These guys rarely answer the phone and don’t show up to appointments, They just left our buyer waiting an hour from home at a house they’re trying to buy and didn’t show up or call. They’ve done this to us several times on flip and rental houses. Pretty miserable business. Give budget a call, they’ll answer the phone and show up every time.

I was very impressed. I called the office and they came out and did an estimate like an hour later. And let me tell you the estimate was WAAAAAAY reasonable. He came out on a Saturday and sprayed our house which I thought was really cool. Overall I am extremely happy with the quality of work, timeliness, etc. I definitely recommend this company to everyone from the bottom of my heart!

They were very extremely friendly and helpful and patientn. And I was glad that I called them dealing with two other pest control companies in the past these guys set my nerves to ease. Because being burnt by the two other pest control company its hard to trust again but these guys are very trustworthy and thats a good feeling to have!

Wouldnt even bother with this company. Made an appointment with us for 9 am. I called them as they hadnt showed at 930 and was told they were just running a few minutes behind and would be here shortly. At 1030 still no one had showed! I called and canceled the service. I will not pay a company with such low standards of customer care/service.

John Jrs crew came to take care of a desert rodent infestation on our property (pack rats, etc.) Their techniques were impressively effective, and the rodents have not returned. The price was very reasonable as well. The best part- the bait they used for the rodents does not harm their predators. So the raptors, king snakes, and bobcats on our property remain safe! Thank you John Jr!

John has been so responsive especially when it has come to bees. He has inspected several houses I was going to purchase as well and feel he is very thorough in his inspections. I would highly recommend him.

John Jr Pest has been doing my property for many years. I have always found them to be reasonable priced and very reliable. They are also quite knowledgeable and when I had an emergency situation, they came same day to help me diagnose and treat.

We have been with this company since before my teenagers were born. Sadly, the quality has gone down dramatically. John jr. is excellent at what he does however the office staff is beyond incompetent. They will continue to call and send you bills for services you have already paid for, and have bank or credit card references as proof to show you paid. This has happened not once, twice but three times, and not only to me but to my best friend who uses them as well. The final straw was when my husband had to take a half of day off of work for a 9 am appointment and the technician didnt get here until 11:30!!! Its very disappointing when you try to give your money to a local business, and they are beyond incompetent.

Respray scheduled just gotta try the phone a few times is all but hopefully they can take care of my termite problem thanks john jr
