First time here. Unfortunately brought my sister. Came for the higher reviews, but both my sister and I are not satisfied. I asked for rounded acrylics, and these look far from natural or like any of the photos others have posted here. They are not evenly rounded and are very bumpy along the surface and not smooth. My sister asked for acrylic tips on her pedicure and the tech told her she wouldnt be able to do what she asked (that it was only for hands). Disappointing and will be trying a different salon next time.

They do such a great job on my nails every time. Its been a week and they still look this good

Very professional and friendly! You get greeted the minute you walk in. The employees are very attentive and always asking if your comfortable. The employees interact with all the consumers! It was a very pleasant experience and I will be heading back!

This was the best manicure of my life. Excellent attention to detail and took their time making sure my feet were extra soft. I looked at several places in town so glad I ended up here.

This was my first and last time coming to this establishment. I was referred here by a friend and I’m highly disappointed. I went in for a pedicure with gel polish. The polish that was used was in a Gel Polish container but it was runny as if were regular polish that had been bought from Dollar Tree. The nail tech had to re polish my toes twice because the “gel polish” kept running. I’ll never patronize this establishment at all. My toes look like they were done with cheap polish and no shine at all. Too you can see my toe nails under the polish. Definitely not gel!!!

I absolutely love how beautiful my nails are from this visit. They really do a great job, unfortunately I had to give this place 2 stars because it seems a bit unsanitary and dirty. The screen that was between my nail tech and I was full of dust and was thick enough that somone had used their finger to draw pictures on it. My nail tech seemed nice but she sat there with her headphones in listening to music and didnt say much to me. Normally when Iget my nails done my regular tech is talkative and friendly. The only reason I came to this place was because my nail tech was off and my regular place was booked for the day. Again my nail tech did a phenomenal job but this place needs some improvement when it comes tp cleanliness and making their customers feel welcome.

I recently moved to Tucson and needed a nail shop to call home. This is not it. They were friendly enough when I called to make the appointment. I arrived a few minutes early and was seated promptly in a pedi chair. I didnt see nor was I offered the massage option for the chair. No biggie. Pedi goes fine. When I came in I had very long almond shape nails. I told her I wanted them cut down but maintain the almond shape. The shape I got is not almond, in fact she made the effort to file flat the very top. They are not uniform either. Where she lost me as a customer is she filed my real nail underneath away. I told her not to by the second nail and she just laughed. I explained that I normally do dip with no tip and had been growing my real nails so that I could have the tip removed. Maybe had she been listening to my requests instead of watching videos on the lady next to hers phone this would have gone better. I wont be back.

This is my 2nd time coming here got pedicure and fills on nails and my daughter got manicure with gel nail polish. I felt pricing was good... nice little spot. My tech did great job on my nails. Prices are listed to the right when you walk in and they will tell you how much it cost. So even though these reviews claim sticker shock. I definitely didnt feel that with our experience.

First off, I walked in and they were all with clients, which is completely fine. They asked what I wanted, and I said a full set of acrylics. One of the ladies tells me to sit at a desk, so I go and sit. I look at color options while she is finishing the pedicure. She finishes painting the other ladys toes, and the nail tech comes to me and doesnt wash her hands or even use sanitizer between doing her pedicure or my nails, which is completely unsanitary and against the law. I put my hands down on the table, and there was dust and debris from previous clients. She starts doing my nails, and the woman she was giving a pedicure to wants to leave, so my nail tech goes and helps the woman put her shoes on, get out of the chair, and pay, and still doesnt wash her hands before coming back to do my nails after touching her feet and shoes. When she was shaping my acrylics, she used an already used file on me, which is against Arizona State Board of Cosmetology laws. Files are a one time use implement, and should be disposed of after each use. She also didnt clean up my cuticles at all. Overall, I am pretty pleased with the acrylics themselves. They have a nice shape, and are pretty smooth, however, there is acrylic underneath the nail, which is annoying. On my left hand, the middle finger is significatly shorter than my other nails, and not proportionate (first pic shows that). Also, the paint job isnt the best. She did miss the sides of the nail quite a bit. My biggest complaint though, is the lack of sanitation, which I previously mentioned.

My best friend and I went and got 2 full acrylic sets. Paid over $80 the first time and $90 the 2nd time. This was our 2nd time there, and we liked the quality our 1st visit. One of my nails flipped off 2 weeks later only to notice fungus, in which I removed all my nails. Then my best friend removed one of her nails because she was concerned and noticed a greenish color towards the bottom of her nail bed, only to have fungus on 3 different nails. She also knows when we were at the location doing our nails, that she went to go wash her hands and 1 of her nails lifted and the nail tech instead of removing the nail just put SUPER GLUE on under nail. That nail tech sat at the 1st nail table on the left hand side. I did contact the Arizona State Board of Cosmotology as this is VERY UNSANITARY. If my nail would have never flipped off I would have NEVER known about the fungus.

The best mani-pedi Ive ever had.

They did a horrible job, do what the want, and when you ask them to fix it they do a horrible job. Never going there again my nails are bumpy. Because i asked her to fix my nails she claims I already made trouble.

Went to get a pedicure and she grated my heel until it bled. She said sorry, but really couldnt finish the full spa pedicure and charged me for it. When I asked for neosporin, she brought me alcohol wipes and benadryl. Wont be back!

