The lady that did my nails was nice, but I asked for French manicure and this is what she did. I even showed her a picture of what I wanted. One of my nails have a little glitter on it and she stated that shouldn’t take it off because it is in the first coat. My thumb was not filed correctly and I told her about that too and she simply did not care. I paid 50 dollars for something that a child could have done. It would’ve been nice, if she was honest and told me that she couldn’t do French because then I would’ve just got them done regular. It was my first time going to this place and I am completely disappointed with the poor service/quality.

I recently started getting my nails done, Ill normally wait 3 weeks to get a fill. The reason I wait so long is because usually it hurts, they look terrible by the time I go back in because my nails grow out really fast but I dont want to get hurt! I thought getting a fill meant getting your fingers burnt, but the girl I went to didnt hurt me at all. Ive been to 4 different salons in the Olympia/Tumwater area, this is the only place I will give my repeat business to. Book in advance, they fill up fast!

Since moving to Olympia, I have tried a few other nail salons and nail creations has become my new regular spot. I have been getting acrylics done for about three years religiously now, so I know when I have a good set. They always take their time to pay attention to the shape and details of each nail. Kevin usually does my fills, and he always nails it with both the overall shape and the design. I almost always bring my 5 year old niece with me, and they’re always so patient with her as she gets her nails painted. She always looks forward to coming. I always make an appointment because they do book up quickly, but I have never had any issues scheduling. The prices are reasonable and the quality is great. I always recommend them to everyone!

I went in for a pedicure. It was the quickest and worst pedicure I have ever had. I paid $40 and was in the chair for a total of 15 minutes, if that. They only have gel polish and of course I had to pay extra money for that even though regular polish wasn’t even an option they gave. They made sure to point that out to me. The person who did my pedicure was rude and not friendly. I will never be back. Also, I would like to add that I never give any bad reviews about any business. If I don’t like their service, I just move on but I have been to this place two or three times and every single time it’s a disappointment. I had no choice but to write a review this time.

My daughter had her nails painted. Then we ask them to add butterflies, in remembrance of a extended family member who was murdered 3 years ago today at the age of 3.Thank you they look great.

They always do an amazing job on my nails, their attention to detail is immaculate. Love this salon. I have really flat nail beds and have never been able to keep a full set on for more than a week, but the techs here do an amazing job! If you call before you go they will give you a time to ensure you receive all services you are looking for! Pretty busy place so def call first. I always recommend nail creations to all my friends!!

Kevin is my nail tech. He knows what I want each time I go! The pedicure ladies are so sweet. I would recommend getting there at your nail time or earlier. It might be a small wait but it’s because they take pride in their work. Highly recommended!

Prices in catalog are incorrect. I chose a $50 pedicure (was nice!) Then at checkout they added a $15 charge for the required gel polish. I felt very deceived and asked for clarification, no explanation given. Not going back.

This nail place has all the latest products and tools for every type of nail art/trend & the nail artists to do it! Whatever you might find on Instagram or anywhere around the Internet, they can do it all; from what I have seen. Most nail places seem somewhat outdated in their tools and supplies as well as what they know how to do. Not this nail place though! They seem to have literally everything and be able to do anything. :)

I have never been so relaxed in my life! I got the citrus blizzard pedicure. It was AMAZING! I entered a whole new level of relaxation between the massage chair, the orange slices, and the hot stones! I would definitely recommend this salon!

Very clean & very professional. First time going there i felt welcome & that I mattered. If something wasnt to my exact liking they fixed it right away, attitude, no speaking other language making me feel like they were taking about me. All in all a great experience. I will definitely go back.

So nice to be pampered by lovely people in a beautiful spot. The air is fresh and circulated. Im a little sensitive to the whole acrylic nail smell and I really couldnt smell it at all. The ladies that took care of us were completely pleasant. The whole experience was awesome!

