First time here and I went in for a fill. I have been doing my nails for years and had never gotten fungus and once I went to this salon I did 🤢 Not to mention that they struggled with the design I wanted and instead of telling me they couldn’t do it, they did it their own way and they didn’t come out the best.

Do not go to this place to get your nails done and especially your eyebrows. I grew out my eyebrows for like 2 months because I wanted my eyebrows to be more full. Since I have very full eyebrows when they are completely outgrown it was no problem I just needed a little off the bottom, no product needed. I was very excited to get them done and I told her that I had been growing them out. When she showed me the mirror as she finished they were so thin! I was so embarrassed to let anybody see my face as I was walking out. I looked like someone got a sharpie and just made an arch for an eyebrow. I then had to go look for a product to fix the monstrosity the left me with. And to top it off when as other customers were paying they were asking for tips which is absolutely so rude. The customers were so upset with their service! Experiencing the he service in that place was as like a watching actual footage of restaurants before Gordon Ramsey made them whole again. These people need the Gorfon Ramsey of nails if their going to survive. So do not waste your time!

Amazing service. 🥰 honestly if you dont speak up for what you want they are going to do there way, but GIRL I showed them a picture of what I wanted and they did it exactly the same! IN LOVE!!

They were busy and I didnt have an appointment and they worked me in for a manicure and pedicure. Always a get great results there even after a year of missing out due to pandemic.

Got my nails done yesterday by Vinny, and I could not be more pleased with them!!! I was hesitant because there are no nail salons on this side of town with great reviews, but I truly believe Vinny Nails deserves 5 stars! From the very beginning I could tell I would be happy, Vinny paid very close attention to detail and took the time to make my nails perfect! I have no complaints! Everyone was so friendly and I was helped immediately when I walked in the door. And not to mention affordable!! I was shocked at how inexpensive it was to get a full set with gel polish!! I will definitely be making this my regular nail salon and highly recommend to anyone looking for a good nail place on this side of town! Thank you Vinny!!

I made an appointment but that didnt mean much to them. The girl who did my pedicure and manicure did the least it was possible to do. She did not care whether I was satisfied or not. The pedicure was okay but the manicure was not. She was in a hurry and did a poor job. The polish job was very substandard. The polish began peeling off almost immediately because she didnt take care with how it was put on my nails. I will never go back here again.

I love this nail shop. They do the best job in town. I recommend them to everyone. I never have a problem with my nails lifting since I starting going here. All of the staff is super nice.

Only salon Ill go to ❤ my nails always last forever and they make sure I leave with my nails perfect everytime. They arent overpriced and they have a huge selection of nail tips, colored acrylic, and they even now fo the dip powder. I love the fact that their polishes have the option regular polish, gel, or dip for each shade and the gel always lasts well over 2 weeks on my nails and toes everytime. Im always receiving compliments on my nails and I tell everyone I know to go to Vinnys.

In Tucson for a wedding. My friend found Vinny Nails on google map so we decided to try it. The place is nice, clean, and inviting. The people are also nice, inviting, and attentive to your needs. The place is very organized and appointments are done in a timely fashion. To top it all off prices are very reasonable. If I am ever in Tucson, Vinny Nails will definitely be my go to spot.Faith.

By far worse place Ive ever been to in my life. I had a flight in the afternoon so the morning of this day I stopped by vinnys to get a acrylic nail set. I asked for ombre nails they painted my nails all pink and the shape was off i showed them the photo again and described to them this is what I wanted. They quickly refused to re-do them stating they had other appointments & that I needed to pay for the nails and leave i wasnt going to pay $60 and not get the nails I wanted!! at this point they locked the doors and tried to cut my nails off I left home crying and paid the $60 dollars didnt get what I asked for and almost missed my flight and they still cut the nails right across on every finger I wouldnt recommend you get your nails done here the customer service is unacceptable my whole day was ruined and I was treated like a criminal Id recommend anyone considering this place to reconsider and to read the reviews before booking.

This is the only place I trust with my nails. The staff here are all so friendly. I love the fact that this nail salon is clean and sanitary. Im never disappointed when I come here. There is so many cute nail decos, stickers, colors, etc to choose from. Plus the adhesive they use to adhere your stones/pieces to your nails never fall off.

