I am absolutely LIVID after coming in today. Last night I called and made an appointment for an acrylic fill and a broken nail fix, she said it would be about $22. Now when I came in today I was half an hour early and patiently waited. Got in the chair, got the polish taken off and after she starts trying to take off the rest of the broken nail tells me its gonna cost $30 because my nails are longer than normal. I wanna know why the lady on the phone doesnt know prices differences and if she did, why didnt she mention it. Then had the nerve to get an attitude with me when I no longer wanted services there.Customer service - HorriblePrices - RidiculousPics below show how I left.

Tip application was great... Friendly ladies.. Unfortunately the worst polish application Ive seen in years...My 11 yr old does a better job... And dont ask for ombre.. They do not understand the meaning..

The accommodated two walk-ins immediately. Friendly staff and nice pedicures. It looks like they also offer body massage. Nice clean place. I brought two kids for pedicures and they treated them well.

Surprised to see a few bad reviews here. My family members and I have only had positive experiences during the past 15+ years as loyal customers for pedicures, manicures, shellac, and acrylic nails. This salon has a great selection of nail colors and knowledgeable staff members with a wide range of specializations and expertise. The prices are very competitive, and the quality of nail services is excellent (if you want to feel especially pampered, the standard pedicure is the way to go!).As with any nail salon, walk-ins are welcome and serviced on a first-come, first-serve basis, so I highly recommend making an appointment a few days in advance if you want a service at a busy time. I can tell you from personal experience that weekends and lunchtime during the work week tend to experience heavy foot traffic.

Nice and clean. Very accommodating. I asked the “man” how long for a pedicure, he said 15-20 minutes and that’s all I waited. While getting my pedicure I asked the gal doing my feet about my nails and what could they do? (I didn’t want to put them in a spot because I knew they were busy) but I really wanted my fingers painted and a manicure. They accommodated me by doing a manicure and shellac. I’m very satisfied with this place. I will go back. Nice people.

I have always had a very relaxing experience at this location. They are busy, but to me that speaks to their abilities. I just took a dear friend here for a girls day. I highly recommend this location to everyone interested in getting their nails done. They do offer waxing services as well, also paraffin wax treatments.

Love this place they were so wonderful and extremely accommodating when I came in with my 7 week only daughter and 3 year old niece. They are sweet and the service is great.

1) It felt as if everyone who worked there was in a rush 2) they get irritated and impatient with kids. 3) the acrylic was put on way to thick and not done properly around cuticles. Sorry yall but not recommended to go in there if you have your children with you and your looking to get good set of nails done.

The tech was unfamiliar with the half moon design I was going for but after I showed her a picture I think she did fantastic. Service was quick and price was competitive

Horrible at acrylics. She rushed, didn’t get the shape right, made the acrylic too thin, and overcharged when gel wasn’t painted good. Most sloppy service I’ve ever gotten at a nail salon will never give my money here ever again. I had to file and reshaped my nails myself because she did so bad.

I love getting my nails done here. The ladies always do a fantastic job and make me feel very relaxed while getting them done. The prices are great as well!!! I come twice a month, and highly recommend to everyone!

HORRIBLE!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!! The service is awful. Went in with with mom to get my nails done. And my mom gave one of the girls a tip. The girl got the tip and said thats it this isnt enough. And threw the money and walked away. They then stopped attending us..... If you want good service dont come here.

My nails are terrible I got bumps and air bubble on them and not only that but I had called and asked them for a regular nail color they said it would be 20 but half way through the service she said I need to charge you she said my total is 25 and that she needs to know how much in tip do I wanna give.. how am I suppose to give you a tip if you haven’t gave me ally full service?? Also at the end I saw three lady’s who were Caucasian paying at they’re end of they’re service so not only do they rip off ppl but they’re racist don’t waste you’re money here go somewhere else if you can!

HORRIBLE NEVER COME HERE. they rush on youre nails and leave air bubbles all over them and they are also crooked. On top of that I had also seen how they were treating certain customers, it seems like they prefer caucasians customers. This is def not a place fo get youre nails done they are rude and do a horrible job on acrylics.

I do like them and the job they do. But getting harder and harder to get an appointment with the gal i,like. Today I tried to get an appointment 3-4 days ahead of time. Could not understand one word the girl one the phone said.

