It literally took over a year to get a Saturday appointment here which is the only reason they are getting 4 stars. I can totally see why they are so busy though, they do an amazing job! My boyfriend and I got pedicures here and we both had a wonderful time. So relaxing, welcoming and comfortable. They had good music too. We would highly recommend this spa if you are lucky enough to get an appointment!

I have gone here for years and dont plan on stopping! The employees are all very professional and are like family to us. Their salon is clean, professional, and has a nice atmosphere. I am also a person who is very sensitive to chemicals/strong scents and have a problem at most salons but Lexys has never bothered me.

Yes they are a very busy salon but it’s for a reason!! They are amazing at what they do! I have been going here for ten years and even after I moved from Tumwater I still return when I can get an appointment!

I had a great experience here. It was my first visit. I did make an appointment beforehand because they couldnt work me in. Both ladies I spoke to were very nice. My nails look great so I made an appointment two weeks from now to get them done again!

Just moved to the area wanted to get my nails done for my birthday. Googled nails near me and Levy’s came up closest. Got there 1hr 15 before they closed the door was open asked to get a full set. Was told they are not taking any new clients and were closing early. They lost a loyal cash paying client who would have brought additional new clients. Not a great way to be welcomed to the area.

I have been a client for the last couple of years and I think they are amazing!! When your that good you are in HIGH demand and that is why you cant just walk off the street. You have to call for an appointment. They are always worth the wait!

I have been going there for a few months and I am disappointed with the staff as they dont seem like my business is important to them. I dont like sitting there and hearing customers leave messages and there phone numbers as this should be private. I like pink and white done and the polish turns grey and peels off and Tina keeps telling me it is my fault as I must have my hands in something? I have told her no and dont feel she believes me! I left a message that this has happened again and would need to find a new place and no return call? I clearly dont matter to them.

Amazing! Im very specific about my nails & need them to be perfect, thats why I did them myself for 8 years. But this place continues to deliver an excellent result AND theyre friendly. Appointments are highly recommended!

Amazing service with a personal touch. Always busy so call ahead for an appointment. Get the sugar scrub and pamper yourself.

Wife and I got pedicures done here and it was the best Ive ever had by far. The staff are all very nice and attentive and the work is phenomenal! I will definitely be coming back here again!

Every time I try and get my nails done, there is a half hour wait... When I come back in a half hour, they do not have time for what I need and only for a simple paint. Last time I went there, I asked for a flower and got three asterisks on my toe nail, I could have done a better design then that.

Great service great people great prices and you dont feel like youre talkin about you in Korean while youre sitting there

Honestly, if you try to go on a Sat, youre not going to go in. There is a reason. The place is really clean, nice new equipment, the girls are so incredibly respectful and professional. You will not get better service. There are a quit a few places in town where the gals talk smack in vietnamese and argue between each other. These girls are totally professional, work together to make sure you get what you want. How do I know? I take my vietnamese friend with me when I go, she looks like Shes Pacific Islander and (although sneaky) is my spy and she said these guys are all about giving you the best service. I suggest to get there early or go after work on a Monday or Tues. That is when I go. Some of the girls are young but they are definately focused on making sure they do a good job.

I have had a gift card to get a pedi and Im unable to use it because they never have any openings, they dont pick up their phone and they dont take walk ins. I will be using a different Salon from now on and I will no longer refer anyone here. Poor customer services. Horrible Horrible Horrible

Have a gift certificate walked in to use it was told the wait would be an hour or more... called back today to see if they were free all booked till thursday... wtf.

Very clean okay work but they need to take the walk ins welcome sign down they are always over booked and turn people away!

They do need to take their Walk-ins welcome.....they turn you away if you dont have an appt and they have customers
