Blackmon Moorings negligence was the reason my house was robbed, and all they gave me was the run around for months. Thief’s broke into my house through the key box their company used, company uses the same code for all lock boxes. Countless items were taken, tools passed down from my grandfather, wifes engagement ring, and even some of my autistic sons toys. This company has yet to even offer an apology. When we were robbed it took them 2 weeks to come file a police report or even talk to us, the employee they did send out, Chris Nicholson, was the rudest human being and when asked questions just grunted at us. This company has assisted in theft of my families sense of security. They pretended like they were gonna do the right thing long enough to get their new management team in place in Tulsa, strung me along through emails with a Jason Weaver. Mr. Weaver would promise to contact us on certain days and we would have to reach out days later(Have emails and texts to prove everything I’ve said). This company preaches the right thing when it comes to their customers, but it’s all a smoke screen. So at the end of the day, don’t use this company because they will go above and beyond to never take responsibility. The pics included are of water they were pulling up from my floor, but letting spill right back onto the floor. Trash cans would fill up in 2 days, they wouldn’t come back for a week. This was a constant problem.

Would highly recommend Blackmon Mooring- specifically Jason, Nate, and their team(s). They knew we were on a tight time line and they worked hard every day to meet that time line for us. Every person we encountered (had several pack up our house, redo floors, plumbing/painting, pack in, etc) was extremely polite and professional. Excellent communication and any issues that arose were immediately remedied. Very thankful for everything they did for us in a short amount of time!

Blackmon Mooring is a GREAT company to work for. We are a new team in Tulsa with new management. Our new construction project managers Pam Stanton & Jason Hamilton, new Project Coordinators John Davey & myself, & every other new team member are extremely good at their jobs, attentive, and thorough. You will start to see 5 star reviews popping up, and from some BIG name companies and people.

This company was recommended by the insurance company. They over promise and way under deliver. Chuck, the last field guy they sent out, even admitted he promised what he knew he couldnt deliver. They promises they will be there without fail only to be no show and no response for days after. My mother waited over a month for them to get her wet drywall, paneling and flooring out. The smell was getting bad. Then months later they still hadnt started the reconstruction. We had to fire them and hire another company, who was there within a week, Just to get it done by July. The issue happened in Feb. Then we get the bill with $700 in blown in insulation removal. The home was built in the 60s. Way before blown in was offered and it was not added later. Do NOT hire this company!

I am in dire need for help and this company was recommended. So I just read the reviews and wonder why all the replies from the company are the same. Well being Sorry does not fix the problem. Getting back to them is just buying them time. Sort of makes one wonder if the company has insurance or even if their workers are bonded. So I will not call them and if I hear anyone mention this company I will tell them to read the reviews FIRST.

It took 10 months to finish a job. They hired a company to reinstall my wood floors and the got the cheapest wood they could find. I fired that company and said that Blackmon needed to get someone else. There were days wherein nothing was being done. They should have finished that job in 3 months! There are other restoration companies that are way more efficient!

Not impressed with a company that sends people to your house without all the equipment! They leave and come back but don’t spray for mold like the supervisor told me they would. Didn’t get it sprayed for 3 days after asking several times. They showed up at my house without calling me first and did not come back after I got home because they were to lazy to come back! So after 4 days of their equipment in my house and them coming to check on stuff I found there was still a leak that they neglected to tell me about so they could keep the equipment going for a couple more days. Sad part is they came highly recommended by my best friend that owns a roofing company. Needless to say she won’t be giving them anymore business nor will I!
