The cleaning crew from service master did an awesome job on the recovery of our home from a chimney fire. hard workers and great attention to detail all the while being very mindful of the home owner.Also the crew that came in and removed the wallboard, burnt material and carpets did an excellent job also. Would definitely recommend them

We are early into our disaster situation, but when Rick showed up at 600 in the morning with coffee and a warm smile and willing to be understanding of the traumatic events that just unfolded, I was immediately put at ease and very happy that the first company I had called was unresponsive to my urgent call. When it is 4 in the morning and you have to call a place like ServiceMaster, it is usually not a super fun event that the family is going through. We have been taken care the entire way. We are very happy

Service master was amazing!! I would give 10 stars if possible. Within 10 minutes of me leaving my insurance company they were calling me, and came out in no time. My wood floors were soaked from a leak, they assured me they would take care of it, and they did, Jess came out daily to check and see how everything was drying and moved fans around as needed. Very respectful, always called before coming out. Hopefully I will never need them again but if I do I know who I will be calling. Thanks for being so awesome SERVICE MASTER!

I have used ServiceMaster by Jeff and ServiceMaster Complete on more than one occasion for water damage and equipment rental for wet carpets. This company has high integrity and good service. Service Master was unethical; overcharged by padding the project with equipment, did not clean up (actually told me there were no cleaning materials on their van, such as a broom), charged for services they did not deliver and did not follow through on promises. Avoid them at all costs.
