They were busy and I was a bit late. Still got me in, friendly and professional. I haven’t had acrylics in 20 years and I was nervous but these turned out beautifully. Just perfect and I’ll definitely go back. The staff is friendly and fun and the quality of work is on-point. 😍

I have been going to mail plus for almost 3 years I love getting my nails done their. They do amazing work. the owner Kelly does amazing artwork when you ask for designs. I always get Compliments on my nails .

There is only one good nail tech.. ther are not good. My nails look so sloppy the paint is on my skin. And my design are messy n thick. I got home and it was all smudged.

The staff were friendly and knowledgable. They accommodate us as they followed all the special rules for Phase 2 opening. The prices are reasonable and they do not upsell you to pay for things that you dont need. It was refreshing hearing them tell someone that to add a certain polish with her nail choice would just be a waste of money. Honesty, value and great work, I could not ask for anything more.

Worst pedicure Ive ever had. My heel is bleeding and the lady was cranky and never apologized. Another worker told me that she was hungry so thats why she was cranky. I work in a salon myself and I understand but customer service should be a priority. My gel polish is bumpy and rough. I wont be back!!!

Ive been here several times. Not one time have I had a bad word to say about this place. The ladies are very nice.. the husband is very nice. They do a perfect job every time. Prices are average.

For the first time ever I decided to get my nails done I chose acrylic nail polish and eyebrows. For a first time experience this was excellent and fast I was expecting to be there for an hour hour and a half And I ended up out of there within 30 minutes or less. Jennifer did my eyebrows and made it quick and painless and the expertise of Ann was amazing. I had friends who had acrylic nails done by other places and you could totally tell their nails are fake and took the time to make sure that everything was even doubt to wear it looked flat on the nail without it being weak enough to break. When she put on the nail polish she didn’t even mess up she didn’t have to wipe anything off nothing I just like 1 to 3 next nail or 1 to 3 next nail for two layers some of the polish is a teeny bit see-through but hardly noticeable at all it looks perfect I will attach photo as she got the exact shape I wanted the length everything five stars would recommend and I’m made appointment To get them re-done as well as some other services I was so happy I gave them 18% Each on top.

The wait was short which was nice, the guy seemed to be doing a good job. But when I left and got all the way home my big toe was messed up and looking closer he didnt really do a very good job. :(

Ive been coming to this place for 10 years. The owners change every few years, but I always like the employees. They do a great job and I walk out feeling prettier than when I walked in. Since I started getting pedicures regularly 20 years ago, I havent had a single ingrown toenail (I used to get them all the time and even had the medical procedure down to permanently fix it--well, it wasnt a fix at all... But pedicures were!).

They took plenty of time with me and assisted me with my color choice. Reasonable price for both pedi and manicure.

Went in there today with my mom and all three employees that helped us were really nice and we definitely plan on going back. I appreciated their patience with us since we hadnt gotten pedicures before 😊

Friendly and cheap. Only $8 for eyebrow wax instead of $10. As of September 1 they are closed on Sundays so be mindful of that

We made a reservation for 5 people days before our appointment. When we came in there was no where for us to sit and we had to wait over 30 mins before we even got seated in the chair. The 4 kids and I got jipped on their massages.Everytime i have come to this place before had been great but this last experience really sucked.

I went in there yesterday for the first time and waited for about 20 minutes when I decided to ask how much longer it would be and if they could prop open the door because the fumes were getting to me. The woman who answered me was rude and said nope!, the air we breathe in here is just fine . so I told her she was rude and got up and left. I went over to Legacy Nails in Tumwater and they were nice.

I got my acrylic gel nails done here about a week ago, two nails have broken since then and the nail polish has been chipping off. I went in to get my first broken nail off and they charged me even though I had just gotten them done a couple days before. They also didn’t have the color I wanted although it was one of the options.

2 days in a row drove to the shop. First day I said Id be there and they were closed early. Today I go since they close at 7 and I walk in at 445 and they say they cant do a pedi because they are closing early.I wasted my time 2 days in a row.
