Now this place I like! I had already reserved a car thru Hertz, but they fudged that all up. Tried to get another one thru other companies, no one had a vehicle. But i called Avis Budget they were polite and got me in a mid-sized for under $800 for 2wks, unlimited miles. I would recxomnend them to everyone!

Fast and quick pick up/drop off. Friendly staff. Nice, new, clean SUV for the price of what others wanted for a compact car.

Rented a car 3 months ago. Payed in full. 2 days before our trip, the specialty van we were sold due to our large party was sold out. They refused to give us our money back or find an alternative solution. Absolutely will never do business with these people again

Was dirty car on pick up and also they gave me smaller class of car.

We were issued a car that had a very foul smell that had the distinct aroma of dog urine. We brought it to the attention of the folks working the counter and they promptly replaced it with another vehicle and that was bigger than our original reservation. So we were pleased with that experience

Rude old man.Walked in this place needing to rent a car because mine was being serviced.The man working informed me that they were sold out. Then he proceeds to ask me how soon I would need a car. My reply was ASAP. He then said well it will be a lot of money to get one today. My reply was Im not concerned about the price right now. He says you will have to pay upfront. It will be $700...He is basically looking at me telling me that I cant afford to rent a care here. But when I told him I didnt care what it costs to rent one I just need a car, his attitude changed and they magically had a car available.I went up the street to enterprise. 5 minutes later Im on the road in my rental.Ive used budget before, but not this location and wont be back.

Overall Experience with Budget: 8/10Wish non-airport locations have more Premium SUV selections.I have picked 2 Premium SUVs in the last 2 months at the location on 41st and Memorial. The vehicles were not cleaned thoroughly external and internal. Windscreen phenomenon and smoke scene was all over the vehicle.Unlike pickup at the airport, inspection was not performed at pickup.

I have always been a faithful customer to budget when it came to rental cars I once rented a car from this corporation 18 months straight but this time was a totally different experience when I went to pick up my rental the office gave me keys no inspection sheet I get to the car they tried to give me when i get to car I notice a whole lot of dings on it window had writing on the was attempted to cleaned off but still seen very clear the drives front seat had something on the appeared to be wax and the seat was peeling got the manager to exchange also speak with the office about dropping the car off at airport because would be closed on sunday and when my plane left monday morning was it fine if I dropped it off at the airport was told that was fine did as stated and dropped my rental off hours before expected time as Im flying back to Philadelphia I see a $243.55 charge from budget im like how is that possible because I already pre-paid for my car the tank was full car clean... I reach out to the office the young stated that could not assist me because printer did not work call the corporate office a young man tells me i was charged $300 for dropping of at different location that is a couple miles away budget needs to be ashamed of themselves for taking advantage of people during a national pandemic guess this a company as long as they can continue to get over on people to be successful it do not matter what down falls or turmoil affect you clientele...

I took pics of the car, before I got in it. The seats were stained and dirty. I question Budgets cleaning practices, based on this rental.

I rented a car for which Id prepaid. The person in charge had left someone else to check me in who had no idea how to do so. He kept asking me to produce a photo credit ID, without being able to explain what that was. He finally had to start the whole transaction over, all while wearing his Covid mask under his chin. It took almost a half an hour to get the car (and there was no one else there). When I finally got the key, he didnt know which car it went with, so I had to walk up and down the lot pressing the lock button until a horn went off. Will not rent from this location again.

Very Dirty, smelled so bad, there was a tire light on. Was not even maintenance check before it was given to us. Dead bug bodies all over wind shield. Greatful we made it to our destination and back. Budget rent a car you get what you pay for.

I was sent out with a car that had a defective tire (I had to pay for one myself), the car reeked of cigarette smoke, and the passengers seat had what appeared to be a huge urine stain on it. I need to be reimbursed for the cost of the tire, and am getting treated like dirt.

Walked in after the rental company around the corner failed to have a vehicle for our reservation. we had called every other place in town with no luck. The very nice attendant at the desk was very helpful and gave us options of several cars in our requested class size and allowed us to go look in them and choose the one we wanted. they turned our nightmare of an afternoon into a wonderful experience. this location will have my business from now on!

Great car. Drove good. No problems. Would have been a 10, but i had to modify my reservation and it cost me over $100 to add one day on, which I even offered to pick up closer to closing time so I didnt even have it an actual full day. Other than that, it was great! Id use them again.

Great experience with Budget car rental at the Tulsa Airport! After another rental company (Alamo) left us stranded - Ed and Brandy with Budget saved the day at midnight! Ed and Brandy were extremely pleasant and helped us find a rental (they also let us know that they are the ONLY car rental company that waits for ALL flights to arrive before leaving for the night. This must be true since they were the only counter open for business). Even though we were their last customers for the night, they did not rush us through and were accommodating to all of our needs. We are appreciative for their kindness! Ed and Brandy have made us Budget customers for life!

