Loved my experience here. Everyone was super nice from the moment I walked in. I was pampered and felt more relaxed than I have in a long time. I got a hot stone & essential oil pedi with gel polish and a full set of nails with a special design. Trisha did an amazing job on my full set, they came out exactly how I wanted. I didn’t get the girl’s name who was doing my pedicure, but she was super nice and did a fantastic job. It was $180 before tip - great prices for a full on pamper session.

Me and my mom and sister came in for a appointment YESTERDAY. and my nails are already chipped even though i have not done anything with my hands and went to sleep immediately after the appointment. I was expecting much like get wear since the prices were Insane who the quality of service. not to mention the nail tech would look at us say something in their native language and snicker. which is extremely disheartening. i am very dissatisfied in the quality of service in the manicure. if you’re looking for acrylics i guess here is the place just expect to spend a arm and a leg to get it done.

Its been about 6 months and I have been trying places after place after place to figure out someone to do my nails the way my girl done them before New Management took over the place that she worked at. My girlfriend and I went there and guess what the lady that was doing my nails six months ago she was there treated like I was a queen in there I love this place will continue going and I advise you to go and check it out also. Where else can you go and get it a pedicure and manicure and a mixed drink. Amazing service, lots of beautiful colors to choose from to have your nails.

I went to this place less than a week ago and I already have to nails that are chipped.For all of you that are looking for a nail shop the average for acrylic in that area it’s $30-35. Well that place for a refil it’s about $40, so you are paying it more you expected better service and professionalism. I went back to the place to have my nails fixed and the “manager” said that I had to pay for it again, which I was already annoyed but the problem is like she kept saying that the color was bed and was my fault! Anyways I feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. I don’t usually write bad reviews but that was my experience and I won’t NEVER go back there…

Hellen was wonderful. She and another tech did a gel mani-pedi for me. My feet were in rough shape but she made the French pedi look stunning. Also the first nail color I picked wasn’t what I thought so after the first nail she was super kind to help me pick out a new one that worked.

Omg the customer service was amazing and so friendly and on top of everything they did such a wonderful job Im definitely coming back here this place is my forever nail and spa. Thank you to everyone for their hard work 😍

I’ve been getting my nails done for 8 years straight all across the greater Seattle area and this is by far the best service I’ve ever experienced. Helen provided amazing services and the overall staff was 5 star. I no longer have a reason to try new nail spas.

The entire appointment was very uncomfortable. I got a pedicure and an acrylic full set which they did at the same time so the entire time I was twisted in an uncomfortable position so the woman doing my finger nails didnt have to go back and forth to work on both my hands. She destroyed my cuticles and 2 of my nails were bleeding. I also paid extra to get an actual manicure (cuticle trimming and such)which never happened. I got them done less than a week ago and the acrylic is already starting to come off. The acrylic is also just very thick and looks horrible.i paid $160 for both services (which was insanely expensive for how poorly everything turned out). My pedicure was fine but lasted maybe 3 days before it started to chip.

Always give amazing service. Very kind. This is my go to place to get my acrylics done. I have always had trouble keep my nails on long enough to get a fill. Here i have no problems. My nails last until I get them taken off. This place is amazing. My father (38) and his older friend (70) come here to get pedicures. They splurge and get the Ultimate pedicure ($75) and it’s amazing. I got the Ultimate pedicure and an acrylic fill. They were done at the same time it was an amazing experience and will probably do it every time. Very much Would recommend.

I have gone here a few times and get the *simplest* thing possible due to their insane prices when you want one little thing different with your color/design etc.. so a friend and I went in, she asked for different colored tips, and I wanted a few lines of squiggle lines. The nail tech said a full set with that design would be $95 each! We were shocked but politely said never mind we will just do solid nail color and settle for $55 sets. Krytal- I believe her name was.. was absolutely the rudest most unprofessional snobby lady I’ve ever had the displeasure of getting “service” from. My friend unfortunately got her nails done by her. And we had tried to engage in conversation with her as well as give her 2 compliments that she literally IGNORED then continued to look at my nails and laugh and snicker about who knows what but it was clearly regarding us the way she was looking at us. My friend and I couldn’t believe how we were being treated. The only good thing about this experience is that my nails are solid. They are good and MY nail tech was very pleasant to work with and chat with. Will not be returning, nor recommending to anyone.

Stopped in to get my nails and brows done before my flight. Diana did my fill and brows and she was AMAZING, offered me water before servicing me and greeted me when I entered. She was very gentle detail oriented and super sweet! Absolutely professional and patient w me when I decided to switch colors. My nail shape and color came out perfect, exactly how I wanted. It was by far my best time at a nail salon. The price was steep but the service was absolutely worth every penny.

