$120 for nails that pop off like press ons. Prices are always random.Definitely not worth it going back to my other shop. Pedicures also terrible.Update: 30th bday and my nails continue to lift on my trip.

I went to get my nails done like 2 weeks ago. The lady that did my nails she had put a lot of super glue on my real nail and the fake nail, so when the Acrylic nail was coming off it was peeling off my real nail with it, so it left me with a half of my real nail. This is very poor value. I’m never coming back again. They did a terrible job. They really messed up my finger nails as you can see.very disappointed..

I’ve been coming to this nail spot going on 4 years.. The service and prices were unmatched in the beginning... After covid the service has been terrible. And prices have went from $85 for a mani and pedi to $120 out of nowhere.. $85 was a little pricey for me seeing how I use to pay $65 max. I will not pay this much just to hate my nails and the service afterwards. NOT WORTH THE STRESS LADIES AND GENTS… DO NOT COME HERE AND EXPECT TO LEAVE HAPPY!

I’ve been here a few times now and every visit is amazing! The employees are very sweet and professional and their work is fantastic. I always get acrylics and every time they are very even and beautifully done. I recommend this place to everyone :)

Within 3 days chipping of shellac. I been going here for a while and they treated me so disrespectfully today due to their nail polish chipping. They stated to me Thursday if it chips again they will fix it for me. They lied. I tip every single time. The manger was really rude to the first Time I come in for a nail fix shes upset for no reason. She starts speaking her language and rudely tells me to sit down. I asked them what happens if it chips again and she said come in within three days and we will fix it for you again. Thats exactly what I did yesterday was Easter so today I call they say come in we can fix it for you then they call me back and say that they dont want to fix it anymore because they already fixed it once. Now they are telling me to take another nail salon because they dont think they can make me happy when in fact TT is somebody that I chose and I always come to and I always tip her and I always treat her kindly I never argue weve never had any miscommunication.Im actually very upset that they are treating me like this. And on top of that they lied that they will fix my nail again

This is by far the WORST nail salon that I have ever been too. I went in today to get a new set and there were so many things wrong with my set. At first, he cut my pinky nails so much shorter than the rest of the nails and after I told him, he replaced the nail and made it MUCH longer than the rest. I asked him multiple times to shorten it and he wouldn’t listen. Each one of my nails was a different length and shape. I went out of the store crying. After going back in and talking with them and asking for a refund and for them to take off my nails, they told me they couldn’t offer me a refund because “the best nail tech in town” did my nails and they “looked fine” when in fact they were crooked. After about 20 minutes of them going back and forth they finally gave me a refund. They were extremely rude and this isn’t the first time this has happened. I have given them three different chances and they mess up each time. I will NEVER step foot into this salon again. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.

I love this place, but yesterday I left with painful bruises on my fingers. The lady polished not only my nails but part of my skin too. I will definitely go back bc I love their work. I just wish they were more careful.

I had a fantastic pedicure service but the shellac nails started to chip off two days after, approximately under a week they have already chipped all the way off. I was extremely unsatisfied.

They do an amazing job but failed to tell me that my nails would cost $140 in until they were done. What if I didnt have that much? They also your my sister in law that gets were going to be $50 but when it went to pay for us they charged me $70 for hers.

I love this shop!!! the men do an amazing job at this shop! Weather Its a crazy design or a simple aumbre they are great!! No t to mention they do it all here aumbre, dips, mani, pedi, Paraffin wax, Shellac and so much more ! I can almost guarantee without a doubt that you will leave here happy and if for some reason you dont like what youve gotten done there there to fix it and make sure that you leave happy!!!

Upon arrival, I was impressed with how quickly I was served, & the fact that they brought me a personal water was a nice touch. However, my pedicure was sub par, no great attention to detail AT ALL. Then moved over to get an acrylic fill... sigh. I can honestly say this was by far the worst nail fill I have ever received. It wasnt properly filed, filled, or anything thats suppose to happen. Already lifting after a day.. And the worst part is they overcharged me. Its a different price per person. Before writing down what the price was ( they give you a slip), they checked with some woman, and whatever she says they then write it down & give to you face down. They charged me $40 for a fill! The said its Covid prices. And when I expressed that I didnt think that was appropriate, they didnt do anything to try an accommodate me. That was the first & last time they will get my business. Worst $75 I ever spent.