I have used the one on 41st and the guy in the front is always helpful and kind. I was able to get a great size suv! My experience is and has always been easy going and stress free thank you Budget!

Secure things and a good deal

Paid in advance on September 20 for a rental scheduled for noon on Oct. 2, 2020 in Broken Arrow. I showed up at noon on Oct 2 but was told they didnt have a car for me. I was told the car was in Tulsa and that I would have to go there to pick it up. I get a ride to Tulsa to get the car. Your agent told me car was gased up and ready to go. I was in a big rush by now because I had a schdule to keep and was now going to be late. I didnt inspect the car carefully. Got in and drove back to Broken Arrow to pick up wife. On the way back and notice a Covid mask hanging from the turn signal...bugs all over the windshield...dirt in the passenger seat....gas tank is only 3/4 full. When back in Broken Arrow I look more carefully. The car had not been cleaned. Might have been vacumed but nothing else. All cupholders had dried spills in them. Dust from dirt roads all over backend of SUV. So I rented a filthy car during a pandemic prepaid for the car, prepaid for luxury hotel for two nights in another city and this sloppy service had already cost me close to 2 hours. My only reasonable solution was to clean the mess up myself. This took another 45 minutes and then I took a shower and changed clothes again for the trip. I paid rent on a car that i had to retrieve and then prepare for a trip. All of this took close to 3 hours and we arrived later than planned. All plans for dining and entertainment for the first night were destroyed. AND ONE MORE THING...When i picked up the SUV I was told that I absolutly had to return it to Tulsa...was not allowed to drop it at the Broken Arrow location. So I had to drive to BA unload the SUV, get my wifes car so we could take the car back to the exact location that I got it from.that was another trip to Tulsa that should have never happened.

Very good customer service but the car was not completed clean

The service that I got from this location was perfect. I went on a very busy and hectic day it seems and the two ladies were so wonderful with me, very patient and kind. I called to extend my rental and I wasnt on the phone with them for more than a minute and I was good to go. They will get my business in the future.

My wife and daughter drove to Washington state the engine light came on they had concerns waited 45 minutes on hold .only to find out the person the phone was no help o2 censor was the problem other than that everything was great

Excellent customer service!! Amie was genuine and kind! I had a short notice trip, and other rental agencies wouldnt help with my special circumstance. But Amie made sure I was given the best option possible. I would definitely recommend this office!

The attendant Marc was cool, the rental we had was dirty when we recieved it that wasnt cool. All in all it was okay rental experience.

DO NOT rent from 41st & Memorial location unless you have a place to keep your personal car. They do not have parking on the rental lot will tell you that you can park at QT next door but your car WILL BE TOWED!.

Booked order for a pick-up online the night before. On my Uber ride up there they call and cancel but assure me that I can get a different vertical for the same price they where out of pick up trucks .....I ask if i came tomorrow could I get an suv for said price he said (oh yea just not a truck!) come in today double the price with a rude tone.. avoid booking with these guys its not worth the hassle!

The staff is super friendly and helpful. You get in and out fast and will work with you. Just make sure you plan ahead, trucks and cars go fast. If you just drop in you are more than likely not getting anything.

I really wish I had the lady that checked us outs name! She was terrible! Surprise she wasn’t wearing a name tag. Was wearing some trashy clothes cut off shorts. Never mind that she kept yelling at customers to put the cars in parking spots. Then had to walk all the way out in the lot to check mileage anyways. Horrible customer service. The guy that checked us in was ok. Not terrible... nothing special as far as customer service. I get treated better at McDonald’s where I’m buying a $1 burger. 👎

The price was extremely reasonable for renting a car with unlimited miles(OK, TX, NM, AZ, and CA then back roadtrip) and the rental process without a credit card was surprisingly painless. We did have some grinding in the brakes of the first car but they fixed the problem with a free uprgade and were just all together easy to deal with. I definitely plan to use budget again if in need and would recommend.

Didn’t have a minivan available even though I booked a month in advance and called in advance to set our time to pickup at 7:30. Tried to offer a vehicle with less space as an “upgrade”. Horrible customer service- they made up an excuse for everything and were completely unsympathetic. Didn’t try to make any amends and told us they can’t refund prepaid rentals. Don’t rent from here!!!

