DO NOT RENT FROM THIS GUY. I had $1k stolen off of my debit card so I couldnt pay as early as I said I would, he showed up while I was checking into a hotel and took the car. Along with the car was my personal work computer and all of my clothes, my debit cards, etc. I have been wearing the same clothes for about 5 days now AND might lose my job because I havent been able to work. (The bank refunded my money about 2 hours after he took the car). He said I was full of BS, he said there were cameras in the car and that he had been watching me(which is illegal if not informed of the recording devices). He said he could call the police because my fiance rented the car, and let me drive it. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE!!

Initially, it was a good experience with affordable prices. However, miscommunication between the company and the customer turned my experience very hostile. I was hung up on multiple times. After all though, I was apologized to and made right. I would suggest however, maybe hiring someone who knows how to deal and talk to customers who may run i to unexpected circumstances. Everyone doesn’t know how to have good customer service and i think it would be a good investment to hire maybe even a female to have that mutual communication.

Needed a rental at the last minute but all the “big guy” companies had were giant trucks and luxury series vehicles. I called this company as a last attempt out out desperation. They had just closed but still came back to help me out. The process was quick and easy. The staff was respectful and welcoming.The car was clean and in great shape and I was in and out in minutes. I went from looking at spending $1,150 for a rental for just a few days to around $400 for three days longer. 10/10!Will be using this company to rent cars for the foreseeable future.

Rude, unprofessional, unhelpful staff. I mean REALLY rude. And REALLY unprofessional.They want you to enter your license info, credit card info, and insurance info (like all the numbers, for all of them) just to reserve a car, on their unsecured janky website. This is a perfect recipe for getting your identity stolen. NO other rental car place requires this (especially your license number - that is taken at check in!).They will not take this information over the phone OR in person.I was wondering why, when all the other rental car companies were sold out of cars, this place had inventory. Now I know why. They are a ramshackle outfit with no concept of customer service or even common courtesy.Don’t give ALL your personal info to two-bit outfits like this. Stay away!

I had a horrible experience trying to use the online website. so then I reached out to contact the people behind the company I then was text back and forth which was kind of shady then I asked if they could give me a call so I can speak to someone because no ones made contact then the person that I spoke to call me and told me they cant tell me any information rudely hung up on me so this place sounds really shady and I wouldnt put credit card information in the hard hands of scammers

Extremely rude disrespectful and unprofessional. They rent out cars without seatbelts. And if you call in with any complaints they hang up in your face and call you out your name.