So many things went bad, they tried to fix thing but the experience just wasnt good. I wanted to relax after a day of work not leave upset over the work that they did.

Great job and very professional, my time was limited and they got me in and out in an hour and 10 minutes.

Even if you have an appt you should be prepared to wait 30 minutes…. Don’t think ill be back here

Really needed a fill and a pedicure. Work schedule conflicts with a lot of salon hours. Called and was told I could come in, asked of I could also do a Pedicure. They did it all so well. Very clean and kind.

Crystal did my nails tonight. She was very nice and did a great job on my shellac manicure 25$ and my nails looked so clean and sharp. She also gave me a shoulder massage at the same time. The nail shop owner is very customer service friendly.

So I was recommended this place by a coworker of mine. The staff was nice the shop was clean or so I thought. I currently have a small infection in my left thumb from this place. I did not go into the salon with a cut or anything. This is the first time I’ve had a full set of acrylics in years due to my previous job. My best friend and I didn’t receive a manicure initially during our full sets and when she asked for hers they cut her cuticles in multiple places. They rushed her out of her chair and her technicians attitude was get your set get out and I understand due to covid there is no loitering but her nails have already started lifting. We were there less than a week ago. Just another disappointing nail salon. We will not be coming back.

They charged me $60 for a refill and it was not even that good. Nails are thick. Also, they hurt my fingers, now my hands look ugly.

Hey, I went here a few times, the time that I have went here they are very rude towards the AA community! To be correct the owners! They have no respect for us, they keep coming by you to see what you are getting, so that they can start calculating up there total amount of there service. I came to get fills full set and they charge me the same amount every time or go up 5$ I seen them say a 8 year old is charge as a adult because there 30 ponds over average a child’s nails should never be 90$ for a pedi and shellac color ! They are rude and funny.

I had a full set and pedicure and two days later I got a crack in my thumb nail. I came in and they say everything in the book to make it your fault it’s cause they long or your to rough even though they don’t have a clue what I have done. I been sick in bed so I haven’t even done barely anything. I honestly hate places that make you pay more even though you just spent 100$ a few days ago.

Worst customer service. I came in for a fill YESTERDAY and my GEL polish is already peeling off and my nails are different lengths and sizes as well! I mentioned my nails being different sizes when it was fixable and was not listened to. Will not EVER go back, would not recommend. If I could give zero stars I would.

Love this salon! They always do an awesome job! I tried a metallic dip experimenting for an upcoming wedding and I realized it was not what I wanted and they changed it for free. Great customer service! they are busy and loud but arent all places that have a quality service and everybody knows it. If nobody is at the salon your in there might be a good reason for that. Call ahead this place is busy. BTW if u dont call ahead they do everything they can to get you seen and are realistic in their time frames.

Best salon Ive been to in the area. Whether its a manicure or pedicure, its been done well. Their manicures even come with a back rub/massage at the end. Which is fantastic since youve been sitting in the same position for so long at that point. Amazing polish selection, great staff, quality work.

I was looking for somewhere to get my nails done on my lunch break thought I would give them a try. They didnt really speak to me or put any effort into talking to me but did a pretty good job on my nails.

One of the women doing eyebrows took a chunk out of my friend’s eyebrow, she’s getting married in 5 days! My friend refused to pay $15 for it and the manager stepped out to call the POLICE because they told her “it would grow back”. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE IF THEY MESS UP. I’ve recommended them to friends for nails before but I’ve definitely stopped because every time I go in, my nails NEVER last. It’s a bummer and waste of money. My new recommendation, find a higher end place who actually cares.

Technician...which I use lightly, was using the drill to remove the shellac on my toes and burned me 3 times. I suggested that if she doesnt know how to use the tool correctly...she shouldnt use it at all!!!

