t get it off to clean the blood off my finger and I have school tomorrow I can handle a nail person accidentally cutting me, it happens, but On 4 fingers ? He proceeded to tell me I have thin skin but no other nail place has ever cut me. Overall though they’re open on sundays and they’re walk ins so you don’t have to make appointments which was great for me.

Great quality nails, did not have to wait in a line. They did a great job on me my mother-in-laws and nieces nails. We got them for a very good price and I will definitely be back.

Love that I found a nail shop that was open on Sunday & they were very friendly! Just needed a fill-in.. I couldnt really understand what the lady was saying so I kind of just nodded & said ok to what I could understand lol! I wasnt picky so not much to complain about other that 3 different people worked on me just for a fill-in, the guy was rough while filing my nails & kept getting my skin & then the fill-in didnt start at the cuticle so Ill need another one in about a week. Also got my eyebrows waxed which I was satisfied with that!

Highly do not recommend Nails A. I had the worst experience at this nail salon. I drove an hour and a half to get my nails done here and they offered very poor customer service. In the process of getting my nails done, they filed my skin which started burning me, they had multiple people working on my nails, and they had several clients that were dissatisfied with their nails complaining about the poor customer service as well. I showed them a picture of what I wanted before hand. Then second lady who worked on my acrylics asked me how short I wanted to cut the acrylics and before I could even say anything, she cut it too short and proceeded to ask me what shape I wanted. When I said I wanted coffin, she told me that my nails were too short to be coffin so I let her keep the square shape that she cut it to. While my nails were being filed, I could tell that the square shape wasn’t defined and very uneven but I continued to let them do my nails thinking they would look decent in the end. Also, during this process it was very unsanitary. They had dust shavings from filed nails from previous customers that they didn’t clean up and continued to put my hands on the manicure table to do my nails. After filing my nails before the acrylic was applied and after the acrylic was applied, they not once let me wash my hands to clean the dust from previous customers and the dust shavings from my nails as well. After finishing my nails they still did not let me wash my hands and told me the lotion was there if I needed some, instead of applying it on my hands. It seemed like they were trying to just rush me out of the salon because of the short time I spent in the salon and how poorly the nails looked. Do not recommend this nail salon to anybody.

I will not be going back to this place. They always let me pay with card before. This time they won’t let me pay with card and tell me to go across the street to get cash from ATM. I argue that I always pay with card here and then He says if you don’t want to help us out and pay cash then fine I will take card. You won’t stay in business long by making your customers feel like they are doing you a disservice by not having cash. I assume it’s got something to do with the debit card fee, but don’t accuse me of not helping you out because I don’t have cash and don’t have time to drive to an atm to bring you cash just because you don’t want to pay the fee or charge the fee to my card.

Be careful and watch the price! These folks will over charge your debit card and tell you that the system charge a fee, and they will raise the prices on you as well. Polish change with regular polish is 22 dollars but on the price list it says 10-15! Watch your receipt!!

The main lady got upset because she didn’t understand what I asked for from the picture. Instead of asking me again she kept picking me colors. I still ended up with the wrong color. Very upset. Never again. If you don’t know the exact color of what you want, do not go there. If you want designs, do not go there. Horrible experience

This was my 1st visit to Nail A. I was pleased with there speedy service but the techs were very pushy about getting extra services and even rude when I declined, almost to the point of insulting my toes and brows. I explained that I could only cover nails today and would come back but then they snickered amongst each other in their native language and I found that to be extremely offensive. Had that not happened I would have given 5 stars but I was not pleased with their customer service. However, I would visit them again in hopes of a better experience because I like that it was fast and I was pleased with my nails.