Went to get my nails done from them because I’m visiting Seattle from Virginia and I wanted a nice place to get my nails done and I found this place. Did a terrible job on my nails as you can see they’re not even really thin and cheap looking and I definitely did not get them done for cheap very disappointing. When she started putting the nails on my nails I told her I didn’t like one of them how she put it on and she said she’ll fix it. Even after she “fixed” it I still didn’t like it and told her and she asked ME how she should fix it I don’t know I thought you are the nail teach not me. Not even 24 hours passed by the nail broke because she filled and made it sooo thin.

I get so picky about the vibe of my nail salons, and to top it off, I’m also picky about keeping it frugal! But I think I found the perfect spot! The cool colors and lighting on the inside give it a calming vibe, the price tag was perfectly in my price range, AND to top it off, they brought me champagne to go with my pedicure! 😭Tammy did a wonderful job on my toes, and I felt awful because I came in 15 minutes before closing time but they let me stay as long as it took for whatever service I wanted as well as for my polish to dry!Overall so relaxing, beautiful, and clean and pristine 👌🏻on the inside. You’ll definitely find me there again.

I hopped off the plane at Sea-Tac and had some time to kill so I went to this place and had the best experience ever at this salon. It is a bit pricey, but I decided to spoil myself and it was totally worth it. The kindest people work here and you won’t regret choosing this salon!

The atmosphere is elegant. it has that 5 star spa feel to it. very clean and i saw them sanitize everything. the ladies are nice. had to wait for a bit since all of them are already helping other customers but it wasnt bad. i took that waiting time to choose the nail color i want. they have a lot of choices. i got the #4 organic signature spa pedicure and that was one of the best decisions ive ever made! never got that kind of treatment at other nail salons nor do i know any nail salon that have that treatment. pedicure, massage, hot stone, hot towel wrap what else are you looking for? all in all, my first experience here have been awesome! the service i got is worth the price that i paid for! already planning to come back this weekend to bring my boyfriend to get his pedicure spa done. lol you know we gotta take care of our men too.

I’ve been coming here since they opened but had to take a year off due to COVID. Now that I’m vaccinated I went in today and had a fabulous experience. They remembered me, and were wonderful with hot stone pedicure and manicure I feel quite the Queen for the day. Trish did a wonderful job, and Helen always takes the most wonderful care of my mother-in-law! Come in and enjoy.

Never going back. My nail tech (Krytal was her name I think) she was so rude, She ignored me completely even when I was directly asking her a question. Tried to do rainbow tips and they wanted to charge me almost $100.. for a full set.. the nail tech was even laughing at my friends nail color she got. And my nails look bad honestly

I’ve been here 3 times and really wanted to give them a chance since they’re so close to my work but I’m very disappointed in the work. They push HARD on the upgraded service and it’s just so uncomfortable.

I went for a pedicure & powder dip manicure. They are so friendly, worked very efficiently, but did not let their quick work impact their quality. My nails are perfect. They were very detail oriented. I will be back for sure. Worth every penny.

Over priced like really $55 for full set. I get it business are trying to come back from the pandemic. But charging people for higher prices or adding your own prices is not okay and that is definitely how you lose customers quick. My sister got her nails done and the experience was horrible. I will definitely take my business somewhere else. The owner kept talking in Chinese to her worker none stop like she didn’t want us to be there. Tj nails charge you $35 to $40. Never coming here.

When I walked in I immediately noticed that the place was super duper clean and it didn’t have that awful funk that most nail spa’s have. The lady that did my pedicure was super nice but clipped my right toe too short that she cut my skin. It hurts so much that even when she put the hot towel I had to tell her to take it off. I now have a band aid over my toe because it’s too delicate that I can’t wear any closed toe shoe or even socks and it was painful while taking a shower. It may have been a mistake on her part but I’m not going back there.

I have gotten my nails done at the same place for 3 years in Lacey but I heard this place was good so I thought I’d try it. I LOVE IT! Great service! Very polite and kind people. Price wasn’t bad either a little more than I normally pay for a full but not bad. My fill was 37$ for a shellac. Will defiantly be coming back.

I came in for a hombre glitter gel full set of nails, four fingers having design on them, just an hour before they were to be closed. My tech Trisha had me more than satisfied with how attentive she was of creating the exact look and style i wanted. I left from there so happy

This is, by far, the very best nail salon Ive been to since moving to Seattle. I am always treated so warmly and theyve been gracious when Ive been a walk in client. Helen is the most amazing nail artist, she spends extra time to mix colors and add glitter or designs to whatever I want. She has done my nails half a dozen times now and even though everyone there is talented, I ask for her especially and so should you!

