My wife and I bought a house back in June. We had these guys come out to do an inspection and tell us what we needed. I decided to go with this company as I had interviewed with this company back when I did pest control. I thought they had integrity but I was wrong.The technician said we needed a pest control plan and a termite treatment. I did not want to do that at first but was talked into it by the person who inspected the property. Was told I would not have the protection of the company if something happened. So my wife and I paid for both services up front, 1year pest and 5 year termite.Recently found a mouse infestation the had been behind the fireplace for a very long time. On inspection found small holes that they were using to get in the house near the fireplace. This mouse infestation had obviously been going on since previous homeowner. Call the company to have a tech come and take care of it and told that it will cost extra for mice. we were never told initially that mice were not part of our pest plan. We paid upfront so we would not have to worry about stuff like this when we need it. Our property sits on an acre surrounded by other houses the same. We have lots of open land and for them to not think mice could be a problem just shows me that they dont properly train their guys. For someone to miss the signs of mice activity who supposedly does this as a professional is beyond me. I would not use them again and suggest you find someone who will actually inspect your home and tell you what you actually need.

Anthony was SO kind, helpful and professional. The estimate I received was beyond reasonable. I was even given a schedule for the next year so theres no work on my part. Josh is a rude unprofessional person. He laugjed at my diabled mother when she told him to no one touched their traps. He laughed at her when she was struggling to speak, he wouldnt let her talk. I asked to speak to the owner which is his father and he said he wouldnt allow us to speak to the owner. I said I could go down to the office and he said he would call the police on me if I came down there. He is very rude. They are unprofessional and I would never recommend this company.

Following my call AZ Pest had a technician scheduled right away to come perform an inspection. Brian De Nomme was assigned to come meet us and he was a great pleasure to work with. He asked great questions, gave great insights, did a thorough inspection, and left me with a plan of action to solve of our issues. I really like this company. I tried one before this (swift pest control) and they were not effective at all. Az pest control has decreased the amount of scorpions that come with living in Sahuarita. They are very quick to answer their phones and will send a tech out within 48 hours which gives me huge peace of mind. I have 2 reptiles and they have never been bothered with their products. I also have a NB baby and they were very diligent with that, asked me to leave the property for a few hours to keep baby safe. I am very happy with their services totally worth the bi monthly fee.

This place is a scam! We signed up for regular service and had our initial service a couple of months ago. When we had our 30 day service last month we found our technician spraying our neighbors front yard and had to bring him over to our house. I called this morning to request service and was told that our technician is on vacation and we have to wait for him to return and call us to get service. Apparently hes the only technician that theyve hired that knows the area I live in. Really?!? Calling Truly Nolen in the morning!

I made a appt. to have my house inspected for termites it was cancelled, the next appt. they made the person was running ahead of schedule called my phone which I dont answer when Im in a clients house I was a few minutes late I called him and he was very rude said I called you didnt answer and Im ahead of schedule he had called his next appt. and left, I was literally at the stop sign looking at him, I called the main office and got no apology for his rude comments or the fact that I had a second appt. with them and was only 4 minutes late and he just left.

From the very first phone call to each of my treatments, the people from Arizona Pest Control have been friendly, informative, and punctual. My home is still in the process of being treated, so have yet to see how well their services have worked, but so far I am very happy with their customer service and professionalism.

Arizona Pest is reliable and effective. Their employees are pleasant to work with and they have always been here on time. There was one month that they came out and sprayed, but for some reason we had 4 scorpion sightings about 3 weeks after that (usually they come spray every other month and we’ve never seen bugs other than this one time). We messaged them about it and they came out and re-sprayed free of charge! We are very happy with this company and would recommend them to anyone!

Termite inspection and Centricon instalation. Several of the Centricon bait stations not installed flush to the ground leaving a tripping hazard. One such improper station, is located one step directly in the normal walkway from the patio to the yard.UP-date 7/21/21: The day after posting my original review, I was contacted by Arizona Pest Control which scheduled an appointment to review my post and take whatever remedial action necessary. Yesterday Mr Jonathan Armendariz, Lead Termite Technician, came to our house and was shown the poor installation of the Centricom bait stations. His eyes rolled over. He got his tools and went to work reinstalling ALL of the bait stations, not just the one that was subject of my review. Mr. Armendariz was most courteous. performed an excellent job of Customer Service and Skill. I am most happy with Arizona Pest Control; the final outcome in getting our pest control needs satisfactorily accomplished.

After the initial evaluation the associate showed me the area of concern and thoroughly explained how they would treat. The associates that performed the treatment was knowledgeable and also shared information. Their annual follow-up has also been good.

