I appreciate the fact that they had managed to make an appointment for me at 2:15-2:30, however when I got there, I didn’t really get attended to minutes after 3. I usually don’t mind waiting and it seemed very busy anyway. I sort of wish they said they were booked though since I wanted to leave before 4.The lady that did my nails seemed really sweet though. I loved the way she shaped my nails and designed it. She also was very considerate, asking if I liked it or if it was okay.From a far away perspective it’s really pretty. Just not satisfied with the sides though. Looks kind of messy

Every time I come in I can never get my nails the way that I want! I even show them a picture and they just can’t do it. I’m very disappointed! I also wear my mask per the letter on the door but the same guy that works there every time I’m in there he thinks he’s better than everyone else and wears his mask on his chin his mouth and nose is not covered. I’m totally done with this place!

This is my favorite nail salon! There are a few great nail artists here! I recommend Khai and Lena.

I had booked a reservation for my moms bridal party about a week in advanced. I even called the day before to make sure I was still scheduled and all was in order to which they told me not to worry. When I arrived, they told us to wait which I at first understood since they seemed busy. But then they tried to sit us all separate from each other, to which we requested to sit together and they made my mom and I wait at least 30 minutes before they started. Then another 30 minutes before they started the other person in our party. They also made the person they started on last move to another seat, even though all their tools are movable and there isn’t specific chairs for specific manicures. So one person in our party was sat all alone. We shared our concerns with having another reservation booked soon after our appointment because we planned to eat afterwards, and thought by booking an appointment here, we would have been serviced in a timely fashion. Instead of apologizing or being professional, they all talked to each other behind our backs, pointing and laughing and scoffing at us. I have never received such terrible customer service. I will never return because of how rude and unprofessional half the staff was. I feel it’s almost not worth mentioning my nail artist was polite and professional and didn’t engage in the trash talking gossip about my party. It’s not worth it to go here and not know if you’re going to be treated well or not.

Jay did my nails! He does an amazing job! He’s done my nails twice now! I am so in love every time I leave! He does everything I want! Sometimes even his own design and he does amazing! Very artistic! I couldn’t be more happier with how work! I definitely definitely recommend!

I got a mani/pedi from this place several times in the past they were always great. The last 2 times very recently left me not wanting to go back. The first time the acrylic on my hands looked like it was a weeks grow out when I was able to see them in the brighter light outside. The lengths of the nails were no where near even. I had asked for square shaped sports length (very short). I also asked that day to have my eyebrows threaded, they told me okay to sit down in a chair in back. I was so excited to getting done.. I had been letting my eyebrows grow for over 6 months to have them threaded properly and reshaped. The lady goes for the hot wax and I said again I wanted them threaded. Once again I was told to just sit back that was what she was doing. Then promptly waxed my eyebrows. I originally I thought I miss-understood how threading the eyebrows was done. She was the professional not me. I called and got an apology and was offered a discount on my services when I came back in. I go back in explaining politely that I was promised a discount and that they should have my name and phone number ect. I was told there was no discount without anyone attempting to look around to find a note or in the schedule. The staff was rude to me because I was upset that I paid for services that I didnt get done properly the first time and that I assumed that the discounts offered would be honored. I was completely embarrassed. I looked like a Karen asking for them to keep their word.I will say this they did do an excellent job on my nails this last time I went in but it doesnt come close to making up for the embarrassment.When I went there regularly in 2018 they were so much better. Pictures are of the nails they messed up on.

I asked to make sure they provided the specific look I was asking for over the phone before I even made an appointment. I double checked before I had the service done. After they were finished I said “This is not what I asked for.” The woman then replied “you can come back next time and I can do more volume for you but I can’t do it now.” No acknowledgement of it being incorrect or not all at what I wanted, and didn’t try to fix while I was still there.

I have to say that I thoroughly enjoyed my experience (first ever here) and was able to get right in upon opening for the 1-hour organic lavender pedicure. What a wonderful retirement gift to myself … and I can’t say enough good things about this place! Warm welcome, super clean and safe, beautiful decor, amazing massage chairs, and my pedicurist was so professional and friendly…I felt like a family member. Thanks so very much! Definitely returning again!

I stopped going here a few years ago because my nails turned out wonky for months straight. Pedicures have always been pretty good but nothing to write home about. Today I came here because I couldnt get in anywhere else and I am SO happy I did. Lena gave me my pedicure and full set. Hands down the best pedicure I have ever had. She took her time, was nice and asked me multiple times if it was what I wanted and if it looked okay. I dont know where she has been all my life, but Lena, youre my girl.