I had been taking my business to this salon referring friends and family a little over a year ago. Covid happened and I stopped going to the salon for numerous reasons.. anyway.. when I returned to the salon I would request a specific nail tech, half way through my services they would switch my tech to someone else. The owners wife would over book the schedule and then laugh with other employees regarding the matter unfortunately she forgot to communicate that she made the customer feel as if she was early. When the customer sat down with her nail tech. The nail tech said I really appreciate you waiting a little longer for me to finish up with my last client... oops.... also the nails themselves for a gel manicure was 50$ less than 1 week later all of my gel has now come off. I called to make an appointment to have them fixed and was told they cant help me because they are to busy. I have officially had enough of their poor service in this salon. I do not recommend this salon.

My favourite salon and have been coming since they opened. The only place in the area that I recommend and will go to. Worth the price- every penny! Very happy with my service. Came in with a semi complicated design and she got it done 99% perfect. She didnt see the design prior to my appointment so I was very impressed by her freehanding skills! Also loved that she didnt try to spark a conversation- and I mean that whole heartedly. Im super awkward and massively introverted that it was heaven for me to be in silence 😂 thanks so much!! Will be back soon for my next set in July for my birthday nails🎉

Friendly staff. But cannot reccomend. Gel manicure started chipping after 48 hrs (no extreme wear or anything). Gel pedicure looked good at first, but cuticles were not touched and even though I said short on the nail length not much was trimmed. Not a place to relax and enjoy, pay close attention.

The man that did my nails was very sweet and even told me tips on how to do nails at home because i do them normally at home this was my first time getting them done professionally and i love them he did everything perfect and was super sweet in the process

Online it shows the shop is open until 7pm, the sign at the shop says 6pm. I arrived at 4:30pm, drove from other side of town just for a manicure & pedicure. I was told that they couldn’t do it and asked to come back tomorrow. Mind you, no one was in any of the pedicure chairs & I believe two people were getting their nails done. One mail tech was sitting down by the window on her phone. Told the lady I couldn’t make it for tomorrow. So this was my first impression and definitely wouldn’t recommend going here. They turned a new customer away. Smdh They had adequate time and turned me away. Would recommend to not go here.

I loved this place so much. Has a nice ventilation system that no other nail place Ive been to has had. Sadly they are extremely busy sometimes lol. But I loved my nails so much! They were extremely detailed and got my nails exactly how I liked them. Got the dremel tool underneath and made sure that everything was to my liking. And slight discount if you pay with cash. I feel like its the best nails for the best price. Ive been to a few nail places and Id choose this place over the rest.

Ive been going here for 2 years for just a gel manicure. Always been Good quality service until the last few times Ive been there. The nail tech didnt soak a majority of the gel off. She just drilled away, then soaked the last little bit that was left. I asked her twice, not to use the drill. She kept trying to use it instead of taking the time to soak off the gel. My nails were so week and sore for weeks; my nails still are super thin and damaged. This place used to do the best quality and promptly, but now they just want to get people in and out fast As they can. The second and final time I went, my nails were damaged, and I warned the nail tech to be gentle because they hurt and are very brittle. But that didnt matter because once again, I kept having to say that she was too rough. Once I explained why my nails hurt, she got an attitude. Im writing this review now because my nails are still damaged.

Horrible Experience! My daughter saved her money to have her nails filled (she is 17) came out and the lady did a horrible job. The lady (Jess or Jessie) did not listen and do the right color and the paint was not even to the top or sides. Then she chopped them down so far, and shaped them square when she asked for coffin. :( I called, the manager had us come back in 2 hours later and all they did was redo the polish. Her nails are too short, not the shape she wanted, and to top it off its been 5 days and she had a nail pop right off! Very disappointed for what $55?! Hmmmm. No thanks. Here is a picture of her fillNow the owner responded to me with a COMPLETE false comment? Wow. Again. My daughter came in with a Coffin shape nail originally, and wanted a fill. Your technician did a HORRIBLE job by first CUTTING the nail down and filling so thick that she had to return. This is not what she expected. As far as her response, its fine she is shy, and I had to call as she was in tears. And beyond repair? This was not a repair. This was a fill. Your technician decided to do a poor job, not listen to the customer, and now her nails look awful, and one is missing. So, yes we will NOT be returning. And I DO NOT appreciate you lying to try and save face. Not okay.

