Very poor costumer service. People who work at the front desk never greets members. They never say good morning, or have a good day or anything. In planet fitness you pay 10 per month and yet you feel very welcomed! They definitely need to improve their costumer service especially the front door ones. Also i have noticed that so many people who work out don’t even wipe after using the machines. Maybe they need to have more cleaning stuff around because there are barely any. This could be a very good gym and even excellent if they just improve their costumer service and clean more around.
They should put more paper cleaning and sanitizing to be spread all over the gym especially next to the treadmill machines on the back on both sides. The cleaning paper and sanitizer are way far and by the time the person finish working out he would not want to walk long distance to clean so basically some people leave it unclean and it’s not good especially that corona still exists. Also they should have one in the center where all the machines facing the front desk. There is only one and its all the way on the back. Doesn’t make sense! Other than that if they put those cleaning stuff more than the gym will be perfect !
5/5 stars alone simply due to Brian Kim. He was absolutely phenomenal. He provided a responsive, respectful, thoughtful, intelligent, and enjoyable personal training session. Most of all, he wasnt pushy and was exceptional at building a relationship with me in a short period of time. I was very impressed with him (even though I was resolutely not interested in signing up for long-term personal training at the time).Im very sad to hear that he will be leaving for Phoenix in the next few months! Nonetheless, Brian should be very proud of his work. Similarly, LA Fitness should be proud of the work he has done on their behalf; they would do well to ensure they can hire more people like Brian in the future.
Only Lifetime Fitness is better, and there isnt a lifetime in tucson, so... sign up at LA
The staff are all super friendly and helpful. This location is definitely one of the cleanest and best maintained locations Ive been to. Theyre also trans friendly
Never have I seen an LA fitness operation run so smooth. Every one of the staff members are readily available to help with ANYTHING you need. Its really fun here. Jake does an outstanding job running this club google needs to add a 6th star 💪
The equipment, services, staff, other patrons are phenomenal. I gave it 4 stars only because the color scheme inside is a bit dark and depressing. And the lack of bright lighting in some areas worsens this. Overall, this location (in my opinion) beats Vasa Fitness. And on the plus side, its not nearly as crowded as Vasa.
Very disappointed with how my family and I were treated last night by a team member named Sterling. It is clear that this gym cares more about signing people up and making money then retaining its long time members.
I went back to the gym this week for the first time in over a year. I went early in the morning. The space was uncrowded, there were plenty of cleaning supplies for gym equipment, pre check-in via the app, mask mandate, and temperature check at the door. It felt very comfortable being there again. Fingers crossed it stays that way.
I like the gym but find it ridiculous that they cannot keep the pool chlorinated correctly. I have been a member for years but think I will be switching to VASA. Their pool is crystal clear.
There are only 3 squat racksThe locker room is kinda grimyThere are no windowsWeight room is too small and claustrophobic and at least needs more fans
Great trainer 1/2 hr effective workout.
Very good, thank you LA fitness, this location particularly
Staff are a lil brusk, but facility is nicely maintained. Really enjoyed the layout and spacing of equipment.
Very clean, they provided lots of disinfectant spray, kept people distant. Not too crowded. Had a great workout!
It is gravely disappointing and outright dangerous that LA fitness would blatantly ignore the city mandated mask to appease a minority of its members. Masks optional but are encouraged threatens all of its patrons in the middle of a global pandemic.LA Fitness is willingly breaking the Tucson city mask mandate and is in effect consciously endangering its workers and members.Stop breaking city ordinance and follow the law.
Great gym with all the necessary equipments. Right now they have great discounts going on low rates and more facilities. Maintaining covid rules and regulations in gym!
My only problem here is weekend hours are limited.
The service was prompt and the restaurant was very clean . I ordered the breakfast burger. I dont normally eat at fast food restaurants, but I do make an exception for Carls Jr as their food never disappoints.
Love that its not over crowded
5 stars for the staff at the 1st Street LA Fitness, they work hard keeping the place clean and safe. It nice to be able to work out again
Sure would be nice if they’d communicate their reopening plan with members. It makes no sense that Phoenix gyms are opening and following strict guidelines and there’s no enforcement in Tucson locations. Mask wearing mandatory unless you can guarantee 6 feet distance. Social distancing enforces by limiting the number of members at any given time. Store hours should open earlier and close later to allow more people to fit in. Cleaning stations should be everywhere. And people who aren’t complying should be asked to leave. Add signs telling people to wipe down their equipment before and after use. It’s not rocket science.
