I have only been to this place four times now but I love them… well I love the work Angie does. She is very nice and takes her time to make sure that you are happy with the services you are paying for. Even when I can’t get exactly what I had wanted going in I have left very happy every time, because she makes do with what she has and can do, perfectly! My ONLY complaint is that I have brought my daughter with me a couple times and both times she has been helped by one of the guys and he’s been rude both times. The first time he was on his phone the entire time and wasn’t paying entirely full attention to what he was doing and didn’t paint my daughters nails in the pattern she had wanted. This last time she wanted gel polish and he used regular and she was going to just be okay with it but then she asked for a flower and when she showed it to him he sighed at her and said his wife would do it. I understand that not everyone wants people coming in with pictures of what they want but that is how a lot of us figure out an idea of what we want. My daughter has been very polite about this but I don’t think she should have to leave unhappy. Thankfully Angie fixed her nails this last time but for future I will persist that me and my daughter ONLY have Angie because she is THE BEST! I highly recommend this place solely because of her! If you decide to come here absolutely request for Angie to do your nails! Hope this is helpful for everyone.

I will never go back. I think they were talking about me in Vietnamese. They guy had a very thick accent and he kept trying to talk to me. All that I wanted was to get my nails done. I did not want to have a conversation with someone. Also, I think that I was overcharged. My nails look great, but customer service is a huge factor in selecting a nail salon.

I have been coming here for a couple years now and I couldnt imagine going anywhere else. Angie and Howie are fast, kind, affordable, and their nails LAST! Definitely recommend.

They didnt clean any chairs from the pedicure station and my manicure only lasted 8 hours before it was chipping at 6 nails. I dont recommend this place completely unsanitary especially during a pandemic that we are going through I couldnt believe it!!!!

I went in excited to get my nails done and I get in there the guy was rude basically told me he did not know how to do nails at all, he wasn’t trying to work with me, he was just rude, pushy and didn’t even make my experience a good experience. I literally wanted to walk out in the middle of my pedicure,Never will I ever go there again if I could write no stars it would be no stars I recommend no one ever come to this place ever!!! I should have to pay for something that looks awful none of my tips were even they was nail polish all over my toes

Nail Rap 3 gets an A+ for excellence. Angie, and Howie excel in the time they take to care for each client who walks into Nails Rap 3.They also excell in how they time to get to know their clients.They create beautiful acrylics, and have an excellent variety of beautiful colors, and I personally love the gels that have matching toe nail colors too! Pedicures are amazing while you relax back in your very own massage recliner! They are very clean, take time to help you find what you are looking for. The prices are very great too! Came in for a pedicure, women was friendly when I walked in but they only had two people working. My technician didnt really say anything to me and the water was a little cold but my nails look good. Prices are great.

Called first thing in the morning and managed to get a spot right away.Had to wait 10 minutes for Angie to get there but her work on my nails made up for it. Did an AMAZING job.Ive never had someone be so precise when shaping my nails, i get the ballerina/coffin shape.Ill be back!

Clean salon and friendly staff. I started going a year ago and I will never go anywhere else. Ive been to two other salons and this one is by far the best. The prices are on point with the other salons in town. Ive had pedicures, full acrylic sets and pink and white sets. Theyre always on time and always do a great job. I love this place.

One of my friends recommended me to Hauwie as she’s been going to him for years. Her nails always look beautiful. I called to make an appointment for a Friday at 10am. I arrived at 955. He didn’t show up until 1020 and seemed to not even care. He did do a great job on my acrylic set, but the customer service sucked. He was on his cell phone when I was trying to pay and tip him and he didn’t even say thank you. I went again last night for a fill and a pedicure. He again was on his phone most of the appointment and my gel wasn’t even fully dry when we finished. It was still sticky this morning and a piece chipped off while I was washing my hair in the shower, not even 24 hours later. The pedicure only lasted for about 15 minutes and when I go elsewhere they’re usually 30-45 mins. The prices are great, but this salon is SERIOUSLY lacking any kind of customer service skills. I gave him a second try, but I definitely will not be back.

Love this place, it’s super affordable, everyone is sooo nice and most importantly they do such a good job! Especially love it when Angie does my nails. My go to place to get my nails done in Tucson.

Not the biggest fan. The people were nice and got me, my aunt, and 4 year old for a pedicure. However... their work was not the best. Paid no attention to my heels and they are the same state as I went in. The polish I could have done myself. I do appreciate their patience with my 4 year old.... as she isnt the easiest pedicure customer, but i probably wont be going back.

Very good. I got my eyebrows waxed on a Sunday and didnt have to wait that long. Price was $10 + tip. Same as most places. Its always iffy when you get eyebrows waxed some place new but she did a good job
