I came in for dip powder and a pedicure. I was there for 2 hours and 40 minutes. My dip powder is lumpy, some areas dont have the activator on it so they look grainy, and the dip doesnt cover the entire finger nail. I showed told him and showed him and area that did not have top coat.. He redid the top coat on one finger but acted like the lumps were fine. He finished an hour before they closed and just said it was fine. I am so upset, they look absolutely terrible!

I called before they opened and ten min later he called back. I was so happy. Friendly quick and good job

We’ve been going to this nail salon for many years. The staff is always friendly, kind and professional. We’re all on a first name basis. I’ve tried several other places, and I always end up returning to this salon. I think the world of this place.

I’m so glad I chose this place! My husband and I stopped in on a whim and we both had a great experience. Cindy was my nail tech and she is so thorough! Best mani and pedi I’ve had since I can remember. She is the best. My husband loved his pedicure. All he cares about is the foot and calf massage and they were so great. I will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

Went in on the last minute decision without an appointment. They got me in but definitely not the best job Ive ever had. The pedicure was fine and she did a good job. But the second lady who did my nails didnt listen to at all what I asked for and the design was not at all what the design on the mannequin was.

They have proved themselves right out of my price range. $ 30 for pedicure. The polish job was thick and ugly. The owners wife still does the best job ever when doing nails. I will only use her now.

I am sitting here tonight in so much pain from all my cuts from my nail tech. She was so rough, she shouldn’t be allow to have a file in her hands. I thought I only had two cuts which she did put antiseptic on. Now almost every nail is red or cut from the abuse. My normal place was booked so I went here! Never again! Sooooo sad because my nails actually came out decent!🤨

Had a VERY good pedicure by one of the staff members ( all the staff there is VERY friendly except for the owner) she came in after the other lady finished my pedicure, she was late, she didn’t even say hi, and was rubbing her nose with her hands, didn’t even put hand sanitizer just grabbed my hands and burped in my face (should’ve just walk away right there but had a good pedicure so decided to give it a shot). 1st picture is what I asked for, 2nd what I got...

I went to get acrylics and boy they made me walk out looking crusty. horrible job on the shaping and horrible job on designing.

I love this little shop. Its always clean, Ive never gotten a nail fungus, they do excellent work at a fair price. Highly recommend.

I have been here a couple time and yesterday was one of the worst. Started off with a pedicure and I asked him to clean out under my nail on both big toes, he proceeded to cut the skin on the side and then pulled the skin out.. umm that freaking hurt. Of course it started to bleed And he kept grabbing my toe in that area when painting it. On the manicure, I decided to try the dip. He cut my nails down really short and there was no shape to the nail after the dipping process. I have the dip stuff on the side of that nail and my skin was stuck to the nails. No manicure was even done. Did not soak my fingers, did not clean my cuticles and no lotion on the hands and payment was 40 each. I will be going someone else today or remove these myself!! Like I said I have been there before with no issues, but I will never go back!!!

Very clean! They use plastic liners in their foot spa. So after each client, they dispose of the liner AND clean the foot spa.

Less than impressed.....went in for a full set.....very simple design.....looks like someone barely in beauty school did my nails. Actual acrylic looks like a hack job and the design on the index finger looks like a 5 year old drew it.If it wouldnt have been for the fact that I had somewhere to be I would have asked them to take it off and and just paint them all one color. At least it wouldnt look half as bad.....

First time going there and the lady did a horrible job on my gel manicure. There was polish all over my skin and cuticles and she did not want to clean it off. After continuously telling her that there was polish stuck to my skin she halfway attempted to clean it off and made my cuticle bleed in the process. After halfway cleaning the polish off she told me my skin was just dry, which was not true, and to put some lotion on. I’m only giving 2 stars because the other lady who did my pedicure did an amazing job but because of the lady in the front I will never go back to this place again.

This place is great!! The staff is amazing!! I needed a nail salon to go to with my bridesmaids before my wedding and decided to try this place because it was one of few salons open on New Years Day. I was able to make an appointment ahead of time - it is the only nail salon that Ive been to where the owner actually called me the day before to confirm my appointment. Not only that, but they had more people working than they had originally planned to accommodate the size of my bridal party - simply amazing! They were able to get all of us done (9 of us) in a very reasonable amount of time! To top it off, they gave almost everyone some sort of discount! Needless to say, this is the only nail place I have ever been to since then (January) and I continue to leave happy every time.

I enjoy getting a clean up on my hands every once in awhile. This establishment has nail tech that know exactly their craft. Pricing for pedi/manis, range from $14 - $45. An array of nail colors to choose from, and professionally done. Not to mention the relaxing rub down.

They have been my nail salon going on 5 years. That says it all super business.

If I could give negative numbers I would. My fingers were raw for over a week. I have nerve damage from a birth injury and I could feel how are my fingers were. They were also,laughing at me bc my injured hand wouldnt sit in the nail dryer right. Ill never go back. Sometimes cheap is not the way to go. And the fill was not good at all.

Place is amazing. First place i checked out since Ive moved to tucson and the service is great! Got a Pedicure with french tips was only $27 and their massage chairs were out of this world! Definately my place of choice and where I will be going for all future nail services!

If i could give zero stars i would, worst nail place ever. They are not up front about there prices and misleading, one nail tech says one price and another tech says a higher price later when your ready to pay. They are rough and make you bleed and dont do anytging to stop the bleeding they just continue to do your nails and contaminate there tools. I will never be returning here again! Update to my post i have infection from getting my nails done with there dirty tools, they do not properly sanitize.