I was just there today and they were not only over priced they didnt listen to what I wanted, I would have been okay with what I paid had it been what I wanted but he just wouldnt listen and did what he wanted 😡😭 Not only that but they offered everyone else there drinks but not once was I offered something and when I asked for one I was ignored, this was all after being seated and then waiting for 20 minutes for the tech to even come over and ask what I wanted done color wise then he left for another 5 minutes or so and I had told them the specific color I wanted and showed a picture of exactly what I wanted what was simple, I asked for red nails except the ring finger be black and the middle have a black design on it. Instead he did red with glitter and the black ring finger...I kept telling him it wasnt what I wanted and he said it looked better than what I wanted so I gave in and left unhappy and emailed but got no response

I have went to this nail salon the last 3 times I have had my nails done (every 2 weeks). The lady doing them was great. The guy at the reception desk not so much. I didn’t have cash the last time I went there and he made it well known where other people could hear him that they need cash. He kept asking if I was sure I didn’t have any cash and it felt like he was scalding me for not bringing cash. Totally turned me off to this place. Unfortunately, even though I liked my nails I won’t be back. I was so embarrassed. Being a hairstylist I under cash is great but I would NEVER do that to my clients.

My son is Autistic and it is so nerve wracking trying a new service for the first time. The girls here are really nice and professional. Its an accommodating place, greeted with kindness every time, we have had every beautician that works there, and each one was very good with my sons sensitivity issues. Theyre fast, efficient, and a good value for the service.

Came here by mistake.. I like my nails. The pedi was nice. I got a manicure and pedicure for my daughter and I, it came out to $159. Wayy to much money. Nice service but I dont know if Ill be back.. the place we usually go to I spend a lil over 70..

Let me start by saying I have been going to t-spa for 9 years and I have NEVER been as disappointed with my experience or the product I was left with. Not only do none of my nails look uniform my nail tech managed to burn every single one of my fingers. My nails were massively over filed and despite many attempts to explain my unhappiness it never got any better. They point in all different directions. I was there for 2.5 hours and ended up leaving unhappy and injured. Do better t-spa.

Favorite place. Sometimes really busy so even with an appointment you have to wait but they work fast. Willing to try all designs, great work.

Unfortunately I tired of being told 10 minutes and it turning into over a half hour wait. I would rather be told an honest time frame. When they are that busy the quality of work tended to go down. Any tim that the nail techs werent swamped they did a good job.

First of all I have been here before the times I have been it was awesome. It was a good experience & everyone is nice.3 months later, Today 2.7.20 I went in to get my nails done by Ken what an amazing employee & worker he is. He understands what you want, gives suggestions, & his work is amazing!! He definitely knows what he is doing. That man deserves a raise. I will be returning!:)nails by Ken

Jay was my nail tech, he was so awesome listened to what I wanted. I had a picture and he matched it PERFECTLY! Even added some glitter like I requested 10/10 would 100% go back.

Not only are they rude, this place is filthy. Going from person to person not throwing away the used files, changing their gloves our other items previously used on the customer before you. This is a good place to catch covid or hepatitis. Will never go back!

Omg I’m from out of town and I’ve been to my fair share of nail salons but this place hands down will take you and all your friends in sit you next to each other offer you drinks 21+ very clean and sanitary and they will listen to the little details you want! I would recommend this to my family and I think you should go to !!!

First off there was 4 of us so we called and made a reservation a week prior so we could get in, sit together, and get out around the same time. They made 3 of us wait and 75 minutes later the 4th person was just getting started on. Our appointment was disregarded so why even have them if you arent going to adhere by them? Then when one of us spoke out with our concerns they all started talking and laughing and pointing. It was unbelievably unprofessional. We were celebrating a family member being in town for the first time in over 30 years so we got mimosas and they all came at different times, 30 minutes or so apart and they were 4 Oz and tasted awful. This was THE WORST experience I have ever had.....anywhere. To be humiliated like that is beyond words. I had to edit this because the person who spoke out with her concerns legitimately had her nail technician Continuously twisted her finger. Our friend vaiting out of town waited an hour for her manicure and we finally left 1 hour and 45 minutes later.

I enjoy getting my nails done at this location. The staff is nice and does a good job. Ive been getting my nails done here for over three years. I look forward to coming back. Thank you!

