Aaron and his crew were a such a pleasure to work with. From the start he was on top of every step and didn’t stop until we were absolutely satisfied with our new floors. They are so beautiful!!Would definitely use him again for all our flooring!

Prompt to the fire job and helped salvage and stabilize the building until midnight. I cannot say enough about the professionalism and dedication to their customers. I hope I never have to use a service again but Reset will be my first call.

Don’t use! Initially, they were great when coming in to remedy our water damage. Went downhill from there. Didn’t follow through with what they said or when they said they would do something. Was not transparent with cost, never answered my questions thoroughly. Did not do business with them after the initial remediation. Red flags all over the place.

I cannot recommend Reset Restoration highly enough! I had a car drive through the front of my business. I had no clue where to start! I called Reset and they were amazing. Their response time was impressive. Within 3 1/2 hours my business was secured. They also helped me find a security company to keep an eye on things overnight. On top of that, after Christian, the first of their awesome team to respond, assessed the situation and got things rolling, he grabbed a broom and started helping me with the cleanup. They made an awful situation suck a lot less. If you are dealing with a property loss look no further than Reset. Call them, you’ll be glad you did!

We had a water line leak in our refrigerator that caused quite a bit of damage in our kitchen and living room wood floors. Reset Restoration was incredible to work with. They came out for a free initial consultation and were very thorough. They answered every question we had and explained the next steps. They were present when the insurance adjuster came to inspect the damage to make sure nothing was overlooked. They worked hand in hand with the insurance company throughout the entire process and also worked around our Thanksgiving schedule to get our floor fixed as quickly as possible. Our floors look incredible now and Reset Restoration made a potentially stressful and uncertain situation very manageable. We cant recommend them enough!

Very efficient company to work with. All employees were very respectful and knowledgeable about their duties. Our first contact was with Aaron and he did an excellent job of walking us through the repairs process and providing us with a cost estimate. Once work was scheduled our project manager, Patrick, kept the job going and as close as possible on schedule, even allowing us to hire a painter to complete some additional work. Overall we are very pleased and would recommend them as a very reputable company to work with.

Please don’t use this company! We called them after a few people referred them to us. Was a terrible choice! Andrew lied to us. Then informed me that fans can dry thru solid drywall with insulation without cuts or drill holes! Even my insurnace agent said wow they must of sent their ‘B’ team and I said no the ‘F’ team! I don’t want you to go thru the hassle and headache I did with this company!!

I really can’t say enough about Reset Restoration. They were simply amazing! We recently had a horrific flood in our home that destroyed nearly the entire first floor. Our insurance company initially suggested another company for the clean up but we quickly began to have issues with the service and called Reset to come and take over. They have made our home look better than new. Everyone was extremely courteous and professional. They were always available and easily reached if I had a question. Great communication regarding the process and always kept us updated on the schedule. I can honestly say that they went above and beyond to make sure that everything was perfect. I highly recommend them and they will be my first call in the future if I ever need another restoration company.

Reset did an amazing job with out water leak issue!! My wife is pregnant and almost due and we had a pipe burst and water all over our floor and I have never had contractors do this good of a job and be this on time!All the time schedules they gave us were accurate and they were very transparent in pricing and worked great with our insurance. Our floor looks amazing and they cleaned up exceptionally well after doing everything!! We used Reset Restoration Services for the water damage repairs and I just have to say they were awesome! They took care of removing the mold, drying out everything and then all of the repairs.It literally took a team of people to work the job and they were great to communicate with us.They had a team pack up all of our personal property and move it out of the house so the wood floors could be refinished. Then they moved it all back into the house and put fresh pads on the bottom.They repaired and painted all of the damaged walls from the water damage.This type of thing is never fun but Reset was great through it all. Reset helped us fix several problems with our house. All of our dealings were professionally handled start to finish. Andrew and Patrick were both knowledgable and helpful at all times. Our floors got flooded due to a burst pipe. Reset was super quick to respond, had professional and courteous workmen, and were very skilled in the multiple trades necessary to complete our job. From removing damaged floors, Sheetrock and damaged pipes to replacing floors, repainting, working with our delicate marble bathroom counters and plumbing, Reset did a fantastic job. Our insurance company was also familiar with them and was confident in their reputation and skill, which made the insurance assessment go smoothly. Highly recommend!

Reset restoration was a life saver. I own a small plumbing business and I had a leak on a fitting and it flooded the carpet and ruined the drywall. I called reset and they got out there in 30 minutes and took care of everything. They also took really good care of my Customer. These guys are phenomenal. I don’t get very many leaks on my work but if I ever do I will definitely call them back and strongly recommend them to anyone.

I had recently moved and was renting out our house. The house caught on fire over memorial day weekend and they were out drying out water from the firefighters and working that same weekend.