I have been waiting for the gym to reopen like everyone else. With the new guidelines I felt more safe about working out. I know how important it is for LA Fitness as a business to stay open and follow the governors orders. Not the case. Most members wear their mask below their nose and about half of all members on the cardio machines are not wearing any masks at all. I approached the Manager up front whom was talking to the Regional Manager behind a wall at a desk. I discussed my concerns and he said we cannot be everywhere and people are going to do it. He also said it was ok for them to pull the mask below their nose. WTH! Do they not educate the Managers? Do they want to get shut down? PLEASE GOVERNOR DUCEY audit these establishments and shut the non compliant companies down! We cannot afford to allow them to hurt the rest of us who own businesses and are doing our part in preventing the spread of this disease. The Manager also coached me on how to tell their customers to put their mask on. They are setting themselves up for member confrontations. I have been a member since 1995. I am trying to build a gym at home and once the items become available I will also be cancelling my membership. In the mean time LAFitness be compliant like your jobs, career, and company depend on it.
Got equipment missed by other la fitness
The staff members were very nice to me even though I am old and fat. Ha ha!
LA fitness just open 8/27/2020. All must wear a face mask! All must wear a face mask at all times as you are working out even on aerobic equipment! I did ask about adherence to Americans with Disabilities Act. Corporate says thats the rule and you must wear a mask if you want to work out. It doesnt matter if your health is compromised. Common sense is taking a back seat. Im sure that will work out well when some poor person passes out from lack of oxygen
Its got all the machines I need
My wife and I signed up in early December 2019 to get some personal training. The experience has been first class and we are very happy to be getting ourselves in shape, finally! Our trainer is Jacob, a very pleasant and engaging young man, who despite his youth has a very good knowledge of hints and tricks to get this old man into shape! I give this facility five stars, and I will review again in three months to see how this journey into personal fitness plays out. All of the staff we have met and worked with have been very supportive and are a credit to LA Fitness!
I love this gym. Its clean, theres multiples of every piece of equipment -- Ive never waited for anything -- the pool is fantastic and the staff are friendly, welcoming, and unbelievably helpful. Im so happy to work out here. Its a great facility. Cant recommend highly enough! :)
Jesse, Grace and Christina--the three with whom Ive had the pleasure of interacting--are wonderful! Their job description surely includes selling memberships/enticing clients to sign up for personal training which they do brilliantly, but more than anything theyre just kind, approachable people who love what they do. Hats off to this LA Fitness crew for exceptional, supererogatory customer service.
Spacious clean gym can get a good leg day or chest day in
I have been with this gym for over two years and have always been treated well. The classes are fun and the staff has been welcoming. It was intimidating to start at a new gym, but decided to meet for a personal training session. “Big Alex” who gave me the intitial tour and session was great, very patient and helpful. Reluctantly, I decided to move forward with a personal trainer. I went through a couple different ones who eventually left the gym, but finally was paired with Collin over one year ago. He is great! Our initial visit we discussed my physics abilities, limitations, and goals, which made me feel that he cared about my health and wellness. He is always kind, motivating, positive, and follows up with my weekly and monthly goals. His workouts continue to change which I appreciate because I’m not bored. He has extensive knowledge of both physical/workout and nutritional strategies to keep me striving to meet my goals. The cost has been worth it for me to continue to work on my health and fitness. It has helped me change my lifestyle and I encourage anyone to try out this gym or one of the personal training (Collin) trial sessions.
This gym is great. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable about fitness and programs. The gym is also conveniently located and very clean. I would recommend anyone who is looking for a gym in the area to try out this facility.
No enforcement of mask rules 8+ violators every time I go...daily for an hour or so.
Loved it for change of pace from outside walking; mixing it up.
Not busy early afternoon. Place is clean and covid measure are in place. Friendly staff.
Love this La! Convenient close, the hours I go are always low crowd, solid equipment. If it had 2 more squat racks instead of the 2 smiths it would be spot on.
Great club, clean, lots of equipment
Overall...It’s acceptable. Not a gym I’d go out of my way for. I’ve gone out of my way to avoid this gym a few times honestly.Meets all basic needs, free weights, weight machines, pool, shower, basketball court, cardio, stretching/yoga area w a section w fake grass to do weighted sled exercises, etc.I feel the location is a bit cramped and the ratio of women to men is bizarrely off compared to other gyms I’ve been too.