No complaints really, but not a place I have returned to either. Clean, good color choices, and friendly. I only got my toes done and it was just a traditional pedicure, nothing special. Wait was a little long and I hate when I have to ask to get my water refreshed, feet out of the water are a good clue, no? Overall not bad, not great either. If it is convienient, an ok place.

This place was a complete bummer. She made my nails way longer than I asked. The design I asked for looked like my 7 year old grandson drew it and three of my nails cracked and one came completely off. I will never be going to this place again and would NOT recommend it to anyone.

I have never had a problem with this place. My friend and I have continued to go here and have never been unhappy with the service. These aren’t nails after about a week. My cuticles are just dry. The shaping is amazing, and I would HIGHLY recommend Thomas or Kevin 😁

I went in for a pedicure and fill with gel polish exactly a week ago on 10/18/18 (orange nails) which cost me about $95 (including a tip) which is much more than I am used to paying. When I went in I was pleased with their level of customer service, the beautiful atmosphere, and my nails turned out perfect-or so I thought! They looked really pretty for a day or two, but unfortunately by Saturday the 20th the gel polish was already chipping on my nails AND toes. I went back in on Sunday the 21st to get my nails fixed. I figured maybe it was the color I had picked. They agreed and suggested picking another color. I decided on the darker color and I got the color on my nails and toes redone free of charge which I really appreciated! Unfortunately here we are only 4 days later, the 25th and the color on my nails is already chipping. This is especially upsetting because I paid extra for gel with the hopes that it would last and not chip. I also am not particularly hard on my nails because at this time I only work one day a week outside of the home. Perhaps something is wrong with the lamps that they have for the gel polish- I am not sure. Im bummed because the staff is so friendly and the salon is beautiful! But I cannot justify paying so much money for nails that just wont last!

I’ve been here twice and both times I’ve made an appointment. The first time I had to wait and it took 3 hours from start to finish for a routine mani pedi, however, I excused it because the quality was amazing. The second time took over 3 hours but the quality was awful. Long wait before getting seated, long wait after getting seated, technicians that were not at all attentive and refused to correct their mistakes, extremely high prices. Do NOT come to this salon unless you want to waste a lot of time and money.

Clean, large salon. Lots of stations . They did an amazing job on my daughters nails. I was impressed with how easy it was to communicate with the gentleman that was doing her nails. She had very specific desires and he worked very hard to give her what she wanted.

First you walk in for a pedicure or a manicure and they say we only do gel polish, no other options on Polish. Then after you go to pay they up charge 15 bucks for the gel polish on top of price of pedicure and manicure..... if the only option is gel polish then they shou not charge additional price. Making complaint to the state on this one

I went to Nail Creations for many years when they 1st opened and was never disappointed, I went to one closer to work for a lite while and wasnt getting the same treatment and attention to detail, I went back to nail creations recently and they remembered who I was and was super attentive to what I wanted, I have already made future appointments!

I had an appointment at 11 and waited 40 minutes to be seen. after that they stopped mid way to work on someone else’s nails right in front of me. beyond unprofessional and uncool.

Love coming here but today I feel like I was over priced usually I pay total of $65 when I get my feet and toes done. But today I paid $90 just for a simple gel pedi which only came with cutting nails and scrubbing feet no extra Stuff and gel full set and I know gel full set start at $30+. The young lady did an excellent job but for just regular gel polish and simple short length on my nails it shouldn’t have came up to $90.

