One of the worst customer experiences there is to offer. I usually go here for the nice experience, apparently they hire just anyone, kid decided to talk over me and argue with me about how all the vehicles seat 5. I was well aware of vehicle capabilities thats why I was willing to wait for a cleaner bigger vehicle other than a Corolla for my family of 5. With 2 car seats in the back seat, YOU CANNOT FIT ANOTHER PERSON IN THE MIDDLE OF THEM, no matter how one wants to think so.
This place was the easiest and fastest rental car company i have ever dealt with.

Couldnt be happier! Just took delivery of a 2012 Toyota Venza and havent stopped smiling. Our salesperson, Richard Haase, was the best. He was so helpful and patient even when I couldnt decide between the Venza and another crossover. He answered all of our questions and kept us updated during our wait for our very special order to arrive. This is the 4th vehicle weve purchased (7th in our extended family) from Jim Norton and Richard exceeded even our already high expectations.