They don’t tell you pricing upfront . They try to do the nails before telling you the price that way you Have to pay since they already did them. Other then that extremely rude. Don’t come here if you don’t want to waste your money

My daughter and i stumbled on to topline yesterday and were very pleased, the atmosphere was very pleasant and friendly we were made to feel very welcome. I got a full set of nails and am in love Q did a fantastic job they look great. My daughter got a fill and was very happy will most definitely be back.

They did a great job on my pedicure and fill. I was a little confused about the pricing.. I have had my nails done at several places but have never been charged so much for gel polish.. I got the $25 pedicure & was charged $15 for gel. Then my fill apparently was $18 and they charged me another $15 for the gel on my fingernails..I spent almost as much on gel polish as I did for the services I requested.. had I known the gel would cost so much - I probably would have just gotten regular polish.. The total they charged me was $73 and I left a $15 tip..

I was really disappointed with my full acrylic set. Firstly, I wasnt told that the price of my set would increase if I wanted a specific shape until after they had been shaped. I also asked the nail technician to make the acrylic on the thinner side and they turned out bulbous and outright gross looking. I ended up removing the acrylics the same day as I absolutely hated the way they looked. Really poor work and a total waste of money.

Just concerned about how much my sister and I was charged and how they look after . We got two acrylic full sets with matte color my sister got solid color and almond shape I got square with a matte color . We sat there for two hours and we both got eyebrows done as well we paid 63 dollars each for eyebrows and acrylic sets seems very pricey to me and the next day they look terrible lumpy some are different lengths too would like to get some money back but won’t happen

I visited the shop on Saturday 6/8/2019, along with my sister in law .My tech was unprofessional in her service.I had a manicure and pedicure.The tech decided to paint my toes with a glittering polish, instead of the color that I had chosen. Over all the job was poor.I did not like it. So, she had a different male tech remove it.While giving me my pedicure, she taunted me about getting my facial hair removed.Afterwards, she told me that now I look like a girl . She contantly spoke in her native language while we in a private room. We were the only two people in the room . She was cracking jokes. Just rude.Her face dropped, when she saw that I was not leaving her a tip.I could not in good conscience leave her a tip after being treated so poorly and unprofessionally.

She rushed through my nails I told her I didnt like the color She said we wait until it dries I didnt get a Chance to tell her to change the color because she switched out with another guy to finish my painting this awful Camillion color and looked nothing like the picture then when I went back to tell her I wanted the color changed she missed parts of my nails she had to go back and file my nails because she did a horrible job I will not go back there.

This is my favorite nail salon. Tran and Q are really great. I go here for the Dip nails. Its like a cross between gel and acrylic and the color goes all the way through.

Went in for a fill, took 2 hours! Was charged extra for cutting down my nails (this is the first place Ive ever been to that charges for that). So from $15 up to $20 already. Then I had 3 of them tell me I needed to take my acrylics off and completely restart (just to charge me more since I just had them restarted last month). Nail lengths dont match at all and they are all cut slanted. Paint is all bubbly. They dont even have properly working equipment, she was taking cotton and sticking it on the dremel tool so that the sandpaper would stay on. Will never be going there again. Should have listened to the review before mine.Update 2 weeks later and my acrylics are all chipping off. Not the paint, the actual acrylics. Gonna have to take them all off and restart thank to this place screwing them up so badly.

I went in to get a nail fill and gel on top. I was there for two hours! My nails have bumps in it, my gel polish wasnt even to the end of my nail! It looks like I need a nail fill again. They were not friendly. This is honestly the worst nail place I have been to and do not recommend it. Save your money and spend it at a better place.

I recently heard that Topline Nails was under new management and decided to give it a try -- I was very impressed! The staff was very friendly and helpful! My technician helped me to pick out a good color for my nails and did the cutest flower! The foot massage was the best part! I also made my husband and son get a pedicure and my son couldnt stop raving about his feet afterwards! Well definitely be back!

I like the fact that they use the plastic to cover up bowl for your feet. The lady who did my nails was nice but how many times do I have to tell you I dont need gel polish? Also, I asked how much it would be for my daughter to have a gel mani and pedi (she is 10) was told 40. Guess he did not understand what I was asking because it was 60 for both. The gel barely lasted a week for her. Such a waste of money. Then they charge you to use your card. Closest place to me but I will not be going back.

Alright, the hubby and I went here for pedicures and they did an awesome job. We went as walk-ins and had to wait about 10 mins but no biggie. They let us just chill in our chairs while they finished up other customers so we were there for about an hour or so total. The guy who did my pedi and the girl who did the hubbys were both friendly and really took their time as they worked on us. Their prices, in my opinion were about the going rate. $35 for a deluxe pedi, $25 for a regular and $45 for an organic pedi. Hubby said well be going back and I agree.

Worst place ever. I had to walk out never got my nails done. I waited almost 20 minutes and two little girls walked in and they helped them right away just cause they only wanted color put on there nails. DONT waste your time waiting in this salon. I dont even want to give one star. So disappointed was looking forward for a salon open on Sunday.

I have been coming here for almost 2.5 years now. Topline Nails is located real close to my house, at the shopping plaza on Broadway and Pantano. Its a family owned salon. Kieu and her sister do a great job ! They use only high quality products by DND, CND, Gelivia and OPI. I love their selection of colors and designs. They do acrylic nails, dipping powder manicures, and gel pedicures. A lot of people come here to get their eyebrows waxed, as well. I definitely recommend. Good prices, too !