I wish there was a negative 5stars because that’s exactly how I would rate this shop.This is the worst nail shop I have ever been too.. First off when you call the owner “Lena” picks up the phone & dose not speak a drip of English. It is the worst booking receptionist I have ever in countered in the 12years I have been getting my nails done. Now I spend on the average about 100$ just on my nails alone, I get the jewels and everything, IM EXTRA TO SAY THE LEAST LOL.. I heard about my nail tech through a friend of mine at the bank and she referred me here which I was excited to try. The first round of nails were cute and I had no problems. So since I work with the radio and am a a HUGE social media girl I raved all over Social media about how wonderful this place was. I always get my nails done every 10-12 days (I am extremely serious about my nails) So as I came back for round two I noticed after only 2days 4 of my nails were lifting BAD. So again I called and as usual the owner “Lena” picks up & of course I could not understand anything she says, I called to let them know that my fresh set was lifting BAD and I needed cone in. The owner proceeded to accuse me of being a completely different costumer that apparently did not show up for her appointment and even tho I was telling her politely you have the wrong customer that is not me she HUNG UP IN MY FACE, not once but TWICE. I could not believe how unprofessional and rude this woman was too me, when I just spent all this money again and brought 2 my friends in (who now come with me every time). I received a call about a hour later, from a different employee apologizing, “oh GG I’m so sorry the owner thought you were someone else, that’s why she hung up on you she won’t see people who miss there appointment”. I could not believe she would treat her customers like this, but I tried to give them another chance & went in and he fixed the 4. About 5days later same issue occurred, so I went back in and they told me u should get a new set. So because my tech was “busy”, he asked the owner to soak my nails & take them off. Not only did this woman seem as if it was a inconvenience but while she was taking them off she had the worst attitude and made me feel as if I was doing something wrong, than to make things worse she said and I quote “this is not my job, I’m retired from this”. Now how uncomfortable for the customer right, especially a customer who has spent over 300$ on nails in less than a month and the owner is trying make me feel bad because they can not do nails properly. As he put on the new set I was hopeful this would solve the problem, but 3days go by and not only did 1 lift than 2 than 3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10 now 4-5 days after brand new set another 100$ I’m driving to Rite-Aid to get cheap 3$ nail glue to just get them to stay on long enough until I got there AGAIN (they were SO BAD THEY ALMOST RIPPED OFF MY REAL NAIL MULTIPLE TIMES) I called I made them aware AGAIN, they told me with not a kind manner more of a “this girl again” attitude come tomorrow. I walked in and sat down and the nail tech proceeded to inform me that his owner “Lena” he was just in the phone with told him to explain to me that this was the last time they would fix THERE MISTAKES and after this I could no longer come back to get my nails done. To say I was incredibly shocked on her response is a understatement.How dare a business owner treat me as the customer in this manner, when I have spent SOOO MUCH MONEY & this is not my fault at all. Not to mention once again how incredibly UNPROFESSIONAL WAS THIS “BUSINESS OWNER”. She did not even have the courtesy to speak To me one on one and try make a resolution, I SAW NOW SHE ONLY CARES ABOUT THE MONEY NOT THE Customer SATISFACTION. She made me feel as if it was my fault and used her employee to be her dirty messenger, which is a coward action.BE VERY VERY CAUTIOUS OF THIS NAIL SALON THE NAILS LOOK PRETTY BUT ARE TERRIBLE & YOU WILL WASTE YOUR MONEY & TIME. The only reason I mention this is because I chose them based on the reviews that stated this. I was 100% satisfied and happy with my shellac fill/color change. I went home showered and took a nap. It was when I woke up from my nap that I realized that one of my nails were already peeling off! After googling possibilities of how this could even happen I’m assuming it was because the side of my nail didn’t cure long enough in the UV light. Because I enjoy this salon and they always do a good job I’ll only dock one star off. Times before when I’ve smeared a nail minutes after leaving they’ve been nice about fixing them. But unfortunately I’ll have to go back tomorrow on Sunday when I planned on doing nothing but staying in and binge watching Netflix...

I got my nails done here, then left town for a week and a half for a business trip. 4 days after I gotten them done, one nail had split in half and 2 others had fallen off. The only reason Im not giving this place 1 star because it was clean, and my nails looked great for the 3 days they stayed on.

The lady doing my nails was horrible! As she was filing my nails, she file so hard against the side of my skin that it made two of my fingers bleed. She literally rushed through my nails so she can start on another customer. Bad place!

Charged $30 for a acryllic fill, with regular polish. Made my nails WAY too thick, and wouldnt give me a decent reason why it was so expensive for a fill with regular polish.