This is by far THE BEST nail salon around! It’s a fun atmosphere. The nail techs are funny and pleasant. My daughter and I go in every three weeks. Would not even thinking of going somewhere else. I have 100% confidence my nails will look great when we leave here! A+++.

I took my daughter and her best friend to this nail salon today and was completely shocked by the price they charged me!!!!!!For 2 sets of gel nails with a design for each girl they charged me $175.My daughter got each finger a different color and they charged me $116 for just her set!!!This is the first time we have visited this salon and it will defiantly be the last!!!!! 😡

I had my nails done there yesterday by I think Ryan and they look awesome and I couldn’t be happier with them. He was super nice and did a fantastic job, made sure that I was happy with them before he would move on to doing the next thing. Prices seem totally reasonable for the quality of work they provide.

Went in to get my nails done for my engagement party. I called and said I wanted gel nails so I made an appointment at 5. Go and she starts cleaning my nails and I see she is putting a clear coat on. FYI she hasn’t started the design I asked for yet it’s simply a clear coat. I said I want the powder gel that extends your nails. My girl didn’t speak English so she went and asked another lady who seemed like the manager. She comes up and said that acrylic and I said I don’t want acrylic I want the gel powder that extends your nails. She says we don’t have time to do those and she just keep resting it. I guess what I was supposed to say was I want gel builder and I would have received the nails I wanted. I said fine can you at least do the design? She say yes, so the girl doing my nail did a nice job. Keep in mind I am paying for nails I don’t even want. So at the end someone who speaks English came up because I wanted glitter. She said yeah this happens a lot people come in thinking they want one thing and if you don’t get your nails done a lot it’s common. So they finish my nails the guy on the phone told me it would cost me $31 well at the register it ended up costing me $43. Again I walked out with the nails I didn’t even want. On top of that they don’t talk with any of the customers only amongst themselves. I won’t go back to this place and I recommend it 100% know what you want.

My acrylic finger nails came out great but my pedicure was trash and it honestly looked like I painted them that’s how bad it was. I’m talking about clumpy and all. Also the lack of communication made me upset . I was told 63 dollars and then 10 dollars for my daughters pedicure then someone else told me I was wrong and it ended up being 12. Then at check out they told me it was 160 . And I said excuse me ? And they apologized and said it was 105 which is weird after they told me 63 for everything . Communication is EVERYTHING .

I WAS VERY pleased with my service when I first went to this salon, so much so that I continued to come to this salon for 8 months. Sadly I WILL NOT RETURN.. The owner ( Thomas) flat out LIED to my face about me NOT coming to my appointments. I have NEVER missed or canceled appointment. Then he had the nerve to have an attitude while talking to me. I could tell that he was having day before be started my manicure (energy DO NOT LIE). I get that we are humand and we have bad days but the way he treated me was UNACCEPTABLE.I wish this salon much success!!

The gal worked hard to do what I wanted, but she did not understand very well and she cut my finger when she was doing the manicure. I also asked for a receipt and never did receive one. The design was nice though.

Never will I go here again. I asked for gel polish change. Was told it was 18 dollars. I told them no manicure. All said and done it was 27 dollars. Guess I paid 9 dollars for lotion. Ill definitely stick with my regular nail lady. Not impressed. Plus they were super rude.

I love this place and have been going here for about a year now. However, today I had my shellac redone and when they were scrapping the nail polish off from my previous appointment they split my nail all the way down. I asked the young male “is that split” and he just scrapped at it with a file making it thinner and thinner. I feel like he should have filled it with powder or glued it for me so that I wouldn’t have to come home and glue it right before my big trip. Very disappointed, wish they would have done the right thing.

My daughter spent $40 on her nails the day before the first day of school. The acrylic looks terrible and the length is way off. The polish isnt coated completely, thin in places or not at all, it isnt smooth either. Headed to the store buy something to remove them. Very disappointing. Will never return.