Its always welcoming and judgemnet free😊
I just finished a year of personal training with Collin. He was very patient and understanding of my needs and limitations. He always checked to see if the weight was enough or too much and adjusted it accordingly. He used different machines and exercises each time and kept a record of each one and where the machine was in the gym so I could use it on my own and he included the weight I was using for each.I feel it was valuable in correctly learning to use the machines and individual exercises.
Good place to workout 💪
This is the worse excuse of a gym. The floors are filthy, look at the pictures for other reviews they do not lie. When you walk in the receptionist avoids eye contact. When we asked for a tour it was the most ghetto-est thing ever. They point to places and rant about what it is. After looking around the bathrooms are disgusting and the pool chlorine hits you in the face like a mother trucker. Would not recommend to my worst enemy. The sales person says they require a phone number in case of emergency but they call you nonstop. If you like a clean, good gym then get out. You’re better at any other gym than this one. I would like to give this zero stars but this is as low as it goes.
This gym has a very friendly environment! The General Manager Daniel was very helpful and has went out of his way to help me and my son seek different options to meet our fitness goals. My son has expressed how he enjoys the vibe from the LA Fitness team and how they are always inviting! I would also recommend utilizing Daniel (GM) with seeking your fitness goals etc. I highly recommend this gym :)
Refreshing and invigorating.
Well after reading the app and what all the people say about it Im wondering about if i made a mistake of joining.I asked for a tour and they said yea sure and i went through the joining faze thinking they would show me around well it never happened, so i decided to walk around myself and the manager came up to me really fast and asked if i was a member...i think it was my looks so i dont know if Im going back
Im almost 67 this place works.Seniors, I hope to see you here, the pool is set up for us although I do laps.Everyone can benefit 🤪.
Clean, quiet staff are pretty friendly .
I’ve been a member for a couple years now and only as of their recent “remodel” have they not allowed members to use the equipment near the locker rooms even after expanding it and removing extra stretching space. I have been in the area working out or stretching when a trainer comes over and asks me and others in the area to leave when we are not in any way interrupting their training sessions. A couple of trainers even allowed some of their friends to continue working out in the area after asking us to leave. We pay way too much money to be denied access to a couple of kettle balls and stretching mats. I understand that the trainers are using this change in hopes of receiving more clients, but let’s be realistic: nobody wants to be trained by any of you anyway.
The gym is probably more expensive than other options. While it has a sauna it is dry heat only. It is very clean and looks brand new even though its about 10 years old. The trainer Ernest is amazing and I felt better about starting a membership after just one session with him. I feel like he knows what he is doing, and is really helpful and has a lot of positive energy.
Attention Operation manager! I am disappointed with the up keep of 2 gyms in town. Ive been a member for over 9 years. I am to the point to cancel my 4 membership and recommendations. I am giving this gym the opportunity to keep my business if I see improvement with the cleaning of the facilities. Its a great gym but year after year the maintenance deteriorates.
GREAT WORKOUT ENVIRONMENT
Im disappointed that I pay 30 plus dollars for a gym membership, and I come to a very dirty, and unequipped gym. Every morning I come to the gym usually 5am. At 5 am, you would expect the gym to be ready to go for at least untill 12pm. Toilet paper is not stocked, piss all over the floor, paper towels all over floor, trashcans full to the top. Weights all over the floor and not in proper locations. As a past general manager of La fitness in California, I say this is embarrassing to say the least. We preached to our future guests that the cost as higher than others gyms, is because this is a top notch establishment and the cleanest of all. That was our selling point. People want cleanliness and organization. This place fails to meet my expectations and many others. Ill be canceling in the morning.
Has a good amount of cardio stuff but could use having more weights. Also this location does have a lot of young college athletes, its a little intimidating but dont give up! ☺ a nice place to work out and I would recommend!
I love this gym but I dont like going there because it is too crowded. To beat the crowd, I have to go there like 5 in the morning. This location is great because they also have swimming pool as well. Next to this is Sunflower market and even ice-cream store for shake.