Budget customer service needs to align with the employees at the counter. I had a very distasteful experience with a rental that was purchased December 20th 2019. Upon arrival I was greeted and a vehicle was picked out for me. Upon inspection of the vehicle, I noticed the car was covered with dents and dings. I had also noticed upon opening the door that the interior smell of cigarettes. After the reviewing the vehicle and realizing that it wasnt what I paid for (lesser tier), I went back to the counter and informed the agent that I was uncomfortable with the vehicle. I was then told it was all they had so I could take that or upgrade for an additional $15 a day (or $135 total). Because I couldnt afford the upgrade, I decided to keep the smelly dented Mitsubishi outlander but asked if I could switch the vehicle out once I reached my destination in which I was assured I could. Just to confirm I called a spoke with a customer service agent named Gabriel who had also said that I could switch the vehicle out with the tier that I had paid for. After travelling to Detroit (915 miles away) I stopped by DTW airport budget only to be told that I could not switch out the vehicles because we cant just give our cars away. Frustrated, I called customer service who then hung up on me after asking to speak with a supervisor. Ultimately, the car was smaller than what I paid for, all of my childrens toys had to be shipped back as they wouldnt fit in the small SUV I was forced to keep, and the trip had to go on with one less thing which turned out to be a huge inconvenience. After returning the car at the TUL airport, I informed the agent of my nightmare of a rental. She understood my issue and apologized for the inconvenience. For my troubles I was given 4 customer service coupons which I thought was a nice gesture. Unfortunately, the coupons expired on 12/31/2019. It will be hard to recommend vehicles through budget to other friends.

Rented a budget rental from here with a tow dolly, the front left tire of the truck was worn from what looked like a bad alignment. I told the associate hey this tire is really worn, he said although it was worn it was still in spec. We then hooked up the tow dolly and I went home and loaded my car onto it. I was 5 miles from my house in Owasso when the tow dolly tire exploded. This place does not care about the condition of the tires on their trucks, if you rent from here please LOOK at the tires and demand a different truck if they are worn. I just received a bill from Budget for 550 dollars for the repair.

Budget staff offered excellent customer service and whats more they were ready for me! The right car, with expected discounts on the rental agreement, and the rental process was all in order and while the process was thorough, it was super speedy. Ill be back.

I went here on two different occasions. The first time I was helped by this wonderful woman named TeAnn. We had arrived at Budget after having issues with Enterprise. We found out that Budget has WAY better pricing than Enterprise and is less of a headache. TeAnn set us up and got us on the road!The second I came here I was helped by a gentleman (I didnt catch his name). He was rude and barely paid attention to me and made my contact all wrong which I didnt realize until I arrived to drop off the car and was being charged 2x what I was charged when I left. I was told and signed for one amount and my card was charged a different amount. I was then given a dirty car which was not reviewed with me prior to leaving. The previous day I tried to call the make a reservation and a gentleman answered the phone and told me to hold, I was on hold ten min then hung up on. I waited then called back and got the same response. When I was dropping off the car and I was trying to resolve the issue I tried calling again to resolve it with them and the phones went straight to the corporate office.I rated this a 3 based on both experiences and I can say the only reason I will go back to a Budget is because the great service I got from TeAnn.If you want a good rental at a low price Budget is it but make sure you research the location first.

Was cleaning the car out in Wyoming and found a plastic tube of weed under the passenger seat . Wife and daughter took the car back and was going to say something to the manager. But were verbally assaulted for parking in the wrong area . With words like ( *itch, and some other ones more graphic ) Terrible customer service. Research the location 1st !!!!!!

Went to pick up a truck to clean out my garage of large items. When looking over the vehicle, the employee chose the box truck with that was superficially in the worst condition then the rest of the available trucks. The employee refused to switch trucks. When we got the vehicle in motion, it was obvious that the bushings and shocks on the truck are in horrible condition. The truck is not able to go above 40 mph because of sway and give in the shocks and steering. I will be intending to haul on the highway, and this vehicle is not safely capable.1 out of 5 stars, and the 1 star is because on employee could carry a real conversation.

These folks were amazing. They really took good care of us, and their prices are great.

I called the location to let them know that I would be less than five minutes late for my pick up at 2pm, which happens to be their closing time. They told me they close and I need to be there by closing. I said it would just be a few minutes and the lady was rude and said Get here. I pulled up at 2:02pm and all employees were walking out and locking the doors. I stopped one and asked if I would be reimbursed for my reservation and he said no. Good luck dealing with my credit card dispute, Budget!! Will never rent from Budget again. Ive never dealt with people that will literally lock the door in front of me when I called and said I would be a few minutes late. The lady answering phones is one of the rudest people Ive dealt with.

I have been renting from this location TL1 for four years now. The staff is always friendly and they always give me the best service and im always satisfied with the rental they give me. I have referred several of my friends to rent from this location and I will continue to do so.

The moving truck we rented was dirty in the back which got some of our furniture dirty . Someone’s sunflower seeds were spilled inside the door. My husband gassed up the truck before returning it. But we had cash for moving expenses in case we needed to send someone to get something. He didn’t think to get a receipt of course. And budget claimed he didn’t gas up the truck and charged us almost double what we had agreed to. I will never use them again. We will go back to uhaul. The only reason we used budget is because I had a coupon in our moving packet.
