We chose 1st Choice and we don’t regret it. The crew came on time (I had just woken up). They are customer service oriented and performed an excellent job. What made them more outstanding besides their job performance...they are animal lovers! Our 2 boxers first barked but the crew quickly subdued them.You deserve the 5 stars for performance, friendliness and price!

1st Choice is a first rate company. Just a short while after moving to Tucson, I received a Welcome to the desert scorpion sting. I had just come out of the bath with my 2 year old daughter and sat down on the bed to dry her off. Yep! There was a scorpion on my bed and I sat right down on it. No one got much sleep that night and all I wanted to do was move back to the Bay Area. We called our landlord and he called 1st Choice. That was in 1998. When we bought our home in the Tucson Mountains, the previous owners did not use a service and we encountered a number of scorpions over the days we were moving in. We called First Choice and at that time, the owners came out themselves and kept their promise. The scorpions live outside and away from us. They work with us and we all work to not harm the natural species who lived here first. For example, we know the tarantulas come out to breed in September; so our choice is not to spray around that time. The desert is a delicate, though harsh eco-system and we strive to live in comfort; while not killing everything that moves. They found termite tunnels and taught us to recognize them. It has been 5 or 6 years since they treated our home and we have not seen a tunnel since and the cost was very fair. I am happy I found this page to write a review. The owners were self-starters and very small when they first helped us and now they have successfully grown their Tucson business through excellent customer care and I feel somehow part of that. Just seeing their new truck pull up, professionally painted with their logos etc. tells me, the American ideals of working hard toward a dream with meager beginnings to a thriving business is still possible. These folks have integrity and understand the needs of their customers. They didnt try to wrangle us down into a costly contract like some of their competitors have done and that is why their competitors dont have our business. :)