I was in town for work and was trying to just work out for a quick hour... the guy I spoke to was a complete douche. Im cool with company policy of charging for me to work out... 15 bucks is pretty steep though... But the main thing that irritated me was the was he spoke... I will never use LA fitness due to this guy. If one employee can act like him Im afraid how the others treat potential future customers! Either way I hope enough people read this to lose LA fitness a lot of money... He sits at a desk on the first row to the right... the nice ladies at the front told me I had to talk to him about any potential ways of working out there with out a membership!
EPIC WORKOUT
This is a great gym, where they have tons of options. It is a little small compared to the Wilmot location, but has as many options and is a lot cleaner. Staff seems very friendly. There is a pool and a sauna. There are plenty of treadmills, ellipticals, and stair climbers. They could use more pulley machines. The room for free weights seems cramped. Overall, I enjoy going to this location.
I dont think this location is as bad as people say. I see the complaints that LA Fitness seems to be very money-hungry and eager to sign you up for accounts. Very high-pressure; but its a business.Ive never had a poor experience here. The place seems relatively clean. They offer sanitation stations around the gym, and have staff clean the equipment on a schedule. This gym is REALLY BUSY. I can see how it would be hard to stay on top of everything all the time. I think the fact of the matter is for $20-$30 a month you get a gym in pretty good condition with a lot of amenities. If youre looking for the height of luxury, you should probably look to spend a little more monthly or chose a location that isnt so close to the University. I would say value worth the money.
Ive been a planet fitness member for the past two and a half years. My friend told me that la fitness was remodeled and it was better. So I tried them out for a month and half..... After being at planet fitness I learned that la fitness does not consistently clean their bathrooms or equipment.Being at planet fitness. You see someone cleaning something every hour. Either it be an actual planet fitness member wiping down their own equipment or the employees cleaning... La fitness. ..Ya right good luck. You walk up to a machine and most likely youll see someone elses butt sweat on the seat or head sweat.Never ever going back to la fitness again. Especially they charge so much money to use their dirty gym.
Great place to workout ..classes are awesome no matter which one you choose! People up front could at least smile when people walk in...
Good safe post covid workouts
They dont offer reasonable short term access for friends of members who visit from out of town. Instead, they offer an expensive one day full access pass. They say its expensive because they can have access the entire day, but the reality is, most people spend less than two hours, making it an expensive and foolish option.
Clean center with tons to do. Childcare, pool, sauna, hot tub, TVs, classes and more and more. I enjoyed my workout here.
I absolutely love going to this gym! They have anything and everything you might need to stay fit and exercise the way you like to. All the staff is very professional and attentive to your needs. They make you feel welcomed and motivated. It is very clean as well, which is something I really appreciate. It opens very early and stays opened all day making it very convinient for busy schedules. I definitely recommend coming here!
Normal LA so you can’t expect much. Personal trainers always have a bit of a power trip
Hoodwinked into coming in with the promise of a 1-week guest pass. Went to go in to redeem and experienced a pushy sales experience. No, I don’t want a health assessment, no I don’t want to watch your sales video, no you definitely don’t need my drivers license # for a one week guest pass. I just wanted to get a run in and check out the facility in my own way, and that means without a sales guy hovering over me. I was planning on purchasing a membership after trying the gym, but the pushy sales experience was enough to say no way.
Place is still really dirty. I took a break from it for a few years hoping they’d clean their act up. Treadmills are also naturally on an incline even if your settings are at 0. Very odd
This place is always dirty, like always. I’ve seen the same Q-Tips on the locker room Floor for 3 days now in plain site. The shower soap is always empty. They only have 2 curtains for 8 or 10 showers. This is especially true on the weekends. I come here because it’s so close to work however once the new Chuze Fitness opens up I’ll be there. I’ve been there at most times busy and not busy and it’s the same.
There are machines that stretch the body in ways that take less effort than doing it oneself or through Yoga. They have just about everything except a chill dip whole body submersion pool. Open 24 hours would also make it better.
You do not get what you pay for here, it’s like any other corporate, they only care about money.I had a master personal trainer for over a year and a half, he then transferred to another job so they transferred me to someone who has just started training after I was being trained by a master trainer, “Master trainer is twice as pricy as a regular one”The place is also too warm for a workout especially in the summer, it smells and the bathrooms are not clean.
Ive been working out at this place for over 2 years now. Its been a great gym. Even though its central if you go any from opening to 3 or 7 to closing youll be able to use all the weights or machines youre looking for. Suana is a nice benefit too!
