I scheduled a gel manicure for my teenaged daughter. When we arrived, no one asked either of us what shape or length she wanted, just ordered her to pick out a color. She had told them she wanted medium length coffin shaped gel nails with white paint. But no one listened: since shes a child they just assumed she was scheduled for a childrens manicure... They cut and filed her nails down extremely short and painted them sloppily. By the time she realized that they werent doing anything close to what she had asked for, she felt too uncomfortable asking them to change an entire hand. So she just went along with it and is pretty upset now that her nails are as short as they can possibly be, and it just looks like she colored with White Out on her fingers. We are here on a getaway trip and it has ruined her entire trip so far. We are planning on getting them fixed when we get home this weekend. This was beyond disappointing. A complete and total waste of $30. The communication needs to be better as to what the client is actually asking for.

Today I went for a fill. I requested to have all my nails off due to them being painful even though I only scheduled a fill. The gentleman was more than willing to accommodate me then he made sure I was happy with my shape length and color. I will be coming back. Thank you!

Very rude didn’t do what I asked for . My nails looked nothing like I showed them . My nails are very thin . All of the Rhinestones are crooked. They also didn’t shape them right ! I will definitely not be coming back here ! Very disappointed with the results! I definitely did not get what I paid for !

My daughter wanted Nikki to do her nails because she had had bad experiences with getting acrylics in the past. We made an appointment and Nikki was only able to accommodate part of her design because of a time crunch. We decided wed just make an appointment to come back to have it finished. As it just so happened we were still there getting pedicures (my other daughter and I). We werent done yet and when Nikki got done with her next appointment, she finished the design on my daughters nails. She was so happy! They look fantastic. She loved the care and treatment she got from Nikki. My other daughter and I had amazing pedicures. The place is clean, comfortable, and very professional. We highly recommend TN Nails.

Very happy with my gel manicure! Salon is SUPER clean & bright! After moving here from NY, I’ve had a hard time finding a nail salon until TN Nails. Made an appointment online, text confirmation, started as soon as I got there. Masks are required, plexiglass glass barriers at tables and required to wash hands upon entry, appreciate their attention to safety. Highly recommend.

I love this nail salon!!! Everyone is fabulous. I usually have Nikki do my nails and she is so attentive and professional. It is usually busy and I would highly recommend calling for an appointment to avoid a wait. I promise scheduling an appointment will be worth it! If you want a place to just walk into and get seen because they dont have any repeat clientel then this is not the place for you.

Needed a pedicure so I went here to give it a try. They did not acknowledge me when I entered until minutes later after I sat down. It didnt seem like they were happy to see any customers. The office was really hot everyone was sweating and it was like 110 outside. They finally turned on the a/c. I sat in a chair with no foot water for 20 minutes before someone came and provided my pedicure quickly and with plain water. Over all I would not recommend this place.

I made an appointment for a gel manicure and a normal pedicure, they did really well. I had two great techs doing my services at the same time which was very time efficient. the only thing keeping me back from 5 stars is they dont have a menu poster showing their prices and services for guests. There was also some miscommunication with my pedicure, I accidentally received a gel pedicure which I didnt mind but I thought I communicated well enough that I wanted normal polish. I also had to wait for a little bit to be seated and to get started. All in all, im satisfied and would love to come back.

I’m sorry but I will never go in there again. For $25 and I gave a tip it is not worth it to get a fill. My nails are not smooth there are divots in the The acrylic. The nail polish has no shine to it. The person didn’t check the length to see if all my nails matched some of the nails are shaped a little different than others. The place I go to is closed right now and I should’ve just waited. I will have to get these redone. I’m glad I did not opt to have any other services down there.

I don’t know how to post a photo but I got a matte lavender grey color on my acrylics and it looks SOO pretty. Nikki was the lady that shaped and painted my nails and she is doing gods work!!! Such a nice lady and such a clean and efficient place. Great prices too!

My hands and feet were in definite need of some pampering and TN nails definitely did the trick!This place is grand opening (I think around over 2months), so clean, nicely organized with huge gel color collection.The business owner and the workers are professional and so friendly. The chairs are really luxe and fancy looking.Nhu did my nails, she was very sweet, took her time and made me comfortable the whole time.Overall, this place is the best I came so far. This place was so nice! Staff greeted me nicely and checked me in quickly. Cindy was such a sweetheart and did my nails beautifully. She paid attention to detail and took the extra time to shape up and file my nails. I will definitely be back! Highly recommended.

My Girlfriend insisted I try this place, she has been a long time customer, to have my feet taken care of. I was reluctant at first, Im a busy single dad and dont take time to pamper myself. The staff were great, super friendly, and professional. They really worked my feet over, and let me tell you, I more than got my moneys worth with how they shaved down decades of dead skin and cleaned my toes and nails up. I have been back several times since, and even when I had cracked my heal they took extra care around there to make sure it didnt hurt and that that wouldnt happen again. I cannot help but recommend this place. They can be busy at times but still make each client feel important.

This place is great! By far, this is the best mani pedi I’ve ever had. They are very kind and patient. It’s a beautiful new salon with tons of colors and a great selection. I took my daughters and we all got mani pedis. They take pride in their work and it shows. I will definitely go back.For COVID, they are taking important precautions that I appreciate. They have all customers wear masks and wash their hands when they enter. They also have plexiglass between you and them for the manicure stations.

Overpriced for what you get. Just sent my wife there 4 days after having a baby with my mother to accompany her. For a very mediocre and half-hearted massage( no real pressure) and a simple red colored gel set of toe nails, my wife was charged 41 dollars and my mom was charged 49$. No explanation was given for the discrepancy.

This is a new salon, I noticed the grand opening sign when I was driving by on Thornydale. I decided to give them a try for a new nail dip. The interior was new and fresh, I felt comfortable and the owners were very friendly. They had a wide selection of colors, I went with a hot pink color and it turned out great. I will visit again.

I drive over 45 minutes to come to this salon. Wonderful, new, and clean! They are very kind and do great work. Just let them know what you want and they will do their very best.

Took my 10 year old granddaughter here after looking for someplace that was closer to where she lives, and I was not disappointed. I got a VIP pedicure and a full set and she got a childs mani/pedi, and they treated us both very well. Didnt try to upsell on anything. Everyone took their time with the services and didnt rush anything. This place is great!!!

Got a great pedicure this afternoon. Everything was very clean and they require hand washing upon entering and masks. Theres also plexiglass dividers at the manicure stations. My technician was so sweet and gave me an excellent foot massage as well! Great price too, paid $25 for a pedicure with their 10% grand opening discount.

My last manicure and pedicure was in February so this recent visit to TN Nails was much needed! I’m glad I found this brand new nail salon conveniently location on Thornydale Rd. close to Costco in Marana! The salon is new and spotless (literally saw the owner cleaning the entire time I was there even though it already looked clean and I was the only patron at the time) and COVID precautions are taken (masks required, mandatory hand washing right as you walk in, etc). The nail techs are friendly and super sweet. I had a wonderful dip manicure and spa pedicure! Prices are reasonable and they actually offered 10% for the grand opening. I’m not sure how long that will last but definitely take advantage of it now! I highly recommend TN Nails!
