This place is so amazing! Very very professional and takes time to make your nails perfect! HIGHLY suggest: it took me many many nail salons to finally find my place!!!

The most expensive fill I’ve ever gotten, very bumpy and also had bubbles in the gel. I just got them done and I have to go tomorrow to get them fixed at KT nails or anywhere else. The ugliest nails I’ve ever had done honestly, I showed her a design which she agreed she could replicate and they look nothing like that. I’m so disappointed

All I’m gonna say is that i did not like these nails. They were nice and professional though.

The last time I visited this location, was a very long time ago and it was a different owner than today. This owner seems to keep the place very clean. Everyone is very friendly. John has done my nails twice this month and I am satisfied with his work.

Went to this salon today and we had gift cards. We asked if they accepted them and they said no. We started walking out and the lady came running out the door and they said yes we do take the gift card. We stayed and when we were done they ran the cards and said they had no balance. The guy went back to working on someone’s nails. We called the number on the card and yes, there was a balance of $50 dollars per card. We ended up having to pay for the fees without them using our gift cards which we were there in the first place for. What a set up!!! They knew what they were doing and didn’t want to lose our business, so they lied and they got there money!!! We will never go here again!What horrible customer service😡

I had acrylics put on and they were absolutely awful. My left hand was fine but my right hand which the tech did second was completely misshapen. Even asking the tech to fix it he barely touched the areas I pointed out before charging me $50. I thought about going back to have them fix it but didn’t want a repeat of the same thing so I went to a salon recommended by some coworkers and even those techs were appalled by the state of my nails. Used to go here all the time in high school but absolutely will not go back!!!

They are friendly and aim to please. And not overly expensive. I love that its close to my home. They do rush a little on doing my nails and left some of the edges rough, but I will continue to go back.

They don’t take pride in their and just do what they want not what you ask. I asked for round natural nails and got very sharp square nails. Asked the nail tech to fix it twice just to have her buff it again and not change the shape. Waste of money.

My mom and I went in the day before mothers day as a gift to her, and it was the best nail experience Ive ever had! Super friendly staff, very comfortable environment, and GREAT WORK. I wont go anywhere else from now on.

I just had an amazing pedicure. He spent so much time massaging my feet and legs. I really needed and appreciate it. I was getting a basic pedicure but I felt like they treated me like I was getting the most expensive delux pedicure. I will return.

Ive been coming here for years and have always enjoyed their Manis and Pedis along with their customer service. After reading the recent reviews I contemplated going somewhere else, but decided not to and Im so happy I didnt. My experience was the same as before ... A good one :)

Got a full set for 35$ with gel had bubbles in the nail polish and one nail fell off 3 days latter. Went to have it “fixed”and the new nail they put on was so thin in snapped in half the next day. And they charged me 30$ for a fill. My nails are simple one color almond shape nothing extravagant. Don’t go here find some where better I tried to give them benefit of the doubt but I feel ripped off.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Wouldn’t even give 1 star. When most of our group was out the door another customer said, “thank god they’re leaving, I thought they would never leave.” And the woman in blue flower at the first station on the left agreed with her and saying, “I know” among other things. My mother in law took her 3 granddaughters(all over 6)and 2 nephews(over 4) here with 2 other adults to help supervise the kids. They were not running around around breaking things, screaming, etc. yes kids can get loud when they laugh and such. they were watching each other and talking and laughing getting pedicures. This is their customer service after spending over $100 here?!?

My nails were uneven, they didnt give me the style I asked for i said hi to one lady ( the lady with the short haircut) and she looked at me like I was trash. I told the guy they were way too long and he barely cut them down.My cuticles looked like they had been through a shredder and when I got home my nails were hurting so much I was in tears. I couldnt sleep I was in so much pain.2 days after I got them done with acrylic they started peeling at the base. I just went in to get them fixed. The lady charged me to get them but shorter which was what I asked for when I first got them done. Then I had her fix my nail beds where the acrylic was peeling. She did 3 nails.. started on one of the nails the stopped( like I wasnt going to notice that she had demolished one of the nails and didnt fix it.) Then I asked her about that nail and she said why dont you just get a fill? Im told her Im fine getting a full. But I just had these done here and this happened 2 days after I left here. She started getting an attitude and they started talking in their language. I will NEVER go back there and I urge others to avoid it as well.

Great people, lovely atmosphere, good prices

An aweful experience. She couldnt communicate with me. She insisted that I keep my birkenstock sandals on and had me scoot my toes way up. Low and behold that resulted in red nail polish all over my cream sandals as soon as I took my first step. By the time I got to the car, 8 out of 10 toes were messed up, I went back in to ask them to fix them and in a huff they did, waited for 20 minutes for them to dry and still had a big toe messed up. Very rude overall, I will never go again.

Nail tech was anti-social. I got a gel refill and they lifted within a week. She did not shape them the way I liked, the nails were thick and had bubbles. When I called back to explain how I felt about my nails they hung up on me. I will not be going back.

I just called to make an appointment and the 1st person doesnt understand English so she put another woman on the phone. This woman was rude as heck!! I guess the other reviews were right!! Why do people come from another country and then are rude to the Americans here? What makes you think youre better than us?! I didnt treat you that way!! Dont even go here if youre in a hurry. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!
