I came here to not to drag down this nail salon…. But maybe to improve the quality. Every time I’ve come here for acrylics they lift within a week and a half. I’m used to my acrylics lasting 3 weeks with no lifting. I’m not sure if there is a step that’s being missed? They look amazing when I leave the salon but I’d love for them to last. The pedicures are great! Hope this is helpful

I’ve been a customer here for years, and 8/10 times I’m happy with the end result. However, the last 3 times I’ve gone to get a pedicure the massage chair has been broken, and they don’t seem to care at all. A couple weeks ago I took my mom for her first pedicure ever and her chair was stuck on one massage point the entire time, which after soaking for 30 minutes (longer wait than usual), then getting the pedicure, can really start to hurt. We asked them if they could turn the chair off and they just shrugged and said it’s broken.. I can also say that the 3 chairs I’ve experienced as broken are all different chairs, and I’m sure they are aware of this. Seems like things are getting looked over, and I’m just not going to pay the same price for a service that used to be better. I’ll be looking elsewhere for my next pedicure.

The first time I went I thought this place was clean and had good service. But, the quality of the products not very good. Had to go back to replace product and it wasnt a broken nail it was the powder dip that was peeling off.The second time it was a crack in one of the nails do to the products and peeling again.I decided to go somewhere else.

Some places will rush the work when they’re busy but the gentleman who did my acrylics did an amazing job while juggling so much around the salon. Everyone is very friendly. 10/10 would recommend. I’ll only come here from now on.

I didnt get a chance to set an appointment here just yet but the ambiance is fantastic. I am the new hair salon owner next door and cant wait to open up next to this beautiful nail salon.

Very nice and attentive. There was no wait for myself and my step daughter to get pedicures. Unfortunately we had to leave because the warmth of the water on my step daughters feet made her have to use the restroom... she didn’t make it on time. So we had to leave, but when we returned the nail technician still had our seats available with warm water waiting. I’ve never been to this particular nail salon and I have to say I think I found my new nail salon. ❤️

First time I went in I was not to pleased with my nails. The service was ok not the best. Price was a bit high. The guy was rushing me to pick a color. He was not so nice. I wanted to give this place another chance. So I went back and went with a new person. Im so glad I did. The young lady that did my nails was Vi. She was so attentive to what I wanted to get done on my nails. Vi helped me pick a good color to go with my skin tone. She had such great customer service that I decided to also get a pedicure done by her. I was not disappointed. Wish I would have gone with her the first time I went. You could tell the difference between the first nails and the second ones.

Had an amazing manicure and pedicure by Amy! Upgraded to the spring pedicure special and it was by far the best. She didn’t rush me to choose my color when I was indecisive and she took her time doing my nails and with the massage. I felt spoiled and anyone who comes here would feel the same ♥️ They also used tub liners and wore gloves the entire time, which for a germ freak like me was very comforting as well. I will absolutely be coming back 💅🏼 Thank you Amy for making me have such a wonderful experience :)

First time here. Got a mani pedi. They were packed so thankful my cousin made an appointment. They have MANY colors. And so pretty. I chose tutti frutti however on my toes I get regular. And it was running out, so the lady went to the back and I realized later that day, she put a completely different color on my toes. I always get gel on my hands. And this was the correct color. However it has been about 5 days and 2 of my middle fingers are already peeling the gel! I live in NYC so I frequent nail salons. My nails usually last 3 weeks easy. I havent done anything intense to have them peel. Pretty disappointed seeing as the price is $10 more here than in NYC. The lady was so nice, but probably wont come back here. Later after I wrote this the front of 1 of my thumbs chipped and peeled off. :(

Everyone at Classy Nails is very friendly. The give you exactly what you ask for, and are very precise with their shapes for acrylics. Will definitely continue coming back.

Went in for a fill today and had such a great service! I love love my nails! The guy I had was so nice and did a great job managing the store during a busy schedule! Also great with treating all costumers w respect, even ones that were ungrateful or rude!

I usually have a problem getting the right nail shape I want at salons and this one did it! The work was great, my nails are going on the full 21 days and still look beautiful as Ive done, laundry, dishes ect. Will definitely be back!

It was my first time here and I was happy I tried them out so polite and professional Mary did a great job. She completely relaxed and made my feet feel great.

