I was sent to enterprise by the dealership where we purchased a new car when it needed to go in the shop. And, thats when Enterprise decided that they could stick it to the little guy. I asked about renting a minivan because I have 4 small kids under 4yrs old. And they tell me $165 per day for the car plus taxes. This is price gauging.

I am giving a one start only because of the simple fact that when I picked up the car the process was easy and quick the gent that helped me was very nice and professional, however when I dropped off the car MARTHA was an absolute horror. I am honestly shocked on how rude and disrespectful she is I really hope enterprise someday realizes how bad she is for business that woman should just stay home if she can not treat customers with respect.

I rented my car online. I was dropped off for a 9am pickup at 8:45. I sat at that location until after 11am before they had a single vehicle on the lot. I was renting an SUV because I was traveling with teenagers and we all need more space for trips. They ended up giving me a Nissan Kicks, which is not any larger than my personal vehicle, and DID NOT EVEN DISCOUNT THE RENTAL. Not only that, the staff literally ordered themselves breakfast and ate and chatted, knowing I was stranded there and had asked what time Mother Road Market next door opened because I was starving, having not prepared for sitting there for HOURS when I had a scheduled pick up. Sooooo unprofessional, and a waste of my money!

I wish it didnt make me give them 1 star because they definitely dont deserve it! I was already going through an extremely stressful and trying situation needing a rental car because I wrecked my car on the icy roads and needed a vehicle to get to work while my car is in the shop. My insurance doesnt cover car rental but I was able to get a discount by using who they recommended which is enterprise. I called yesterday to reserve the car and was told by her that all I needed was my license, insurance and registration and could pick the car up this morning at 8. She asked if I would be using a debit or a credit card and I advised her that I would be using a credit card. Enterprise should be extremely embarrassed having someone like their assistant manager Martha NIeves Alvarez represent them. She lacks empathy and most of all customer service skills. She was unable to verify my address because I just moved in October so she told me that she would need 2 utility bills in my name to proceed. I told her that I only have 1 bill in my name due to the rest being in my husbands name. I asked her if my bank statement would work and she rudely said pointing to the counter, that she needed TWO UTILITY BILLS and I only gave her ONE. Then she the only way we can bypass this is if youre using a major credit card and I said yes, I am. I told you this on the phone yesterday. She then proceeds to say, Well then if you were listening and can understand plain English, the credit card will work. My husband then replies with, you dont have to be so fn rude! And Im trying to ask her why she just made me go through all of that if all I needed to do was use a credit card but she cuts me off and says and I quote, Leave my store now, youre not getting a vehicle. I said excuse me? Youre going to deny renting me a car and YOU were the one rude to me?? She could have avoided all of that, harassing me over 2 utility bills when it turns out I didnt even need them because I was using a credit card! She was deliberately rude and it gave her great satisfaction to throw me out and refuse me service for NOTHING!! HORRIBLE customer service! And what a horrible thing to do to a customer going through a difficult time! Martha Nieves Alvarez shouldnt be working with the public and as long as she is, she is going to continue to lose customers for Enterprise. Despicable!! *ADDITION: Im adding to this after sending an email on 02/13 like they asked, I have received only ONE response on 02/14 stating they would get this in the right direction and asking for my reservation number which I had already told them in my original email that I wasnt given one but I replied anyway on the same day, 02/14 and provided my full info. It is now 02/23, 9 days later and I havent heard anything back! They did say that the complaint is sent back to the original branch 5152 that I had visited so since it seems to be their practice at this branch to treat people with complete disrespect and the assistant manager Marthas regular practice to kick people when they are down, why would they do anything about a complaint? Im sure it was just tossed aside with a smile and Martha has gotten away with treating someone like total garbage AGAIN! I can guarantee that she has done this to many people. I wrote a letter to the CEO of Enterprise because she needs to know the type of people that are representing her company. She would be absolutely embarrassed if she could see the way she treated me and I just hope that she is still able to access the cameras and that there is audio too because this lady, Martha Nieves Alvarez, should not be an assistant manager! Completely unprofessional! Take my word for it and just go to AVIS! I was finally able to get my car in the shop after being delayed TWO weeks because of Martha Nieves Alvarezs disgusting behavior. I went to AVIS and I was in and out in 5 minutes, driving away in a car. No grilling, harassing or being asked 20 questions. Took my drivers license and credit card, gave me the keys and I was on my way! Go to AVIS!