Terrible my nails were uneven and really thick the lady who did my nails was rushing and left polish on my skin and I had acrylic on the outside of my nail on both sides of my fingers that dug into my skin and was painful to get off made me feel unimportant because she had a schedule appointment she needed to attend to so I had to wait after she already started on my nails until after she finished the other ladies nails she should not have started mine knowing she wouldnt have time to finish them i will never go back worse costumer service experience i have had in a long time and she needs to practice putting full set acrylic nails on because shes not very good at it

My go to place. Went in yesterday for a pedi and a fill w. Shellac. I’m usually very ticklish with the massage portion of the pedi but it was actually very relaxing and enjoyable. The guy who did my fill and shellac was AWESOME. (I think he said his name is Ryan i guess he’s usually at Burien) but he did a great job! Very detailed and soo nice! I told him i wanted a design on my ring fingers but was not sure what i wanted so he just surprised me with a cool swirly design with glitter! Super pretty! I will definitely go back to him!

Super rude. Paid no attention to what I said I wanted. Pretty much just went to the beat of thier own drum, then got an attitude when I was picking a color for my nail. I felt completely rushed.

So me and my friend went to get our nails done and I started before my friend and the lady who was doing my nails kept on going on the phone and they were very impatient with me, they kept on pulling my hand and they cut me on my pinky I started 20 minutes before my friend and my friend got done before me and her Nails were way more complicated than me, the pricing was terrible it was $30 for each, and the nail polish doesn’t even go up to my cuticle so the nail polish wasn’t even on all the Way, there’s a hole in my nail from the lady, I would not recommend going to this place if you want to get your acrylics done.

I need a fill and when I got home the nail polish was alrwady peeling off.. Ans three days later my thumb was swollen ans throbbing.... Going to the Dr tomorrow.... Ill never go there again ans it was too Damm expensive.... Ans now Im in pain with maybe an infection.

I had to select Good because the guy that did my pedicure was thorough and did a great job, spending extra time creating my little flowers BUT the gal that was working on my fingernails at the same time was obviously in a hurry to be doing something else. She stood beside me and did a quick nail prep and applied one coat of clear. I asked if I shouldnt have had two coats and was informed with clear they only apply one. I asked for another (same price as color, right) coat which the guy applied since the gal was long gone by now. Less than 24 hours later Im having to go to the store and buy some polish remover and clear nail polish to do it again. The clear must be a gel or top coat or something other than the normal acrylic because its literally peeling off in soft sheets. I called the salon to complain and the woman that answered the phone couldnt comprehend that I live 40 miles away and will not be coming in to show her, when I asked why they dont use regular nail polish she went on about using acetone or something. I wont be back. Wasnt cheap either!

F**king HORRIBLEThis was one of theeeeeeeeeee WORST experiences of my life. Talk about bad customer service we walked in and the woman asked us what we needed done, we told her. Keep in my it was not busy at all tops maybe like three people. She clearly said she was too busy to come back another day.like are you serious dude why would you ask us what we wanted you could have lied and said you were closed please and I mean please dont ever go here, this would be your worst mistake!!!!! Eff to tulip nails!!!

HORRIBLE!! I shouldve read the reviews first! My friend went in for a fill and they did them way too thin & crooked. They took 45 minutes to get the shellac off of my nails and by then my fingers were SOOOO SORE I couldnt even get them filed or painted! They charged me $10 to take the shellac off even though it said $5 on the sign!! They were talking crap about us the entire time too and other customers, my friend speaks their language and responded to them while we were leaving, I think that shocked them. Horrible customer service, horrible reviews, and horrible prices.

I don’t think it’s appropriate to ask for a tip and then state that your tip isn’t enough and ask for more! I thought this was very rude! Won’t be coming back!

Very long wait. Got rushed. My either the acrylic itself or the gel was oozing over my cuticles so when I run my hands through my hair my hair goes in my nails from the top. They’re ugly. Won’t go here again!

Not a wide range of colors. Pricing doesnt make sense. Did a decent job on my nails but the horrible customer service and attitude they give you when you ask them a questions will steer me away for good- will not be coming back to this place because all the ladies here are rude and unfriendly.

I came to Tulips for an acrylic fill and shellac polish. The guy was having problems with the top coat, it was pulling the color off. Within 5 days the top coat was flaking off and the color chipping. The nails were not all the same length and he did not put any glue underneath, nor did he clean the nail underneath. It was the sloppiest nail service I have ever had. Not interested in ever going back.
