The lady that did my nails was handling me very rough and kept getting distracted talking to the nail tech next to her. it’s been 6 days and all of my nails are lifting and my fingers are peeling. veryyyy disappointed. on top of that i asked for a light brown color and she put a light pink instead. smh

Overall Ive always had a great experience. Unsure if I had gotten a new employee because the painting/ design quality wasnt the best. Id rather have an experience employee do the design or said she isnt capable, I would have easily changed it. I didnt change it since its gel and that takes a toll on the nails.

This is only my second time coming here. I got my nails done the coffin shape for the first time and Jade did absolutely wonderful. She took her time to make sure every nail was shaped and filed to perfection. I had one nail on each hand a marble design and she made it look amazing! I am more than thrilled with my experience here today. She did so good, I will continue to come here for all of my nail needs and I will request her every time!

I went to get a gel-fill and it went well, my nails look nice but the underneath is poorly cleaned up? Like theres glue clumps and stuff. I dont know if Im being hypercritical because I never really get my nails done but thats what I got

I went in just the day before everything was shut down to have a gel manicure/pedicure done in March, just a few days before everything shut down, the staff was all wearing masks, everything was sanitized and cleaned multiple times while I was there, it felt like they were going above and beyond to make sure everyone was protected. That was before anyone “had” to do anything. I’m really excited to get back in there since it’s been so long now. This is my favorite nail salon, consistently getting great manicures, with lots of options and the people make it extra special. :) My mom and I been going here for a long long time, sometimes it’s super busy and we have to wait for a few minutes (it makes me happy they have lots of customers) and sometimes it’s not (it makes me happy bc they can visit more between tasks) and we get right in, but every time we have been greeted, receive super friendly service, and it is always sparkling clean!

It took over an hour for 2 people to give me a fill. The man was very aggressive both with how he handled my nails (it hurt and it shouldnt) and with his attitude towards me. Once the second person was doing my nails, (she was nice) he started showing an inappropriate amount of affection toward her while she was doing my nails. (They are together but come on) Then he sat there and boasted the rest of the time about how great their location is and how it is the best one in town this is how we do it! This flower vase I got for her for Valentines Day cost $100. Things like that. At the end, I am told my shape costs more (since when and it would have been nice to have been told that). My nails are lumpy (not smooth). Im not usually a complainer but if this saves someone else the trip here then I did my part. I wont be back. Gain loyalty by service and professionalism not by demanding you come back.

I go here everytime i want my nails done!! they have great service, will get you water, and have phenomenal pedicures and manicures!! their full sets they do are amazing!! so kind and great job!!

Pedicure felt very nice - the technician was very good at painting the nails- however the pricing is not entirely clear . I asked for the $25 pedicure and said basic. He showed me the gel paint colors ( which surprise cost more) - the hot wax is extra - anyways my girlfriends got the more spendy pedi and a glass of wine. I paid $45 and my girlfriends paid $45 and $40. We all had different technicians and no one was clear about the cost of things. In general the experience was very nice but don’t expect to leave the nail spa for less than a $50 .

The ladies were nice. But my nails did not look nice at all. Also I have never paid $16 for polish. They didnt even remove my polish, it was already off. Tipped $5 for the girl being nice. But wont be back, due to my nails looking gross!

Got a pedicure yesterday, she took a chunk out of my skin on right big toe hurts to walk today. Cindy did pedicure but was pulled away and another girl painted my toes. She got distracted with another customer wanting to pay then as if she forgot what she was doing she left me sitting there until I asked if she was finished. She then came over and finished. Then she smudged my polish putting on my flip flops. I keep having horrible experiences there yet keep giving them another shot. Not sure I will ever go there again!UPDATE: Ended up in ER horrible infection! On two antibiotics now almost $100 in medical bills over this horrible pedicure, I will never step foot in this T-Spa again!

I love this nail salon!!! I recently moved to the area and i am lucky that i found the right place to get great looking nails. Lily is super fast and patient, and all of the employees there are very friendly and sweet. I am a union carpenter who works with concrete every day and im VERY hard on my nails. I always leave T-Spa Nails with beautifully manicured hands and i get compliments on my nails every day. I highly recommend making this your go-to nail salon----i wouldnt trust my hands to anybody else!! Thanks so much Lily!!!

I went in today and I was kind of in a hurry and they were busy and short staffed but they were all so accommodating and hilarious! And So nice Lam and Lily are both super sweet and talented. The whole staff there knows what great customer service is like and I felt like I was nothing but welcomed.

Dao and Evy are amazing. They both spoil me. Excellent skills, new amazing chairs, and just a fun, relaxing place to go and get spoiled.

Waited and hour and a half before anyone helped me and then I got seated and waited another hour. Got a full set and paid $45 and a week later two of my nails already fell off