Awesome place great ppl and great job

Probably the worst manicure I’ve ever had. Didn’t soak my nails for more than 30 seconds. Didn’t shape my nails or clean under them. No hand massage or anything that usually comes with a manicure. I think I waited longer than the actual manicure took. Basically paid them to trim my cuticles and out polish on. Way to expensive for such poor service.

This is where I have been looking for long time. They are so friendly, chilling music and wine. Everybody are so nice, and take good care of my nails. The tech made me laugh many time while hes working on my nails.

Tumwater T-Spa is the best nail salon in Thurston County- without a doubt. I have tried venturing out to other salons and always end up right back at T-Spa. They do the best work and in my opinion the environment and staff are the best.

This is the best Nail Salon yet. Clean, friendly and atentative. They actually listen and really care what you would like and genuinely make sure you are happy. I have problems with ingrown toe mails and they actually took care of it. They asked if I would like something to drink and made sure I was comfortable. This was the second time visiting this salon and I am very pleased. I highly recommend this place. This was the second time I got nails and brows done and the first for pedicure. Try them out.

Worst place Ive ever been I had an appt at 12pm I got there and didnt even get started on my nails done till 1pm plus their customer service was horrible me and my party asked for drinks and we didnt even get them all plus their attitude towards their customers was so messed up I work in customer service and this is not how you treat people I would never recommend this place to anyone

I would love to say that I had never done nails service at Salon before, but this store is perfect about professional nail design and pedicure massage. The service is worth for the amount of money. I would love to recommend everybody who love to relax and enjoy their lives.

I’ve heard negative things about Tspa, but I still decided to give them a try. Well, the third time is always a charm. Never again…This place is run like an assembly line. One person does you a fill-in, another person polishes, and the third person does designs.Since Governor Insley has mandated the new tax law, Tspa wants cash and insist that you use their ATM, claiming to take $5.00 off your next service. I asked, is this because of the Governors new tax mandate and the answer was; “Yes, we like to get all our tips.”FYI -Tspa, Tax evasion is illegal…During the 50 minutes that I sat waiting, I watched 9 people, (that arrived after me) receive service. This was a clear indication that I was/am not welcomed.After bringing this to their attention, for the third time, I left and took my business elsewhere.

They can do a good job but the wait is often painful. Been here for over 3 hours trying to get a simple pedicure and manicure, nothing fancy.

I arrived at 1:55pm, for eyebrow wax and manicure. At 230pm, I stood up and left because people who came in after me were being helped. I decided to come back after it died down, around 4:30pm. Again, I ask for eyebrows, and manicure. They have me sit down, and I wait. The lady starts the manicure, and then stops to read a personal text message and respond. After not a single word, she finishes, and I ask if I just go back to the chair for the wax. I was then informed that they didnt have wax, even though they had a sign up for 20% off. I will never go back. The service was awful.

My nails turned out great an I really love them! Id 5 star if it wasnt so strong smelling in the shop and if maybe they did that dremel tool underneath the nail like this last place I like did that would be great as well. Sadly here they left someee hard white acrylic or whatever powder stuff, under some of my nails. But overall very pleased! I will definitely go back here if my normal place closer to home is to busy again lol. I love my nails an have gotten lots of compliments 😇

I made an appointment at 3. I didnt get any help until 4:30. The guy that helped me seemed like he didnt want to be there. I got a full set that was supposed to be 35 like it said inside, somehow he charged me $50. First and last time I come here.

I had a classic manicure. I got two coats of gloppy dried out polish. A clear coat on that.They didnt offer to put my nails under a light to dry. Needless to say, most were messed up before I got to my car.Hours later the polish is still not secure.Im going to have to remove the polish and paint them again.Why didnt I say something? Because had I said no polish, what would it have saved me? $2?Ill never go back again!Also my friend who got fills, the polish had all bubbled up.Low quality job.

They do a good job most of the time. Have had a couple of experiences where it seemed really rushed and then my nails were messed up. But overall they did a good job. It is very crowded and not as relaxing of an environment as it could be.

Decided to give this place a shot for a gel pedicure. Quality of the pedicure was nice and did a good job. However, when I went to go pay my pedicure was $55! I added the paraffin wax for $5 & a design for $7, but once I looked at the price board, just the gel polish was $21!?!?! There was a sign that stated prices increased due to Covid-19 and suppliers increased their prices, but the cost of gel for a pedicure shouldn’t be that high. 3 stars for the quality of pedicure.