I called AZ Pest Control after we were here for a few nights and a scorpion was crawling on our patio. Reached out to them the next day and an estimator came out that afternoon. Set up a first spray time a few days later. As promised more bugs came out in the open because of the material they used around the base of the house. Haven’t seen any bugs since that time and they soon will be back to do their one month follow up.

We have had Arizona Pest Control for about 30 years. They are reliable and very good at what they do. The only thing it seems like every year the rates have been going up slowly. We are on a fixed income and they do not have any senior rates. But with that said they are a very good company .

Read your contract closely the $50.00 off only applies if you keep the service for a year. I found out the hard way that if you cancel within the year they steal the$50.00 out of your account. Bad business if you ask me. Oh and they break things and dont tell you about it.

We called AZ Pest Control after finding scorpions in our home (I was stung). We also had an infestation of crickets, which are scorpion food. AZ Pest Control came quickly, explained their services, and assured us that they used non-toxic ingredients (Im chemically-sensitive). We found a couple of crickets in the days immediately following the first treatment, but none since then. I had no reaction to the spray ingredients, for which Im thankful. You and your team are doing a great job!

The company says they called to make an appointment but didn’t call the right number that we told the office 3 months ago was wrong. We were on emergency leave from Tucson and they showed up. Then we received a bill for that service. When I called and said we were not even notified that they were going to come on that day and how were we to know if they did anything. At that point I said we were not going to pay for a service that was not done. That’s when Josh got irritated with me and stated “just read your contract “. I stated that I wanted my service discontinued. At that point I hung up on a very disrespectful person. That was the second time I’ve had to call them about the same exact situation. This company lost our respect and our business. A concerned customer.

Had my free inspection for termites after a large swarm on my patio. I was extremely upset as I had just decided Mother Nature was very upset with me as I had just had unwelcome visits from bees in a rafter, several of those giant sewer bugs, tons of ants, and a pack rat looking for a nice car to make a nest in. Technician Ray did a thorough inspection for termites, gave me information about the termites and told me exactly what I needed to do. Thankfully no expensive treatment was needed for the termites at this time. He also gave me lots of information and advice about Mrs pack Rat which I think, and hope has passed away or has moved on after my procedures to discourage her. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and helpful and took the time to explain and answer my questions. Also was a very nice, courteous and personable man. Amazing service for a FREE inspection. I will definitely use Arizona Pest Control in the future and have already recommended them to my friends.

I used to have a 5-star review and changed very quickly to 1 star. I have had them since May 2016. Back in September, I found bugs alive and decided I didnt need their services. I called and told them I wouldnt need it right now. I always paid ahead of time (before the service), but they kept sending notices that I owed.I finally paid it because I didnt want to fight after a terse email from them. But the way they treat long-term clients isnt great. They are good if you need a quick fix. But I wouldnt sign up for the long term contracts unless you want an accounting nightmare. Also, they have a nice feature where you get two free resprays per year in your contract. I only took advantage of that one time in the 3+ years I had them. You would think that with all the confusion, they would have just put it in the resprays. Oh well.

The technicians are fantastic and super friendly.The account manager Mr. Edwards attitude was very unprofessional. Left voice-mails and generally sounded irritated when you get back to him. When I told him his attitude was unprofessional and hes losing a customer he didnt respond to the email, he just sent it to collections during a global pandemic. $68 sent to collections during a time of hardship. Honestly shame on Mr. Edwards, a poor level of customer service as it leaves a bad taste in anyones mouth and reflects negatively on the business.A side note AZ Pest also charged my card 2 times without authorization and no auto-pay was set up.

Fast response, good customer service both from the initial appointment to the actual pest control appointment. We have called to say that the wasp nest was missed when spraying, but never received a call back. We will have to wait and see what the 30-day follow up appointment is like before we make out final rating for Arizona Pest Control. Hopefully we can give more than 3 stars. The 2 stars missing is all about the customer service factor and the missing of the wasp nest that was pointed out during the first visit.

We have relied on Arizona Pest Control for several years, especially since we had wood laminate flooring installed throughout our home. Since termites find wood laminate to be mighty tasty, we have recently installed the Sentricon termite system as a proactive measure. In short, we know our home is in great hands with APC -- our past experience with this outstanding company insures that.

I called to get a quote for a one-time service. I have crickets in a crawl space but otherwise handle the spraying of my house myself. A man named Josh answered the phone and said they do not offer one-time service and only do business with clients that need ongoing service. I mentioned my issue and that I didnt need this, but he was very dismissive and said he couldnt help. I was surprised they wouldnt even consider it. I said I guess I would call somewhere else and he literally said best of luck with that.Wow. I was courteous and friendly the whole time and did not believe my inquiry warranted that type of derisive response. Given the amount of money they must pay for all those ads on TV, I must say I was disappointed at their complete lack of interest in obtaining my business. While I understand their strategy is to gain long-term customers, I will not be one of them.