I usually love this place, they are friendly, I dont have to wait too long, and I like the way my nails look. But this time Im really disappointed. I got my usual sns powder dipped nails last Saturday and they looked wrecked within a few days. I always do the powder dip because of how strong it makes my nails, it usually lasts almost a month. Im so upset that I paid $40 for ugly nails, and now I feel like I have to find a new nail place when I love this one! Maybe it was bad product or a technician having a bad day? I will vouch that every other time Ive enjoyed their service.

Classy is the best nail place in Tucson! I’m from out of state but go to UA and have tried many nail salons in Tucson but none are as good as Classy!! They last a long time and if one breaks, they gladly fix it! Also have tons of colors! Highly recommend.

Mediocre nail salon. Customer service is lacking. Always came in with pictures to show what I was requesting for the full set but it was always overlooked. Asked associate for purple coloring they said pink would look better. Then on different visit I explained I wanted gel manicure and pedicure but associate was busy on phone they did regular coloring and became upset since I didnt stop them. Just not the best customer service from personal experience. Im sure some of the techs here are great with quality experience but I have yet to have a good service everytime I went in for nail care

Beautiful job on my ombré acrylics. Ive never done acrylics before but he did an amazing job. The staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is welcoming. The store is nicely decorated and clean. Prices are reasonable as well.

Asked for powder dip nails and they did not do them properly. Used UV light which they are not supposed to use to process. The whole idea of doing powered dip nails is to avoid the UV light since it is bad for you. Would not recommend.

Love this place! Whenever I am home visiting, it is a treat to go and get my mani + pedi there. I went yesterday and the experience was great. Chloe did a wonderful job on my hands and toes, taking her time but not being so detail-orientated that I feared I would never get out of the salon. I also got a seasonal, fresh-orange pedicure where fresh oranges were used and squeezed on my legs along with an orange scrub and it felt quite luxurious, especially for the reasonable prices. I highly recommend!

Ive only done Acrylic nails in Mexico and I was very nervous to get them done here. I was recommended this place by a friend and I loved the work they did. I had always gotten squared nail but this time the lady that did my nails encouraged me to do them a bit different, so i got a different shape of nails and i just love my french tip nails (never done french because i thought they were too simple, well i was wrong ). The staff was very friendly and this is such a nice clean place. I am defenitly coming back to this place !

I’m originally from Scottsdale, but lived in Tucson for 7 years and I never even thought to deviate from Classy Nails once I found them . The prices are seriously unbeatable ($48 for ombré acrylic full set and $28 for pedicure 🤯 ).INSIDER TIPS: They get really busy at peak hours, so if you don’t want to wait long you should definitely make an appt. Also, I’m blanking on his name because it’s been over a year since I’ve been, but the absolute best nail artist I’ve ever had is the man in the first row in chair 1 or 2 (Mention this to whomever answers the phone when you make your apt).I highly recommend Classy nails to any and everyone.

Of all the nail places Ive been to in town this is the only one where I have found a tech who actually does a perfect job every time. Steven is does amazing work and really pays attention to what the client wants. I even trust him enough to choose my nail colors for me when i cant decide. I love this place and recommend it 100%.

I got my nails done (dip manicure with an artificial tip) for NYE on December 30th. The appointment was so stressful--someone on staff rolled their eyes at me when I didnt know where to sit. I picked a color but there wasnt enough dip for me to use it, so the nail tech picked a different color that I didnt like (and didnt let me get up to pick another). Fine, whatever. At that point I just wanted to get done. She then filed all of the tips crooked--it looked like they were round on one side and square on the other! and I had to point it out. She didnt seem to see the error and I had to ask 3-4 times for her to go in to fix it before I gave up and accepted my crooked nails. I still paid and tipped because it was the holidays and I didnt want the fight.My nail broke while I was washing dishes less than 24 hours later. Bummer! I went in to the salon today (Jan 2) and the nail tech was super friendly and apologetic, and fixed the broken nail for me. She also sanded down and redid the top coats on my other nails without asking, but I figured it was to make sure they are all secure so I didnt say anything. While I was drying my fixed nail, someone came in to make the same complaint as me--I should have known it was a sign!I got home 3 hours ago and I just broke another (different) nail while petting my cat! Ridiculous. Im so disappointed. Ive heard dip manicures can last 3-4 weeks and I cant even get one to last 24 hours from this place. $40 for two broken nails in 2 days. Im just going to buy nail glue tomorrow and fix this one myself, I dont trust them to fix it. Beautiful place but would not recommend if you are hoping for a manicure that lasts more than a day.