A manager named matt is rude and will not work to help a customer out further more this location is filled with lazy people who dont fix online inventory so when you make a reservation you have to call over and over to makes sure they do there job and have a car for there they wont Ive tried since last Friday and they are to busybto clear and inventory online I dont understand if they have no cars available what are they doing its sad how enterprise is represented in this location I am a good member and rent everywhere from Florida to newyork and Oklahoma I wish a district manager would assist but they are just as bad still waiting a week for a 25hr call back

The enterprise associate was considerate and detailed, contacting my beforehand to make sure everything was correct for my car rental. Upon arriving to pick up the rental car, he made the process swift and painless, I was out of the lot in no time and will definitely be recommending and renting from Enterprise again!!

It started out as a train wreck. Several issues. Finally the 3rd car was good. I think the cars should go out with full tanks of gas. Not fun to immediately have to put gas in. Botton line they sorted my car issues and the car I got was great. I used to use enterprise a lot, but hadnt in years. I rent cars a lot, not sure I will go back.

I reserved a car yesterday and chose the earliest pick up time 8:00 am so I could be at work remotely on time. I competed the save time at check in option hoping itd take 15 minutes or so. I got there at 8:06. I waited 5 min outside before anyone came out even though I saw 3 people inside. Kyle, or at least thats what his tablet said, came out. He took my name and info to tell me that they dont have the car that I reserved so theyre upgrading me for free. Its now 8:17 and he said it would be 10-15 min to clean up a car. At this point, something told to to just cancel the car. Why wasnt a car ready? I didnt do an after hours reservation. It was early yesterday morning and they called me to confirm that I would be there. Yet still there was no car ready. Its now 8:39. Kyle returns with a car and I get ready to pay. Im a foster parent so I have a Oklahoma debit Mastercard. He goes inside and tells me that they only accept cards attached by a bank, not government issued cards even though it has a Mastercard logo as expressed in the acceptable payment section. Ive NEVER had a problem using the card. I use it anywhere theres an additional deposit because it often takes a long time to return the deposit. The last time I checked Mastercard was a legit bank/creditor. Its now 8:47. I dont have time to do a money transfer because Im already late for work. Maybe Enterprise should be more specific on cards they take at the beginning of the reservation process. I wasted nearly an hour of my morning and now have to change my appointment to get my own car repaired. Not sure if Kyle just felt extra secure in his privilege to identify a black womans Mastercard debit card as government issued even though it meet the requirements listed on the website or what. Lucky for him, I didnt have for an argument this morning but plenty of time for a review.

This was my first time renting a car and I am SO glad I came here to rent. They had BY FAR the best prices, they are a block from me and when I reserved a premium vehicle they upgraded me to a luxury vehicle since one was available!!! Don’t go anywhere else, trust me.

Ive rented from this location several times and have always had a good experience. It is small and very busy, but the staff is very friendly. This last time, my license had just expired when I was picking up the rental. They were nice enough to give me a ride over the Tag agency to get my license renewed! This was great because I didnt have a vehicle there since I had them pick me up from work. Highly recommend renting your next vehicle from Enterprise at this location.