Great job on nails. I got a manicure and pedicure done. The receptionist asked if we wanted water to drink during on pedicure, bit never brought it (and forgot several other peoples too), otherwise it would have been 5 stars.

Once again I go in for basic gel pedicure and next thing I know extras were added and it cost $40. Everytime it is a different price.

I live in Rochester but drive to tumwater to get my nails done, I had decided to try a couple of places closer to me, I wasn’t happy with any of them. Finally I went back to TSpa in tumwater on little rock road and am so happy with my nails! I also got my brows and upper lip waxed and they always do such a great job. I also am happy with the precautions they take since COVID I am a happy customer!

Ive been going there for years and yet they are not friendly. Thats why a lot of my friends sun Jr go there anymore. Most of the employees dont speak English very well.

My nails have lasted a month and still in perfect condition. I had never gotten acrylic nails before but this place did an amazing job! It is a little pricey but I see why, it is hard work getting them perfect. Plus with it lasting a month its worth it.

Been getting the mirror powder color on my nails and love it. My guy treats me well each time I go in. The photo does not do it justice. The blue has purple metallic like undertones. LOVE IT.

My girlfriend went to get her nails done and they first charged her $44 for gels, and after some whispering between two of the workers they suddenly charged her an insane rate of $55. That night one of her nails just completely fell off. Two days later another fell off along with all the others hanging on by a thread. The workers here are very unprofessional due to frequent breaks back to the break room to eat MID SERVICE. There is no reason to go here when the quality of their service is atrocious and the workers have zero sense of quality customer service. Definitely stay away.

The front desk lady, Brooke is absolutely amazing! I felt so welcome and cared for. She seems very composed even though it was a very rushed time. 10/10 would recommend! Also ken is amazing and so is everyone else.

I had gone here a few years ago and loved the service and pricing...went right before Christmas and now charged $50 for a plain set, no polish. I asked for the ballerina/coffin shape and got your basic square shape, but the worst part is that at least 4 of the nails that were put on were completely crooked.

I had made an appointment today for 2:15 PM for a pedicure. Got promptly seating. Sat for about an hour in gradually cooling water and forgotten, similar top previous experience last year at their Olympia location near the mall. I tried to get their attention multiple time with no success. I call to get a hold of the manager, but not their. I ask that the manager please give me a call, They hung in the middle of me giving them my phone number. This place was very dysfunctional as was the other location last year. It just a reminder that I should never go here again.Just a side note. It not only the bad service but they are also not practicing social distancing, The place was crowded and understaffed. Would you risk your life for a combination of incompetence and poor planning? No me. Be safe and stay away from this place.

I just came in this place last week for a deluxe pedicure and a full set. It was a beautiful job by Ken. He designed my nail with a LV. I was so happy with it. I would definitely recommend all my friend and bring my family to here to enjoy the best pedicure job and nails.

I heard this place can be really busy, go at an off time. So I went in the late morning on a Tuesday. It was pretty busy even then, but I was seated promptly and waited about 10 mins for my technician (Kevin) to sit and begin. I was browsing colors as I waited. I was greeted at the door by a nice lady that asked what I wanted and explained the different options available. This was my first time in a nail salon in many years, I went with a gift card that was purchased for me. I chose to get a full acrylic set and gel nail polish. My tech offered to do a unicorn effect on my nails, which I chose to do and looks pretty cool. All in all it was a good experience and I will be going back to get my fillls and change of polish etc. Kept them a little too long this time, definitely cut them a bit shorter next time.

I hadnt bern here in over 5 years. The place looked amazing and very clean. I also appreciated the fact she told me the price of everything before she did it. I will definitely be back!

Rose is awesome! I absolutely recommend you schedule an appointment with her. She has an excellent attention to detail, great sense of style and has always offered great advice on what looks best. I always schedule with Rose when I want to get my nails done.

This is my first time doing Pedicure and and gel manicure. It was the best experience with them. I was a little early with my appointment, but they still help me to take care of my nail. I would definitely come back and recommend this place.

$45 for gel pedicure is pretty expensive, and then the girls want a tip on top of that. We were practically pushed out the door, we felt really unwelcome. My daughter got a regular pedicure and 4 hours later, her nail polish still isn’t fully dry 😕

This place is hands down the best salon I have ever been to. Customer service and quality of work is top notch! I have been coming here for a few months now and I have been so happy every time. Three technicians worked on my nails and they did an amazing job. You can tell they really *care* about their clients and about their salon. I am very satisfied with the salon service.
