Washer flooded my downstairs earlier this year, the cleanup team was unprofessional and didn’t clean up after themselves whatsoever. Water spots everywhere, footprints tracked all through the house in the undamaged areas, it was a nasty mess. The restoration team is just as unprofessional, but they’re much better at hiding it in the beginning. Paperwork process was smooth, quote was reasonable, but it took forever for them to schedule the restoration. We waited at least 2 months without floors for them to finally show up to do our flooring. After they “completed” the job(neglecting to patch holes cut in the drywall by the clean up crew, flooring wasn’t run all the way under baseboards, breaking drywall when removing baseboards, etc.) they turned around to file a lien on my house. It has been over half a year now and they still have yet to fix the flooring but have no problem calling daily to ask about payment, which they will not receive until the job is actually completed. I will definitely not be using ServPro in the future.

Serv-pro just did exceptional work on water damage in my gym. I had a leak in the attic that created a 4 x 3 brown spot on my carpet. I thought about cleaning it myself but I was afraid I would end up setting the stain then I would have to re-carpet the room which would have been bad because of all the workout equipment. I called Ronnie at Serv-pro and he got a crew out here in about an hour. Dan and Jerry measured the moisture level of the carpet and determined the pad was still wet and needed to be removed. They pulled up the carpet, cut out the pad and cleaned the spot. They have great fans. One is blowing under the carpet and one on the ceiling. Steve installed a dehumidifier and is coming by tomorrow to check on the job. I highly recommend the guys!

We were in town to help with the flooding caused by the freeze this year. Will and the Team at SERVPRO South Tulsa County were overwhelmed with local people and businesses to help but still found the time to assist us with coordinating and finding resources . We found mold in our home caused by a small leak in one of our bathrooms. It was quite an ordeal but Servpro was the easiest part of the whole process. They do exactly what they say they are going to do and always show up on time. Dave, the owner, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The guys (Gerard and Julio) who showed up to do the work were very professional and nice and kept us informed on where they were in the process. The inspector/manager (Ronnie) also kept in touch through their several days of work. I very highly recommend Servpro. We have used them in the past and had the same incredible service.

I called last week because we have water damage on our floors due to a leak, and they put me on a waitlist and told me to call back in 48 hours if I haven’t heard back. I didn’t get called back and it’s been almost a week, so I called again today and the receptionist was extremely rude and condescending and refused to help me find out where I was on the list. Definitely not using this company.

Serv Pro responded immediately after being called. Upon arrival they began the drying process. They explained the process as they worked and asked if there were questions. All questions were answered in a friendly informative manner. Cameron also took pictures of the process for Serv Pro and the insurance company.Having been unaware of all the services offered it was a great relief to me personally. What was a serious issue was no longer a problem. I will recommend Serv Pro to everyone as the company to call if you need help in these circumstances.

UPDATED: Was a 3 star review following them re-cleaning some things after finding they did a lazy job but charged the sellers $5000+. It has now been downgraded to 1 Star upon the discovery one whole bedroom (1/5th of the house basically) still had all the wood floor refinishing dust on the walls - which was done before the house I bought was ever put on the market. And I mean every square foot of wall. I did not discover this until I was comparing paint chips to paint the walls in this room. This is totally unacceptable. Good work fleecing the sellers of this house and doing an improper job of cleaning. The walls are supposed to be HEPA Vacuumed at least twice and washed down with certain cleaners. Obviously that was not done what-so-ever. Shameful, lazy, and inept.The start of my original 3 star review: ServPro was contracted by the sellers of a house I just purchased to do mild meth decontamination (it tested positive but not by much). Unfortunately whatever crew they had out last week did an incomplete/lazy job in which the sellers were billed for areas they did not complete per ServPros invoice.I did not think to double check ‘hidden’ areas when I went for a walkthrough while it was being re-tested, so that’s my bad, as I would have immediately said something. I wrongly assumed they would do a through job when the sellers spent over $5000+. When the house was finally signed over to me I went to look things over, only to discover several areas that had not been touched by any sign of a HEPA vac or cleaning solution - mice and rat feces in cupboards, dirt and grime on things and fixtures, dust on areas not cleaned at all. One whole closet was clearly not touched, the water tank storage room was not touched, all the lower cabinets in the kitchen were dirty with caked on grease and vermin feces. The fridge which tested as one of the ‘hottest’ places had not even been moved to clean the sides or floor underneath it. These are basic, common sense areas to clean. A run of the mill cleaning service would even move these things for a ‘deep clean’.I called ServPro yesterday and they did send 2 crew members to re-clean these areas quickly. These men were apparently not part of the original crew. They were apologetic at least and I appreciated them being sent. It is the principle, however, of doing a poor job in the first place that does not sit right with me. Add to the fact that it’s a health concern which cost a LOT of money to ‘clean’. It doesn’t give me great confidence in what they actually did clean. It’s water under the bridge now, but I hope they are more careful in the future with how their crew follows work orders.

Cut a foot up my walls instead of drilling holes. My insurance adjuster and a trusted contractor both indicated this was completely unnecessary. Assuming they were hoping for the bill back and this hiked up the amount. Needless to say I did not use them for repairs once the water was removed.They sliced a wall when cutting off molding. Also did some interesting things in terms of doors and trim they did and didnt remove, had us scratching our heads a few times.Lastly, they couldnt have possibly botched the billing any more than they did. They didnt retain my contact information even though it was provided to them at least twice and they had called me directly many times while work was being done. They got my last name wrong. Finally got a hold of me over a month after the fact to ask if my insurance company had been billed. Seriously? Not my job.Hope to never need such services again but will not be calling them in the unfortunate event that I do.

Totally took advantage of a single lady. They refuse to stand by there work. Now I am stuck with a house that needs more repairs to fix their cover up work. Please think twice. Their salesman just want the money and give you cheap cheap cheap. I called and complained many times with no results.

If anyone has water damage or needs a cleanup/restoration company DO NOT USE Servpro of South Tulsa!!!!! We had our laundry room flood on Monday, December 21st and they came out and dried everything up and then just left it. Its been over a month and carpet padding is gone, carpet isnt tacked down so its fraying and stepping on the tacks is painful, baseboards are off and broken, and drywall has been removed and pipes exposed. They wont return phone calls or call us back after saying they will. All Ive heard is excuses about being busy and paperwork falling through the cracks. So, if you need someone DO NOT USE THEM!!!