I was needing to rent a car one way so that I could pick up a car that I was buying. Made a reservation to pick up rental car at airport, had a friend drop me off and went to the counter to pick up car. When I presented my drivers license and debit card I was then told that I could only use a major credit card. I replied back to the agent that the website stated that I could use a debit card. Agent replied that it was policy at the airport to only accept major credit cards but other Enterprise locations do accept debit. So being stranded, I had to call an Uber to get a ride back to my vehicle. That evening I made a reservation for the next morning to pick up car at a location other than the airport. The next morning I receive a call from Enterprise verifying that I was still picking up the car and then went to ensure that I was going to use a major credit card. I replied, I was told that locations outside the airport accept debit cards. Agent told me that was true but not for one way rentals. Now I am very frustrated and after making some calls to see if a family member or a friend could help with using their credit card, I called back to Enterprise and canceled my reservation and proceeded to reserve a U haul trailer so that I could pick up my car that I was purchasing.After five minutes went by an agent from Enterprise called me and said that he noticed that I was not going out of state and that I could use a debit card to rent the car. Now extremely frustrated with this transaction going back and forth with three different agents as well as lost time due to having a 4 hour drive to complete, I get Uber and go pick up my rental car and cancelled my reservation for U Haul trailer.This was a complete hassle and lack of customer service. I have rented from Enterprise for over 10 years and I am also a member of their rewards program where at one time I reached a high tier due having used Enterprise so much for business.This has to be one of the worst experiences that I have ever had with a rental car company.The small town that I was driving to, to pick up my car only had one rental car company and it was Enterprise, if they had another company I would have definitely went with them.This experience will make me think about using other companies next time I travel.

Enterprise is my favorite car rental company. I do feel that it ends up costing me about double what the initial estimates are (I realize this is due to the insurance). It would be great to be able to get a better understanding of the full cost before the day I am leaving for my trip.

Should be no stars, made reservations when I showed up early to get paperwork and payment out of the way I was informed they didnt have the vehicle I reserved. I was told by Billy (who was the nicer employee) that if you make reservations online or through the call center there is no guarantee they will have a vehicle for you when you show up, because only the people working onsite know what vehicles are available. So whats the point of making a reservation? Enterprise is a complete joke and their employees are rude except Billy he was understanding of the 2 hours I drove for nothing and enterprise not having a functional system

I rented a small car and it was fine, good gas mileage and it ran fine. The only thing is, the car was not as clean and I would have expected it to be. Windows needed to be cleaned in and out, the outside of the car had been run through a car wash, but had lots of bugs on the front and windshield. When I rent a car, I expect to get into a clean car inside and out!

We rented a car from this location for a long driving trip. The car was ready when we arrived and the convenient location meant we could get on the road faster than going to the airport. I have been renting cars from Enterprise for many years, mainly in California love their service and prices, and this Tulsa Central office is no exception. Much better than airport prices (saved hundreds of dollars by going into Tulsa), and only an $11 Uber ride away. Whenever I have a question or need some assistance, it is given promptly, friendly and always with the attitude that the customer is super important. Even the main 1-800 number service is great. They gave a competitive and better price for my second rental.Thanks, guys! I recommend Enterprise to anyone.

Excellent service, just like always. The was the first time In 3-4 years I have rented a car from Enterprise. I liked the last one so much I went out and bought one just like it from the Enterprise Sales lot on 41st and Memorial.The customer service I received from Tana was wonderful. I had never driven a Chrysler 200 before, and she carefully explained all the functions to this new car. There were so many dials and buttons it looked like an airplane cockpit. She explained every thing so I wouldnt have any trouble. She was fast and professional. I now may have to go back and buy one of my own.

Customer service is decent here. The employees have all been helpful and Ive never had a problem renting. Out of the 10 cars Ive rented here they have all been clean and well maintained.However.. do NOT park your personal vehicle here over night for any amount of time. My truck was broken into and the steering column was ripped apart in an attempt to steal it. Thankfully the crack head or whoever it was who tried to take it didnt know what they were doing. Regardless, when I spoke to an employee about it they did literally Nothing to help. They just said oh Im sorry about that.Even when the wrecker and the Police showed up they spoke not a word to me about the instance.I wouldnt even be complaining but the employee I spoke with Before all this happened assured me the vehicle would be safe there.You live. I have rented many cars from this location over the last two years. The staff has always been knowledgeable and helpful and the rates have always been reasonable. Of course some employees are better than others but the current manager, David, is the best I have experienced here or anywhere else in my long business and personal experience. If you have any problem I suggest you ask for David. He is dedicated to his customers, intelligent, very knowledgeable of his product and business and a total professional. He always has a nature smile and puts you at ease knowing you can have confidence in him.