Tryout no to figure out how I️ can leave no stars. I️ was very happy with this place. They did an amazing job last time I️ was here. I️ came on yesterday and had some lady mess up a 50 dollar mani pedi. I️ use glitter gel polish. Guess should get someone who knows how to do this. They did not do a top coat on my toes and put over 5 layers of gel trying to fix the mess she was making. Rather than make a scene I️ set up an appointment to fix I️t. I️ got there this morning early for a 10 o’clock appointment. I️ was chastised for not remembering who did my nails or which station. I️ have never had a gel removal before and the guy proceeded to file my nails and the area around my nails. After an hour and a half and the guy chipping at my nails I️ now have stubs where my nails used to be. He put a different color and now it is scratched where he tried to repair where he made mistakes with the polish. This was the worst experience I️ have ever had anywhere. I️ normally would never post but feel I️ should say something. I️ would never ever recommend this place to anyone! Ever

I highly recommend this nail place. I am new to the area, so I tried a few different nail places, but I havent considered going anywhere else since coming here. The nail techs are all very patient and attentive, even when it is busy. They have a large color variety and the atmosphere is very relaxing.

I had previously, rated this business pretty well in the past, and upon my recent visit I was extremely disappointed. The service provided here is nothing more than a turn and burn scheme. There is no sense of hospitality, familiarity, friendliness or good customer service. I went in for a gel manicure and was in and out in 15 minutes flat. Thats with a 5 min wait. The receptionist kept asking what services the ladies waiting, wanted and would point and shout where to sit. The service i received was done way too fast. I didnt get a massage or feel like i was getting a manicure. I work a lot with my hands and look forward to a good massage and NOTHING. its not a place Ill be returning too or recommending.

I just had my first experience with Classy Nails By Le, and I am a very happy customer. I literally walked in, they were pretty busy, and I was seated at a station within 5 minutes. I decided to get my nails, get a pedicure, and get my eyebrows done. I got the full treatment by Anna on my pedicure, Holly on a new set of powder nails and my eyebrow wax, and Mr. Wong was always checking to make sure I was comfortable. Mr. Wong even helped me pick the color for my nails. Needless to say, this Diva looks and feels fabulous! Classy Nails is clean and modern, has a nice atmosphere, and has earned themselves a new customer in me. Did I mention that my nails and toes look delicious? Thank you Classy Nails By Le!

I went in for an acrylic fill with gel polish and was seated immediately. I forget the name of my nail tech but overall I was very underwhelmed with my nails. After filing my old polish off, he applied very little new acrylic to my nails leaving them extremely thin and fragile. The nail tech seemed tired and rushed, even though several techs made comments about how not busy they were that day. I was probably in and out in 30 minutes which is great for someone short on time and not looking for quality. Two nails broke within a week and I decided not to go back. When I went to another salon to get them fixed they commented on how poor my last fill was and specified that no nail tech should have filed and left the corners of my nails so thin.I would maybe go back for a pedicure, as the chairs looked super comfortable, but wouldn’t trust them with my fingernails again.

My favorite nIl salon by far. The place is always clean and well run. They sometimes have a wait but it seems fair when people get called back. Tons of colors and choices and so many techs work there that no matter what you want done someone there can get it done up for you. I cant say I really have a nail tech I go to routinely but I go here regularly and am never disapointed. They even have little cookies/water snacks when youre waiting.

I requested a specific pedicure service gel pedicure. Did not get that...then the wrong color was n out on my nail after I mentioned it twice to the gentleman. He apologized but didnt fix then he chiped my toenail paint when he was putting foam sandals on. Total was about $40 for the entire service. Not the best service. A real disappointment since many close friends recommended this place to me.

My overall experience was decent, very friendly staff, prompt service, etc. The only issue I have is I told my tech I wanted my nails shorter, my right hand is the closest to how I wouldve wanted them, my left hand is noticeably longer. When I told him shorter, he kind of refused saying my nails were already short (I dont remeber ever getting his name, but he was at station 16 on the date of my visit 12/21/19). Other than that, Im happy with the service I received. Not sure if Ill be going back.

I discovered Classy Nails about 3 years ago and have been going ever since! I love this place! I’ve never had a bad mani or pedi! I recently started doing SNS dipped nails and they come out fantastic every time! I highly recommend this place!Helpful hint, it gets busy! So call ahead of time to find out wait times or call to see if they have an appointment, of course they take walkins, but this place is a local favorite and have busy days!