I went in last Saturday for the first time as I wasn’t able to get into my regular nail lady at my regular salon. I had an old set on I asked them to remove and hook me up with a fresh set. I was a little disappointed they do not offer the color powder as it lasts longer, owell I went with regular gel polish. After it was all said and done $72 I was told my total was. I got nothing spectacular just regular gel polish and a total of 5 jewels on different fingers. I was kind of thinking what the heck are they charging me for generally every other salon charges somewhere between $5-$10 for nail removal and a full set is usually $30-$40 for once again regular gel polish. I went ahead and paid the $72 and even left a $5 tip. After thinking about it was I charged $5 per raggedy jewel he quickly threw on my nails (might I add he did not even ask me which jewels I WANTED) well not even 24 hours later I was missing 3 jewels 🤦🏻‍♀️ Never again will I return or recommend this place! HIGHLY OVERPRICED FOR MEDIOCRE WORK! Absolutely disappointed and disgusted with this place. If your gonna overcharge people make sure your work is on point. My nails however ARE NOT!

Had appointment. Owner stated sit there. I was trying to explain something she just walked off. Tried to tell her water was too hot.A nail woman came up and sat gown and grabbed my feet. Never said hello or what do you want. Never looked at me and never spoke. Then she saw a friend and passed me on to friendlier tech. No callous removal and when I walked out they had failed to remover spacers between toes. No massage just slapped on lotion and mini massage. Will not return!!!

First time at nail creations. Thomas did above and beyond an amazing job. I used one of their Instagram photos as a reference for what I wanted and they outdid themselves. I was disappointed however in the other gentleman’s work there. He did my sister nails and they weren’t the shape she asked for even after showing him a picture of what she wanted and repeatedly pointing out she was not satisfied. He was very rude to her throughout our visit and didn’t use the color she asked for. Beyond not having done the job she asked for, the quality of what he did do was not up to par with the other nail tech there. The surface of the nail was lumpy on top and polish was all over the place as well as missing on parts of the nail. It was overall just a mess. I had to reshape and paint them once I got a good look at them. I can justify the prices they charge for the nails I got but I could’ve gone anywhere to have my sisters Nails done the way they were. 4 stars for Thomas’s work and how nice everyone else was but that other gentleman was not having his best day. They also adhere really well to appointments unlike some other places I’ve been.

They did not know how to remove dip from finger nails and used a drill too far on my nails so they are now damaged and very tender. At one point I had to tell her No and pull my hand back because she was hurting me so bad. Will never return.

After almost a year in the area and trying numerous salons spanning from Tacoma to Tumwater, Ive finally found my favorite nail salon! Everything was exceptionally clean, the nail techs were all funny, kind, personable, and very knowledgeable about the work they were doing. The cost of the services provided were explained to me thoroughly and prior to the services being rendered. There is also a list of prices for the services as you walk in. Communication was not a problem at all! The citrus pedicure was AMAZING and they used new tools as well. Ill definitely be coming back!

**UPDATE** it has now been about a month since my service at this facility and I continue to deal with pain in my left big toe from them messing up. I now have to seek MEDICAL ATTENTION because of it. I have never had a service so poorly executed by a professional before.I dont normally go around leaving bad reviews but this is something I felt needed to be shared. I went in on a Friday and one of the services I received was the $35 pedicure. It is now Tuesday of the following week and my toes still hurt really bad. The lady with the long hair removed my ingrown toenail which is a service I have had at least 50 times before this and I have NEVER been left in pain for DAYS before this experience. It doesnt matter if Im walking or if Im sitting still, they just hurt all the time. The day of I noticed they had been bleeding even. I can honestly say I will never get a pedicure here again and I recommend you dont either. The only thing getting the 2 stars instead of 1 in the guy that did my full set was really nice and I liked how clean the place felt (New building so it should be clean).

