This detail shop is 100% the place to go! From the moment I called in to their office to ask about pricing/services offered to moment I picked up the car the staff was extremely friendly and went out of their way to be hospitable and make sure I felt good about letting them do work on my car. I physically went to the shop to get an exact estimate on the job, and Harris helped me by not only giving me an estimate, he also physically showed me what products they would be using on my car and even took a stain out of the interior roof of my car right there in front of me before me even paying a dime just to give me more peace of mind in their service. I was sold then and there. Then upon dropping the car off, their entire team was extremely friendly and they made the whole experience feel super personal. They even offered me a shuttle service to take me back home instead of me having to arrange a ride or having me wait there at the shop while they worked on my car. Talk about above and beyond! They did the whole service in the exact time that they estimated to finish it in. And when I picked up my car, they let me inspect the job thoroughly and made sure that literally every detail inside and out was satisfactory. Lastly, I was talking to Harris about potentially getting a paint job done to the car later because there were a few scrapes and paint smears from the previous owner on the exterior and Harris literally buffered those spots out for me right then and there at no extra charge!! There were even some extra cleaning they did to the mats that they did not charge me for. I could go on and on about how personal and professional the entire experience was. My car looks so great and I am extremely happy with it. This was my first time ever getting a vehicle detailed but compared to other shops I looked at before, the prices and the service here is absolutely incredible and unbeatable! I will for sure be coming back for any and all further detail services in the future and if you are shopping around or unsure, look no further! This is hands down THE BEST shop in town.

This place is fantastic!!! We drove through road work on vacation and some type of clear paint was splattered all over our new car. It was eating through our windshield and topcoat of paint. They completely fixed the issue and put a new ceramic coat on. Very affordable and it looks brand new. Professional, friendly service from the moment they answer the phone. Highly recommend!!!

This place is amazing!! I has my first appointment with them today. My Mom Van needed some serious attention, and they returned it to new looking condition. First off, I love being able to book an appointment online. Secondly, they send a nice reminder the day or 2 before the appointmenr. All staff were very courteous, polite, and very profession.I will definitely recommend this place to anyone. Im planning on making a second appointment for our pickup truck.

A year ago I went in to get a ceramic coating on my car. The owner used g techniq light which as he stated was top of the line and he rates it as a 5 year coat. The owner lied to me because I look up the product he used and it’s not even the professional product but the product he used can be used by anyone. The coating on the g technique website is not even full ceramic only the professional g tech is, which he is not certified to use. Not only that but on the owners sos auto website he charges 750 for a ceramic coat and detail but he ended up charging me 1100 for the coat and detail for a coat that I could put on my self for 70 dollars a bottle to last maybe 2 years. This guy is a rip off so check what he’s doing. On top of that he turned in the car a week later than he was supposed to

Awesome work. I got an interior detail and they cleaned up the exterior as well. The car looks pretty much factory new except for some stains in the fabric that probably cant come out. But what didnt come out is very faint now.

Tremayne was very great to work with. I bought a used and abused Jeep Wrangler that needed a very good cleaning. I actually thought the carpet was going to need replaced, but I figured Id go ahead and have it cleaned and full interior detail. Tremayne and his guys did a fantastic job and the Jeep looks fantastic! My expectations were very much exceded! Ill be back.

Definitely would not recommend these guys. I own a dealership and brought them 2 trucks to detail, both fairly clean trucks. One came back acceptable the other left quite a bit more to be desired for a $250 detail. They did not use chrome cleaner on the wheels or exhaust tip which desperately needed iy, the bed was completely untouched with loose sand in it, fender wells were filthy, and they were not able to remove some stains in the interior other detail shops we use remove without issue. When asked about the fender wells they blamed it on their equipment (weak pressure washer) and said the stains were actually spots that had been dyed. I am familiar with car reconditioning and can tell no spots had been dyed. I pointed out an upholstery repair on the drivers seat but the other discolored areas were just dirt, not dye. These guys are lazy, inconsistent, and over priced. I will avoid them in my future business dealings.

I think its safe to say that time is definitely something that is very valuable to all of us... A couple of years ago, I brought my vehicle to SOS Auto Detail & Finish Coatings to get a ceramic coating applied. The owner of the shop had spoken to me about this coating a few times, however I wasnt quite sure about it. When he said that rather than washing my car, all I would have to do is rinse it, I decided to try it out. As a former detailer myself, cleanliness and efficiency with my vehicle has always been very important. After receiving my car, I was very impressed with how it looked. It had a wet look to it because it was so shiny. The real test came about a week later. We had some pretty bad weather and my car had a lot of dried up mud on it. I spent about three minutes rinsing it, and then I wiped it down like I was told to do. Sure enough, it looked just as good as it did when I first got it back. No soap. No scrubbing. Nothing. That was over two years ago and I still get the same results. It was definitely a good investment and has saved me hours of time. I used to wash my car once a week and it took about an hour to thoroughly do the interior and exterior. Now the entire process takes me less than 15 minutes. I would definitely recommend the ceramic coating to anyone who wants to lock in that freshly detailed look for years to come.

They tried to buff out a scratch on my brand new 2019 tundra. They melted the paint and ruined the truck. I asked the guy doing the work about the “highly abrasive “ compound before he started work and he assured me he was a professional and knew what he was doing.