Cindy Hong is the greatest so clean I got all white gel on my hands and feet she seriously make sure everything is the way you like it she so gentle I was so set on where I use to go but I’m happy I came here classy nails is so pretty inside and so clean doesn’t even feel like ur in Tucson feels like you are in Beverly Hills cause how pretty they have it in here thank you to every one who works at classy nails every one is so nice this is my daughter account my daughter who is 10 yrs old comes here with her grandmother and swears by this place and I totally agree now!! I used to come to Classy Nails on a consistent basis years ago when I was keeping up with acrylic manicures and they always did an amazing job. Hadn’t been there in about 4 years because I simply stopped going to any salon for a while, but I went in yesterday with a couple of my girlfriends for basic pedicures and it looked like they’ve expanded the space inside, have more employees, more stations. The staff was just as wonderful as they had been when I went years before and the service was awesome! I’d expected no less and I was not disappointed. This place is doing so well and I’m really glad to see that

I’ve been coming here for over 2 years because they do great work. The business is family owned and operated which I like. Today I got a whole new set. My old ones were taken off and a beautiful new set of acrylic nails with gel polish was done. Today Uyen(Pronounced Wen) did an awesome job. She takes great pride in her work. I liked everything, but they take too long and had me wait for my nails to be done for an hour. I recommend coming if you are not in a rush but if you are don’t come here. They are a little expensive too

I was truly dedicated to my old salon. I had been going there for years. I had a terrible experience the last 2 times so I decided to try somewhere else. I was so happy I did! They did an amazing job. They fixed the shape I wanted, they were so gentle with the machines and my nails look the best they ever have!

If I could leave more than 5 stars, I would.My nails look great! This is the first time I’ve been here, I came in here with acrylic nails from another shop that looked horrible. But I was fixed up in no time! I can’t remember his name but the man at table 2 helped me and I will be booking appointments with him from now on. I’m sure everyone is good here tho!I was shocked by how big, clean, and beautiful the place was. I’ve never had a “nail lady” until coming to Classy Nails. I bounced around from salon to salon & Ive been a loyal, regular customer here since 2017. I’ll be moving soon and will so sadly lose my favorite “nail lady” ever, AMY! She does incredible acrylics and pedicures. She takes her time and is patient and kind if you have any concerns while she is working. The quality and price CANNOT be beat anywhere in Tucson ♥️

Very nice atmosphere and I actually loved my nails at first, the shape and the color/color choices were great. I got a gel pedicure and gel full set. After looking at them I noticed some nails werent the right size fit for my finger nail, some were to small. Then within 3 days I have had 5 nails break completely off. I wont even feel it break, just look down and Im missing another one. Its so embarrassing! Ive never had this happen and am very disappointed. I spent a lot of money here and its sad I couldve got press on nails that last longer. Was going to come here regularly, but these nails have now become a burden, it looks so stupid missing half my nails!! I wouldnt go here if I were you, even if it was just a horrible technician dont risk getting her! I didnt get her name unfortunately.

I was never one to get my nails done often because of the process and because of the many nail salons I tried in Tucson I never enjoyed the expierence enough to return. However, at Classy Nails by Le I found a professional yet relaxed atmosphere with welcoming employees. Every technician I’ve seen has displayed the same quality and consistency in their work. I’ve never had to wait more than a couple minutes if at all on a walk-in appointment because there are more employees who are all fantastic and efficient workers- I’m more than pleased every time! Getting my nails done is now a pleasure and not a process because of this place. Thanks Le and Staff! You’re wonderful!

This place will probably be my new normal nail place. I needed to get my nails done on Monday, but my normal place was full so I called ahead here to ask about prices and to schedule an appointment. The service was wonderful from beginning to end. The receptionist was very pleasant and informative over the phone and in person she was incredibly attentive and hospitable. The prices are extremely reasonable and the woman that did my nails was very good. They have so many colors available and in many different types. The color I got is really nice and Ive had my nails for about 4 days now and I havent had a chip in them at all! They all really focus on treating you and they dont rush you out like most nail places often do. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

I like the spa pedicure the most. Service is great, friendly people and prices are very good. What I didnt like is that a couple of times they never asked which spa treatment I wanted so I had to get what they choose to give me only to realize the person didnt speak English. Ugh.
