My family needed a van quickly to get to Texas for my mother in laws funeral and they helped us out. Nice, new van. Kids were very comfy which made the trip easier on the adults. Very nice and friendly staff too!

I believe I spoke to a wonderful man named Kamin over the phone the other day and his energy was AMAZING!!!!! Such a nice young man and very polite, too... He was able to answer all my question quickly and with relative ease and if I had more questions.. He was able to answer as well

Friendly customer service. The rental process is quick and easy. We chose a Ford 15 passenger midline van for our family vacation and it is a perfect fit.

Side view mirror was broken the attendants at the air port rd location were smoking in the store instead of assisting customer had to wait an hour to get my van when I made reservation a month ago. Called in told them the van riding rough n leaking but was told they cant replace until I take it to the shop huh..will be filing fcc

This was by far the best rental experience I have ever had. The service was absolutely top notch. The van was brand new, and super clean. And the price was way more affordable than any other place we checked into. Overall I would rate it higher if I could and definitely would recommend to anyone. I had such a good experience that it had me thinking about reasons to rent another van!

I called the store, a gentleman by the name of Greg answered. He was very friendly and helpful. I rented a 15 passenger van for my church trip and it was wonderful. Clean, professional, and you get the corporate benefits without the corporate baggage.

The Vans are really nice and clean but the day of rental they did not do a walk around inspection and they did not offer a footsteps to get in and out the van.they are up to high for elderly people.

Ive had the greatest experience at Capps. Gregg Snear ( I believe hes the manager ) was so helpful and courteous. Highly recommend this place.

Greg and the other guys there go out of their way to make sure the vans are sitting there (clean) and ready to go when we get there to pick them up. Always friendly and concerned about how things are going in my business.

They didnt have what I needed, didnt offer free miles from OKC to Tulsa to get the truck i needed.
