I love going to the gym everyday!This place is clean, and specially during the pandemic, they’ve taken extra precautions to keep everyone safe.The workouts are challenging for every level of fitness. I love the intense 30 mins of work and you’re done feeling like you worked out for hours.The coaches are fun and supportive, and the members are encouraging to everyone. Try it, it’s an investment worthy of your time and money!

I have been going to this gym almost 2 years now and it’s been one of the best things I have done for myself. They are so welcoming and will make you feel you are a part of a fit family. I have been to many gyms but I have to say this one is the best one! The staff is great and personal trainers are great. The classes are very high intensity but they are modified for you if you have any injuries.I have never been to a gym where they see you as a family not as a number. They trainers know you by your name, they will check up on you, and they will help you reach your goals. They have challenges during the year to help you keep accountable. They care for you, your health and your main reason WHY you are there. The trainers are awesome they will go above and beyond for you. And I cannot say enough about the owners Rob and Carol, they have such a big heart and care so much for their members. If you want a GYM where they care this is the GYM for you!!!! They also offer personal training and group classes!
I love this gym. Im currently doing their 8 week program and love it. The workouts are quick, effective and push me to do things Id never do on my own. Im already seeing results and am on week 4. I would recommend this gym to everyone!

I like it here! Leaders take interest in each persons abilities and coach them accordingly to achieve their goals. They are friendly, supportive and positive while encouraging everyone to do their best. In addition the people you workout with become buddies and are fun to see each time you go. 👍🏼

My boyfriend and I did it together which made it a lot more fun and easier on the home front in terms of shopping and meal prep. The HIIT workouts were intense but over before you knew it. It felt really good to come home together, spent, knowing wed done something great for our bodies three times a week. We both lost the 20 pounds in six weeks, so that was awesome. Fit Body Foothills is a great place! Carol, Rob Joe and Alex are super people. The workout is tough, tough, tough, but I feel so great afterward. Im meeting my fitness goals and having a great time. Super positive place, people, workout, and super positive endorphins!
Super happy with the results, this place works. HIIT workouts from excellent knowledgeable trainers and staff that care about you. I hit my target with room to spare. Workouts are hard but quick and I never had the same workout twice (really helps when you dont know what to expect). Give them a try, you wont be disappointed. Thank you Craig for the encouragement.
First of all, let me start off by saying that I am very inexperienced when it comes to anything having to do with fitness, so I was extremely nervous when I went to my first workout here. But, my worries were proved wrong! The trainers were extremely helpful when I was doing something wrong (which was pretty often), and the workouts themselves were super fun. The owners were super nice and supportive, and you can tell that everyone here wants to help you reach your goals!
Fun Fitness for any ability level. The 30-minute HIIT workouts are always fun; and the Coaches will help you modify so that you can be successful whether its your first workout or your 100th. The community is supportive and welcoming.

One of the best gyms I have ever gone to. Like the fact that th ed classes are not so big you get lost in the crowd. Anyone who is looking for a gym that cares as about YOU should check them out.
The rating is not a reflection of the trainers, Rich and Joe, as they are fantastic and the reason I stayed as long as I did. They truly care about their clients.The original reason I chose to join this gym is because the former owner is someone I could relate to, he was very personable and there was flexibility for when I could workout, which was perfect for me with my unpredictable work schedule. This gym was a place where I felt comfortable and both the owner and trainers wanted to do all they could to help me.In October 2017 there was a change in ownership. I was very hesitant about this, but I decided to give the new owners a chance and I stayed because of my trainers. The new owners were not people I could relate to and not personable. It became obvious to me that they did not want me to be a client there, as they began cutting hours and wanting me to move my training to an earlier time, which was difficult with my work schedule. Most recently they cut down which days of the week I could come, which again doesn’t always fit with my work schedule. They claim it’s because they are trying to cut costs, but I don’t believe it because if you truly care about your clients, you will do whatever you can to work with them. I know they are phasing out the personal training and wanting to do just the boot camp classes. But rather than being honest with me and telling me that personal training is no longer a part of what they do, they chose to lie to me to push me out.I have been uncomfortable around Carol and Rob since they purchased the gym. Carol was very pushy with me about my nutrition and my attitude, and I did not appreciate how I was spoken to. After I approached Carol about this, she has barely spoken to me. That is no way to run a business; if you have an issue with a customer, you do everything possible to make it right. They claim that they “love up” their clients, but I have only seen the opposite of that. If you do not fit into their picture of being fit and healthy with a positive attitude, then this is not the gym for you.
This is place is awesome! They help me achieve my goals! Craig and the staff here are very knowledgeable and help me adjust my training and diet to maximize my results.

Ive been doing Fitness classes for years and I have to say that this is the best place Ive ever been to! Rob and Carol and all of their staff truly care about their clients and the overall success of their clients! I have a torn rotator cuff and bulging discs in my spine and I was quite concerned about my ability to do the classes and thought I was going to have to make a ton of modifications or risk reinjuring myself; however, I think my rotator cuff is getting better by doing the classes and my back and core feel stronger and are LESS painful! In just under three weeks, I have already shed 2% BMI. Im eating healthier and making healthier choices and I have been consistent, as best as my schedule allows, to attend the classes regularly! I signed up for the monthly membership and I wake up excited to do the classes each morning! So far, there hasnt been anything that I havent been able to do and I have surprised myself with my abilities to do things I didnt think I could! The choice is ultimately with me as to how dedicated and committed I am to a achieving my desired results; however, with their support, guidance and overall program (diet & exercise), I am already well on my way to being back to where I was just a few years ago and far surpassing that level of fitness. Plus, I can already see some definition in my slightly flabby stomach! :-)
Great crossfit training with a 5:30 am 30 minute class. There are no lifts, they keep it simple and safe, but you can get a good 20 minutes of max workout + pre warmup and stretching and be on with your day by 6:00, though they do have a full schedule of other times. Craig, the owner, is a great guy and they are concerned with health, not vanity. That is, its a sensible mentality about weight, diet, exercise, mind/gut health and how it all works together. I joined on a special price with proceeds towards Catalina Grade School, so my orientation was with many schoolteachers. And, I believe they do these fairly frequently, an admirable contribution to the community as is their presence in professional offices at Top of the Swan. Thank you!