Went in for a fill and to shorten my nails. I asked the price before I got started and when I was done the price completely changed. I left the salon unhappy with my nails shaped uneven, very inconsistent on the lengths, different color than what I asked for (she insisted it was the correct color), and thin and very thick in places. Very disappointed.

I cannot believe how incredibly over priced this place was. $55 for a pedicure and I think I had a 30 second massage. They are extremely pushy and make you feel uncomfortable trying to up-charge anything they can. You can tell that they’re speaking badly about you once you say no. I will never come back here.

Ive come here once before and the service was amazing which is what made me come back but today the service was horrible and I felt like I was being pushed out the door the last half of my appointment.

It’s a very nice and clean salon. They take their time & make sure you leave- loving your nails. I have been coming to this place a few times already and it’s convenient as it’s near my current job.Also, they have many beautiful gel/dip colors (which is what I recently started doing more). Choosing a color is the most difficult decision at this salon- as they have so many different shades to choose from (but it’s always a good thing)!Definitely recommend this place!

Excellent, friendly service. Very clean & precautions taken to make it a safe place to visit... Masks were worn, temperature checks in place when you walk in, areas were sanitized & you are asked to wash & use hand sanitizer before they service you.

They did ok on my nails, place is clean, but their costumer service is trash.Very unprofessional and rude.Forcing people to get higher price, you can tell it’s all about the money for them.WayToo expensive for the service they offer.It was my birthday and I wanted to treat myself but they ruined it for me. Never going there again, and I don’t recommend.

First time client. Found this shop on facebook and it looked like a great place! Very clean & beautiful. Also from the pictures on the page the work looked also as good, so heck I gave it a try & NEVER AGAIN WILL I RETURN DUE TO THE SERVICE I RECIEVED.Scheduled an appointment with Trisha for 5:30pm for a full set & didnt end up leaving until 9PM!!!!! Way too long for a simple nail DESIGN that was highly overpriced. I only had one accent nail (that not even 24 hours later my accent nail rhinestones are almost completely off) & somehow that got messed up in the process and had to be restarted 🙄😒. Trisha kept getting up to perform other tasks on other clients that were WALK-INS. Highly irritated by the lack of respect on time management of clients. I wouldnt recommend coming unless you plan staying the whole evening.

Cant rave enough about the ambience and friendliness. Got a paraffin pedicure 5 days ago and my feet still feel silky smooth. Only giving them 4 stars because I had to go home and give the outer ball of my feet a bit more attention but certainly nothing a Mr. Pumice cant fix.

The moment I entered I got greeted and they also offer drinks. Got new full sets and the lady that was doing my nails was super nice we chat a little bit and she kept asking me if the shape was okay. I came in an hour before closing and she did good. The place is nice and very welcoming.

I was so excited to come here because the reviews are amazing but I’m so disappointed. I paid $70 and my nails turned out crooked, she didn’t clean up my cuticles, and some of the nails are the wrong size for my fingers! Not to mention they look nothing like the picture which she told me she could do. It was a total rip off.

Visited here for the first time bc I had some time left till I had to pick up my toddler. I’ve been to a lot of salons and I can tell they pay attention to your needs: making sure the trimming wasn’t hurting, color was to my liking and that my nails were completely dry (there are many other higher end salons that don’t). They also offer free drinks - not just water and tea, but soda, champagne and wine, too. All free of charge. I really like the quality of my gel pedicure and regular manicure. All of the ladies there were nice. I have been looking for a new place since I moved down to South Seattle and I may have just found my new place.

My very first visit was amazing.Trisha fixed my nails and did a great job. I came in with a bad gel set from another nail salon and she reshaped and made my nails look amazing. The establishment was very neat, clean, and had a great vibe. Tammy did my boyfriends mani and she did an amazing job! They took their time, and even threw in a little extra. Definitely recommend this place.

I love this place. They give amazing pedicures.I had the organic, while I sip on my Champagne. I also use dips on my hands. They have a huge range of colors. for the first time I was able to have my dip hands and shellac toes be the same color without them trying to create match. You have got to try this place.

Trisha is so meticulous when she does coffin shape nails. I had trouble finding a nail tech for a long time and when I came the nail bar 2 months ago and I havent left. The salon is very clean and the staff are very friendly and professional. Please go see trisha for a full set coffin shape.