I have been going here for my nail needs at least once a month since they opened, lots of times twice to get fills. Pedicures include so many things that other salons dont offer.I have never had a problem with my nails chipping and if I dont like them, I know any of the techs and owners would make sure I left happy. I have never had a problem waiting. They are kind and I look forward to catching up each time.I take my four year old son and they always make sure he doesnt need anything and chat with him too.I live 70 miles away and always call to schedule an appointment as they are always busy (yay).Thanks for all you guys do!Cassy from Raymond

How ever, when I make an appt I am waiting 20-30 minutes after my appointment time which should not be happening and I have had to leave on many occasions because the owners are not scheduling appropriately. I shouldn’t have to wait this long for an appointment or be made to wait during my appointment either. It’s disrespectful

Clean cute place. Expensive I paid 38$ for a gel pedicure. It looks cute I don’t know if it’s worth 40$ plus a tip. But they got dinged stars because of customer service. I wanted to sit by a friend. At first they tried to get me to do a pedi and mani at the same time I hate that, it’s not comfortable. Next they tried to put me at the opposite end of the salon away from my friend again. So I said never mind with mani. Omg did they have bish fit. She tried to pressure me twice to move tables cause I was at the Acrylic only tables so I was like never mind. They talked ish for awhile and then forced me to move so another lady could sit there and get a set. That’s fine. We went in early and got a spot right away. My nail tech was lovely. But overall I don’t deal with petty.

They always do a great job..didnt understand what I wanted on my pedicure..wanted abalonie color on my big toe..but did the sparkles it looked good.

I went in to the salon two days before thanksgiving with an appoinment in which I waited 20 minutes past the appointment time and purchased a full set of acrylic nails with foil leaf designs. I paid 50$ and by thanksgiving night almost all of the foil leaves fell off of my nails. The tech Thomas did warn me that the leaves have a tendincy to be felt when running your finger over the nail. Never did he say they are likely to come off. My nail tech Jessie also had to redo 2 of my fingernails twice as they were glued on crooked. I did not feel as if I recieved quality service, in the middle of my session my nail tech began getting very excited that a seperate customer came into the salon and left me to wait until she got the other customer set up. In this process she missed many steps in the acrylic session. I am highly dissapointed as I used to recommend this salon to everyone.

Used to go here regularly until the quality started lacking a bit. They are definitely on the more expensive end of nail shops I’ve been to locally which I didn’t mind until it started to not be worth the extra money. I would schedule appointments and still have to wait about 15-30 mins after my scheduled appointment. As well my nails weren’t anything special unless I wanted to pay literally $90+Also side note I think it’s funny that every negative review on here has the owners pretty much telling customers their complaints are invalid lol. Don’t take appointments if you don’t intend on servicing people at that time and maybe charge people what your services are actually worth.

Amazing customer service and probably the best acrylic set Ive ever gotten... is a little bit more than most places but the service alone is worth it... definitely coming back :)

Ive been coming a few months. Gel manicures have been great 4/5 times and all (basic) pedicures as well. Complaint is lackluster lotion application and massage and how they make you sit at the very uncomfortable and high center table unless you ask to be moved. Noticed this salon has the same issue that is caused me to change salons last time. If I schedule an appointment in advance then I expect to be seen not too long after I arrive. The past two times Ive had to wait 15 minutes and today when I arrived for my scheduled appointment I was told it would be half an hour and they could only do one of my two requested services. This was after they tried to get me to come back tomorrow. I left and am looking for another salon.

Leave so happy and relaxed every time. Came here when I was 9 months pregnant and they treated me like an angel. Haven’t stepped foot in another nail salon since. Pedicure and manicure.

The environment was extremely relaxing, workers were lovely, and sanitation was impeccable!! They took their time and massaged like we all want them to when we go and my skin, nails, and polish have never looked better! I will be going here from now on!

I enjoyed my time with Hannah so much I laughed the entire time. Plus my gel manicure has lasted a week so far beautifully. Will go here again!
