At first they did not have a car available. After about 12 minutes I recieved a call from the dispatcher informing me of an available car. They pulled through. The ride was quick and comfortable at 6am. Great prices as well. Uber wanted to overcharge me with a price of $100.17...LES had the accurate price for the fare which was $38.00.I gave a $10 tip.Its time to step away from Uber. They are exploiting patrons and their drivers in the most egregious way.

I was trying to make a pick up appointment knowing how they never have car avaliable, the dispatch tell me to call 15 minutes before, and that exactly what I wanted to avoid, why not send the car at the time I requested. So I explained to him how you know you will have a car. He replied I cant make appointment 😫

This review rating is for the Dispatchers, they are horrible; from the moment they pick up the phone they are horrible, they speak very fast with their heavy accent, they constantly put you on hold as you are speaking with them without saying hold please or hold on; you hear music and realize you have been placed on hold. I had to call back several times to get the information about my ride, i.e. when the driver would be there and the price. Customer Service training is desperately needed for these Dispatchers.As far as the Drivers are concerned I havent had a problem with them and Ive been using this car service here and there for 7 years.

They came really fast when my girl called them to take me to the bronx since she lives Manhattan got home really quick will take this cab again and the people working at the base are very honest and cool people

Great car service in the Lower East Side! Been around for over 30 years and their prices definitely competes with Uber/lyft. This is one of the few car services that work with you when you want to do a round trip for a fraction of the cost. Every time I enter one of their vehicles, it smells sanitized, clean and the drivers are very respectful and calm. They also have drivers with COVID-19 Partitions. There is always a driver in the area near the Base. After hours I like to use their Lower East Side Car Service App on the Apple App Store to see if someone is nearby. Highly recommended Service. Especially for Airport trips. Nothing beats Lower East Side Car Service!

Worst car service ever. Said they accepted credit cards, driver had no idea how to charge cards, he said cash only. When I called the car service operator again to ask how to charge my card, they ignored my phone calls. Had to stop at a bank for cash. Then driver had to stop to pee. Might miss flight. These people suck so much.

They overcharge, they have rude drivers who drive fast and be on their phones while driving.

This is a quiet nugget of gold for us down on the lower east side. Transportation is so difficult to get to. Its a struggle. This service is not only a viable and convenient option it is also fairly priced.

I totally recommend this car service they are great use the app instead of you are having problems it comes quickly also if you are in queens or Brooklyn they get other car services to pick u up download the app in the App Store or play store just type in lower east side car service

They used to be way better but now it takes forever to get a car and even when your downstairs waiting they either dont show up or keep u waiting for 20 minutes .

Lower East Side cara service.After getting into the car the driver started arguing about the price. Even though the different price was said over the phone. After that the driver kicked us out of the car in the middle of nowhere and left. Calling the base was no help as they kept putting us on hold and after calling them back for the fifth or sixth time, they said call back on Monday.We asked for the name of the driver or the car number and that was not given to us either.

THI IS THE WORST CAB SERVICE EVER I DONT RECOMMEND THIS CAR SERVICE.NEVER AGAIN .... I have taken this car service for years but no more. I called they said 6 minutes, my husband was by the elevator and went down immediately, 1 minute the most. No car, they said the driver waited 10 minutes. Not true. They are unreliable and I will not call againI will tell all my friends on The lower not to call them.

Help me with my belongings had great driver

I already have a car service that I use normally and I hate changing to a new one cuz you’ll never know what the service is like. But I was in need of something much cheaper so I tried this place. A trip to LaGuardia airpoirt was $35+trip, about $5 cheaper than most places, good enough for me. They arrived on time which is about as good as it can when it comes to car service. The drive drove too erratic though. He was visibly frustrated when he didn’t know how to use the GPS..speaking of..why use GPS? Knowing how to get to the two airports in nyc are a must if you’re a driver. I was nervous that he would get into an accident or something. I don’t think I’ll risk my life for $5.

Cars are not available when you really need them, they definitely need more drivers!!!