Cooper at this location is absolutely amazing!! He picked me up and instantly made me feel comfortable. We got pretty much in front of the location and I realized I had forgotten a piece of info they needed to confirm my rental. He had to turn back around and take me back to my house but didnt make me feel like I inconvenienced him a bit. I kept apologizing and he made sure I felt no guilt! Than when I got to the store on drop off day they worked w me so well to fix a couple issues I had! Def. recommend this location, the entire staff is very friendly and competent!!

I was told that someone would pick me up and take me to the enterprise rental. I had to travel to enterprise because no one would pick up the phone and when it did it was on Fax and blew a whistle in my ear several times. So I traveled to the enterprise on 11th and Lewis to find it crowded and had to wait in line. The staff person was friendly but the SUV they gave us was the most uncomfortable vehicle I have ever rented. You all need to let people know that they dont answer the phone or pick people up on Sundays.

I reserved the car online, I was sent an email with all the information I needed and when I turned up to get the car the process was easy and efficient. Unfortunately as you can see they give their buddies free upgrades so when you reserve a car they tell you their sorry they have no luxury cars. But they have a truck. When you have a reservation 20 hours in advance their should be absolutely no excuse for you to either be notified they are unable to fulfill the request or make sure not to give it away as an upgrade. Secondly a pickup truck is not anywhere in the same line as a luxury vehicle. Very disappointed in the custom service and their desire to rectify their error.

When we returned it the young lady almost ran into a pole in the parking lot and that was before she had checked us out. Then she parked on an incline and tried to charge us for 3 gallons of gas. We had literally just filled it up before turning it in. The place is 1.5 miles from the gas station. The car itself was very nice and the rate is always affordable.

Really enjoyed it. There were no mid size cars at my usual 51st location. So here I go to 11th St. They had a small Nissan Versa 2018...pretty blue. We took it. As we drove we noticed there was no windshield wiper fluid and that coolant was very low. At our destination we took it to local Enterprise and they advised to take it to Firestone as they do that kind of thing. Firestone said they cant tell us what to do...and filled the windshield wiper and coolant ....and we were happy. It was actually funny...we laughed about it.All that being said. .I will use Enterprise again, in a heartbeat! Gotta love the fun and good times!!!! Rating 10of 10 and 5 stars!

I reserved a car for Sunday, September 8th. The reservation was for a week. Before arriving I read about the experience of another person who had a car reserved, but when she got there no car was available. I called 3 times to make sure a car was available, but no one answered. I took a chance and used LYFT to get there. I was told that no cars were available and wouldnt be until Monday afternoon. I had to use LYFT to get back home. $30.00 later and I still didnt have a car. To add insult to injury the phone rang as I stood in line and no one answered it. I wasnt too impressed with their bedside manner either. I manage a company with 60 employees and would NEVER treat my customers this way. Never! I was able to get their CEOs email address and Im going to email her, but I wont use them again.

You cant reach anyone when they are closed they have banker hours. They close for lunch. Yiu can not leave a message if they are not open. They do not return your calls. They wont work with you if you ask them to set up a payment plan. They threaten to turn into your insurance co. Which if its below yoyr deductible is a joke. Go right a head. The mangement at the enterprise off lewis is a joke. I believe the guys name is John the assistant manager. Rude nasty predijust people. I wish my insurance co didnt use them.. I worked for the state and used this location almost weekly for work for 5 years straight . I hadnt been in for months and there were all new faces. This particular visit I was self pay. I called the hotline to make my rental and asked what I needed to bring with me. I was told paycheck stub, license, and a bill so they could verify my address. I use paperless billing and the one bill I had was late. I was told because this they could only rent to me with a credit card. I dont use credit cards anymore at all. I showed her that the bill had been paid and even tried to show her another bill. She said that since she already saw the other one she wouldnt be able to rent without a credit card and this was the manager. It was 6pm and I had no options and needed to go out of town for work. There was no let me see how we can help you, nothing. When you are loyal to a company for so long its unfortunate to be treated with so much disregard. I refuse to use this location again. Even called in to complain to corporate even though I know thats not going to do anything.Update: I used the location at Bob Hurley this week and it was a familiar face from 11th street and received MUCH better treatment.

