Simon and his team came out and remodeled 2 of my bathrooms. Their work was excellent and even did extra little things that was not included in the job. If I ever had a question Simon was just a phone call away and would answer back right away. They completed both bathrooms within my time frame and they are beautiful. I would definitely recommend this company and will use them again in the future.

Simon and his crew just finished their second repair job on our home. We have found them to be knowledgeable, skilled and easy to work with. Especially appreciate how Simon kept us informed on a daily basis and responded quickly to all concerns, questions, and requests. Our dental office suffered a broken fire sprinkler and consequential flooding during the extreme cold last February, and our patients have all commented that no one call tell that anything ever happened. Simon and his team did a fantastic job of arriving as expected, informing me of the process and the timeline, and doing superior work, allowing us to get back to treating our patients quickly, and in a spotless, safe environment. Had water damage from a pipe that busy during the ice storm. CRS was great. They were very responsive and helped me with the process of working with the insurance. Explained everything that needed to be done and followed up when flooring was on backorder and finished before estimated time frame. Very professional and great to work with. The tile, carpet and painting and staining look amazing. Its like a whole new house.

Simon had to deal with a lot of delays with our insurance company. I was pleased with his patience with these circumstances. Everything Simon told me about his services were proved true in the end. He and his crews and subs delivered excellent workmanship. Our church was really happy with the end result. There were definitely obstacles Simon had to deal with and he was always polite and cordial when these obstacles presented themselves. We first met Simon and his crew several years ago when we had contracted Lowes to remodel our guest bathroom. The contractor they sent did a terrible job. Nothing looked good when he was finished. We complained to Lowes and they sent Simon and a manager out to look at it. Simon determined that everything had to be torn out and started over because nothing was correct. Everything had to be reordered. Once everything came in, Simons crew did the tear out and remodel. It was done correctly and in good time. When it was done it looked great like it was supposed to. Last year we contracted CRS to paint the entire interior of our home, refinish the trim and window sills, refinish several cabinets and remodel the kitchen and laundry room. Simon was very patient with us even though we made several changes during the work. Everything turned out great. We have just gotten another estimate for future work. We happily recommend Simon to do your remodel or anything else.

They did a great job removing mold and restoring our house. They did some siding work as well as repairing 3 rooms inside and painting both inside and out. Simon was easy to get ahold of and was great about keeping us informed on what was going on and what needed to be done. They did a great job with our house and would contact them again for any similar issues.

From the first call I made to CRS, the owner Simon was so professional and very polite. I had a water damage leak from my upstairs bathrooms and he was able to ease my mind (as I was freaking out) with his quick response. That same day he was able to inspect any damages and guided me through his process. I never write reviews but I really felt the need to show people how reliable Simons and his crew was. As a female who knows nothing about water damage, I was a bit intimidated calling around for quotes because I didnt even know where to start, but Simon guided me through what he was needing to know. CRS is a top notch company. Honest, solid, and dependable. I wanted to write and thank you for what you did for my family. My wife had been having chronic hives for six months before we keyed in on the mold. She had tried everything and spent a fortune at the various, and many, doctors that she saw. She had tried diet, soap, clothing, and all types of medicine until you guys put a stop to the hives. You guys and your respective companies are top tier and deserve a big thank you. Also I want you to know for future knowledge that chronic hives can be caused by mold. You did top notch drywall repair and mold destruction! After you remediated, her hive outbreaks did not become less severe but the frequency decreased. Then the severity decreased and she has been hive free for over two week now!

We were on vacation on December 26th when an El Nino hit Tulsa and caused roof damage which in turn caused leaks in several rooms. I called Cleaning Restoration and they were there almost immediately even though it was a holiday weekend. They put fans in to keep the floors from warping (they didnt) and buckets to collect the water. They are incredibly competent and responsive and i wouldnt use anyone else... the owner, Simon, is always there with his crew....Id give them a 5 StarRating!

We had a slow copper pipe leak under the slab of our kitchen floor that surfaced while we were away on vacation. We walked in to a ground floor standing in water. This was on a Sunday, Fathers Day 2013. We called CRS and within 45 minutes they were raising furniture, packing personal belongings and bringing in their equipment to start drying out the home. They were kind and respectful, yet professional in doing what they knew had to be done to minimize our losses. They worked with our contractors, taking bids, negotiating, and communicating with our insurance company. They earned our respect and also the respect of our contractors.I highly recommend Simon Reyes and his company CRS. Although I hope it is never necessary, CRS would be my first (and only) call if we needed this type of service again.
