Mike is a very reliable guy. I have used him for brakes several times and recently had my first big issue with my Honda. It took him a little longer than I would have liked, but he was detailed and got me running. He charge me a reasonable rate for the part and labor. The biggest turn off is his from room, It looks like he uses it for a storage area and it is very dark. But he is usually out front and is more than welcoming if you walk right into his garage. What he lacks in formalities he makes up for in honestly and fairness.

I provided my expensive 3 piece rim/wheel to them to fix the problem i had. Gave really clear instructions to be very careful and they said they will be very cautious. They scratched my rim at the end. Not satisfied with the effort at all.Find another shop that is legit, and that has a proper equipment to do the job.

Have had a couple of the mechanics work on my cars everything from a Chevy Silverado, Honda civic, and MPV Mazda mini van. They arent the type of mechanics out to make every dollar off you they can they just get fixed if you even want fixed whats broke and warn you about things that may come up years down the line, I had a guy do a few extra things for my cars and hes never charged me if it was something I could do myself. Good people better service.

I entrusted Joseph with my car, which I severely regret, because he was a friend of a friend and he promised my satisfaction. During the time he had my car, he happened to get sick, move his entire shop, and have his tool needed to fix my car supposedly stolen. This doubled the time he said it would take which put me out of a car while I was working and going to school (frustrating). Because of said stolen tool, he did a very low quality job fixing my car, to say the least. After promising to make my car look like new and promising my satisfaction, I am completely disappointed. The night I picked it up it was raining and dark so I couldnt see how bad the job really was. We argued and he played the guilt card about being out of money and trying to take care of his family and took a small amount off the price (not nearly enough for the low quality job, which I regret leaving the shop without inspecting my car better or listening to my dad).Since then, the awful paint job has yellowed (on a white car) and cracked in places after not even a single summer in the Oklahoma heat. When contacted about being unsatisfied, he pulled out a 60 say guarantee policy, which I was never informed of or happened to stand in his shop and read on his walls (I was never inside the shop). More reputable shops, such as Collinsville Auto Collision, offer lifetime guarantees on their work!On top of that, he must have been playing my car music or having my car run most of the time because he gave it back to me late and smelling like smoke. The next time I drove it, my car battery completely died worse than I knew was possible. After completely dying a few times and being fully charging, I havent had any problems. Even more, he flat out lied about the work I paid him to do. Feel free to contact me for pictures or to hear more about my poor experience. I wish I hadnt paid him a penny.