It was very busy when I came in, but to me, thats a very good sign. I had came without an appointment and they took less than 10 mins to attend me. I can safely say that this is one the few times Ive had a nail technician do a fantastic job on both my hands and feet! The vibe in the salon was very homey and worth every penny! I went there two days ago to get my nails taken off and redone and it before she even got one hand off the lady ripped my thumbnail almost completely off and told me that I was okay I was going to be fine what a joke they are

I have been going to this place for YEARS. I am so picky with my nails and every lady that has done my nails here has been so great with making sure my nail shape is what I want and giving me perfect gel nails! I have longer nails so I dont trust most with my nails but this place is my GO-TO. I would recommend them to everyone! There is a pretty big staff and they are all so friendly with the customers as well with one another.

My absolute favorite nail salon! They are always booked, so make sure to make an appointment! The owner of VINNY NAILS is very sweet. She knows the majority of her customers names. All the ladies here know how to do great fills. They have great colors to choose from. They can do designs and also powered dipped nails. All reasonably priced!

I think the Vinnys is awesome!!! The staff always recognizes me and makes me feel at home. I always get what I ask for without any complaint . She makes sure that I am comfortable.I have read some of the other reviews and I feel bad for those who had a bad experience. I was having a bad nail day. Another salon messed me up really bad, so I came here desperate for help. I walked into the salon and they were so nice to me. The lady (sorry cant remember names :)) worked her magic on me and did an AMAZING job! The massage included that she did was fantastic! I almost fell asleep. Finally I have found a location to fix my eyebrows. The woman did a good job.They did not receive five stars because it was not in a private location, I was seated right behind the counter while my eyebrows were being done and when I asked for a brush to brush them there was no brush available.

I usually have a good experience but this time I got there to get my nails done and other people came in after me to do the same thing and was taken in before me I was waiting for almost an hour before they took me back

Absolute garbage :/ . I had got a full set there and I was extremely disappointed at the effort and time the woman was taking on my nails. My nails looked too thick and had balls of acrylic underneath them. The last time I got my nails done was at a place in st. Marys, next to the Italian restaurant and the woman did a wonderful job . They looked so clean and natural compared to these disgusting globs. I just want a re-fund or to have Vinny be able to fix them for me and Id love to give them a second chance .

I went here last Thursday to get a pedicure, first off I get in the chair and the tub already had cold water & they then told me they had just put water so they insisted everything will be fine, then the lady doesnt even let my feet soak for 2 minutes she then starts to cut my nails (without new sanitized utensils) she was saying how she had already had everything ready for the next customer. She tells me that I have two ingrown toenails so she proceeds to dig into my toes and I tell her shes hurting me and she then ignores and I begin bleeding non stop . I knew something was wrong with my toe began to get swollen I let it go and let her finish the pedicure, she not once gave me s short massage which I always look forward to the whole pedicure lasted about 15 minutes before it was over . WORST EXPERIENCE EVER . One day after I noticed my toenail was started to get PUSS ! I went to a local urgent care where there they told me I contracted FUNGUS from dirty utensils! I will never go back to this disgusting place again !

I went in to get my nails done and that had been my second time going to vinny nails and never again will I go! I spent 50$ for nails that didn’t come out the way I wanted them to! I spend 50$ on black pointy shaped nails with matte cote added to it! They are way to over priced for something so simple and my nails came out round instead of pointy!!

Very unprofessional. I had a scheduled appointment for 530 then proceeded to wait for 45 minutes before anyone acknowledged me waiting. When the woman approached me to notify me that it would be another 20 minutes, I told her that would mean Im waiting an hour for my scheduled appointment time. This isnt the first time this has happened. From a Professional standpoint, you should not accept nor schedule appointments for people if you are not going to have someone readily available to help them at their scheduled time. Will not be returning here.

My experience at Vinny Nails wasnt all set out to be as I expected. Many people wrote nice review about the nice environment and people, although it was the exact opposite for me. As I walked into the nail salon it was very crowded to get around, peoples face expressions werent exactly welcoming and peaceful. Aside to that they immediately helped me to a small booth to get my nails done. I noticed when I sat down that fake nails where scattered along the floor many used nail things were scattered all on the work station. As we began we start small talk the lady began to criticizing my age and laughing about it like it wasnt insulting and rude . My nails didnt come out to expected but they were alright. I will never set my foot inside Vinnys Nail Salon again because of my terrible experience.

They did a horrible job on my nails. The gel didn’t even cover all my nails and I showed the lady a picture of what I wanted and didn’t even come close to it. Some techs are good but the one I had was just plain terrible. I am so embarrassed

The nail technition left in the middle of the full set and I had to wait 20 minutes for her, also was angry when she let her know like if it was my fault .