They tried to get me to take a car with tread wear bars on about 2 centimeters . I asked for a Camery and they tried to get me to take a Corolla instead. So I opted for an Impala and they tried to get me to take a Malibu. I said they did that last time I rented from them and didnt like it. They said no Impala on the lot and I said what about the black one in front of the door. Then they said a couple of dollars more for the Impala I showed them. It wound up being 26 dollars more. He gave me the keys and said have a good trip. I had to ask him to wash the Impala they didnt have that I showed them. It was very nasty dirty and unswept which he did do also. My experience was not the best and I will consider other companies next time I rent. The gas was on 1/4 tank when I finally got to leave and I brought it back with over 1/2 tank. I did my part a lot more than they did theirs. At least the tires looked new on the Impala they didnt have that I showed them . Not a very good experience. And by the way they never knew I was upset to have to do their job for them. But who ever reads this should know how I really felt with this experience.

I didnt need a major credit card to rent a car. I put up a cash deposit, which was returned to my bank card after I returned the rental car. I needed one for Thanksgiving, & they gave me the weekend special which is $9.99 a day + tax. (Small compact car) Reserved it.... staff is friendly, as well as professional.

Its 5:00 my rental was due at 5:30My card wasnt going through (one problem that needs to be fixed) to process an extension on my rental.QuikTrip was less than a mile up the street. I said I can run up the street really fast and pull the money off in cash( keep in mind i have a 30 minute grace period as well)But nope!He took my keys drove my car FOR me up the street like i was some kind of criminal and was gonna run off with the car. Keep in mind ive spent a couple thousand dollars with enterprise these past few months because i am currently out of a car and i have never given these people a problem. I returned my last vehicle with the decision to stick with someone else.PS: the cars are filthy when u get em. Iwas tired of detailing my car and returning it in better condition than i received it. With no reimbursements whatsoever. It was take the dirty car, an extra wait for tge vehicle to be cleaned, or there was no car available at all.

Its funny how many hidden charges that they can slip in there. My pink copy made no mention of a mileage restriction or how many miles there were at pick up, but that did not stop them charging me 60 dollars at drop-off for going over. They also slipped their 30 extra dollars a day insurance in there too in spite of my credit card having rental insurance and my reservation NOT including it. The guy told me that I should have said something before I left at pick-up and that there wasnt anything that could be done at the end of the trip. In total, I total, I paid about 150 more than I was led to believe that I would when I made the online reservation. Oh, and the vehicle was stained up pretty bad.

The store in Tulsa on 11th Street, very poor service. Number 1every time you go in there they cant find your reservation.Number 2- they will overcharge you on days if you dont watch your receipt, this happens every time. You get a 3-day Rental you charge for 5 days.Number 3- when you pick your car up, they will not explain to you the day and the time of your return. Very very poor store. I would recommend anyone not to use that store on 11th Street if you do watch your seats and get everything in writing and have it explained to you

They were good generally, smooth process and helpful staff, the only bad thing was that they gave car with expired tag and i did not know that. When i get to do my driving license test, I failed the test because of that. I wasted the whole day travellng to the Department of Public safety twice, in the early morning and in the hot afternoon and failed the test because of the car. When I return the car and told them that, they told me that is brittle!!!What!!I was expecting something more than that, I am not going to rent car from enterprise next time.

I ordered a car from TIA got there and found out they didnt accept debit cards. Called the next closest location about 10 mins away, they had a nice new SUV sitting there waiting for me, ready to go, initialed a couple things and on my way 10 mins later. I have always had a great experience with the 11th street location. Courteous and helpful service making sure my vehicle of choice was available or received a better upgrade. I have used them multiple times and will continue to return. There are always things that can happen when you lease a car or van but the people on 11th are great.