I have been here twice and left VERY upset BOTH times!!! The fills I got the first time were wavy and she trimmed them much shorter than I asked for. Also, the color I picked was out but instead of telling me she just used a different color. When I said that wasnt the right color and that I didnt like it she just said, its ok its a better color. My second visit was for a pedicure and the guy who did it was EXTREMELY aggressive and cut me a few times. I was starting to cry it hurt so much and it took my daughter yelling at him to be gentle before he stopped. I asked for a color and design and, again, the color was wrong and, again, I was told, Its ok. He had to get another guy to do the design and it was so ugly and even though I said I didnt like it and that it was ugly I was YET AGAIN told, its ok. I will NEVER return to this place which is a shame because Vinny has been doing my nails for almost 10 years. Hopefully he can get his workers to do better and I will possibly return.

It was ni e but she wasnt paying attention on the length then she chiseled the magnum after it was painted made it crooked i dnt like them.

Very clean and friendly and I didnt wait long but one thing was they didnt do my pedicure the way it was suppose to the only thing they did was wash my feet and just clean the nails but they didnt even take the dead skin off that the whole reason I wenR in for. I could have washed them myself and painted them.

I came to this salon because it was recommended by a friend. When I first walked they sat my sister and Farley quickly we probably waited like 5 minutes tops. The lady that took my sister started right away on her nails then the lady that took me sat me down started cleaning her station and then got up and started walking around the salon 20 minutes later she came back and started my full set. I told her what kind of nails I wanted the stilleto almond and she suggested the coffin right away and before I even said yes she started cutting the tips in the coffin shape. I let it slide. She then gets up and leaves my nails with just the tips and doesnt come back for another 20 min or so. While Im waiting my sister is getting her nails done and the lady kept pushing the gel polishes on her I told her to just get the normal polish and the lady seemed to get upset at then my sister said thats not how she wanted them she wanted coffin but the lady ignored her just did them square. When the lady finally comes back to do my nails she only put acrylic on one hand and filed it and then she gets up to do some ladys eyebrows. I understand they are busy but is she doesnt have time to sit and finish a full set she shouldnt be taking people. She then comes back after 30 minutes and then finishes the other hand but then leaves again at this point I ask for someone else to finish my nails because Ive been sitting in the chair and my nails keep getting halfway done. She then comes back and finished my nails because she herd me complaining and finishes my nails then ask me to move to another station for the gel to dry. She has me sitting for a good 30 minutes without the gel my hands in the UV light and I ask when is she putting gel on and she says hold on about 20 minutes after that she puts the gel and shes in a bad mood. I should be the one in the bad mood because she has me waiting for her. After I finally am done and go to pay for musitar and I, i give the lady partial cash then the rest on the card. She has the nerve to ask me is the cash tip? After I told her this Id $40 cash and the rest on the card I told her no thats 40 out of the 70 and the 30 is in the card she says so tip is $5 ea of the $40? That got me angry she was forcing a tip I was going to leave her a tip but after I paid so she basically forced me to tip her before I even paid. I finally got out of there after about 3 hrs of me sitting there waiting on a women who was to busy. My nails did turn out good I really like them but I wish she wouldve focused her time on what she was doing because one did come out crooked but when I mentioned it she completely ignored me.

I just got a manicure and pedicure at this location. I am pretty disappointed after spending $81. My gel polish was all bumpy. I had to ask multiple times for the lady to fix it and she kept looking at it like she had no idea what I was talking about. The gel not only covered my finger now but also onto my skin. It was not cleaned up after she was finished. I went in there to relax on my break from work, but instead left feeling more stressed out than when I Came in. I tipped and was very respectful to the staff, but I will definitely not be returning.

Walked in wanting a pedi lady told me to go over the the pedicure section so I did, no one address me I was literally standing there even asked another lady do I just sit down wherever? So thats what I did I was sitting in the chair for almost 15 min *STILL NO ONE HAS ADDRESS ME FOR MY PEDI* finally i got up started putting my sandles on and once I do that then someone says oh Ill start the water now like no. Could have at least done that when I sat down not right when Im ready to walk out! horrible coustmer service 0 starz

Came in for a mani pedi and it did not go well... Let’s just say I skipped on the mani... I had gel to begin with and they charge to take it off... At the end of my pedi I still had gel on my nails!... the lady wasn’t going to cut my nails and after asking she was upset because I spoke up... The nail polish looks horrible and my feet don’t look like they just got done... Not a satisfied customer... Thumbs down... Now I get to go to my sisters graduation looking like my 5 year old did my nails... tear, tear...

Terrible service. Been here three times and never got what I wanted. They just do what they want. Last time I paid 50$ acrylic set and my fingers hurt so bad from being cut around the nail bed etc..