Love L.A. fitness. Great pool and workout equipment😋
This gym was very clean and the staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. My one on one with my trainer Alex was great. He was extremely nice and motivated to help me out to push my self to reach my goal. I recommend this gym to anyone.
I love this club. Excellent staff, always clean, and great facility!
Although I am a fairly new member, this is by far my favorite location of the three Ive been to. (the others are Spectrum & Golf Links). Ive only had brief interaction with staff and they have all been cordial. I love the set up of this particular location, with the cardio machines upstairs. The weight room idea tucked back in an area that seems to be a little more densely packed than the other two locations, but depending on when I go (early a.m., or after 8p) I can usually get on whatever machine I want. The locker room seems well-kept, but wont be using the showers or sauna... (not my kind of thing..) If I lived closer to this location, Id have no need to go to any other.
I love la fitness it opens at 5am and closes at 12pm I love to get there early and warm up on the treadmill and stair climber b4 I start basketball theres a full court and good balls, and less people playing in the mornings. Theres so many machines and the workers help me with everything I want to try and show me how to do it correctly. You can also get personal trainers that help u focus and realize your goals and strengths and weaknesses. There are elypticals, yoga rooms, stretching stations, locker rooms, showers, restrooms, a pool, a Jacuzzi, and my favorite the sauna after working out I relax in there for at least 10 minutes it opens my pores and makes my skin healthier plus helps detox any unhealthy elements in My body. Also it relaxes my muscles when Ive over worked them I feel so much better. There are lockers u can use just bring your own lock. If you are a member you can bring as many guests as u want on a guest pass for 14 days and they have full access to everything and at any point they can get there own membership. I love this gym and I love bringing friends and people that just want to have fun or relax because u get all of that at l.a. fitness I would recommend it to anyone trying to get in shape or shape up or just try new things.
Good location, not too crowded and maintained very well.
I worked out with Alicia today and I had a great workout! She was super easy to talk to and Im definitely going to be sore tomorrow. Konrad helped me set up some future workouts. Konrad then spent a while talking to me about my knee problems then took time to teach me stretches that would help with my particular pronlem. He was very knowledgeable, and I cant wait to learn more from him. Overall a great experience!
Clean. Good customer service. Everything was well maintained.
After going from gym to gym, finally found one the stands alone in good atmosphere. Your serious about health and fitness, must join LAFITNESS! Great staff, good equipment and common comradery among everyone.
Employees typical . No help doing their texting.
Great gym but I brought my buddy in one time and they made him pay for a day as opposed to giving him a pass. They said something about them trying to get money.Ive worked at LA Fitness for only three days simply because I realized many staff only care about the money and that seems to be at many of their locations hence why they are always hiring.Customer service needs major work.
Like that its close within walking distance from my house. Only caveat it can get busy, and some patrons are not the most considerate. Other than that love the variety of workout equipment.
WORST GYM ever! Please go elsewhere! These guys just care about the money. Day 1-I go in, the staff forced me a lot to hire an instructor with a very high fee. When I said no, they kept doing follow-ups just so that I get a personal trainer.BIGGER Problem, they charged me for an extra month and my refund shows that it is in-process for 1 month and still, they did not refund me.The lady who is the manager is the rudest person ever. I have spoken to her twice about my refunds, never did anything and gave me her attitude. Also, when I said I wanted to cancel my membership, she took away my card immediately to stop my entry into the gym, I had paid in advance for next month in full- still, she made me return my membership card and I could never go back. Waste of money and worst experience ever!
Seems like a nice place but definitely really expensive gym wise just for the ability to have access to a pool, sauna and racquetball. They said it was 250$ to start for a 3 person enrollment, but We only came in to see the facility, but instead of giving us a tour they gave us an annoying 30 minute sales pitch first. Really pushy on getting you to sign up! Then gave us a quick 5min walkaround and then sat my wife down to try to suck her in again. I sat in the lobby and then saw them harass one of their ‘valued’ members saying he was harassing someone else about a machine, which he probably wasn’t. If they treat people like that I wouldn’t suggest coming here.
A big scam. Rude employees. Eric at reception and dulce is even worse.
A pretty good gym for casual workout. The weights section is smaller than I expected. Other than that, its got everything you will ever need.
This is the best gym anywhere!
Clean gym and very knowledgeable staff. Their trainers are great! They created a custom workout and meal plan for me and after one month I have already seen improvement.
I had made LA Fitness a home for myself and my family. My kids played at the gym while I paid for a personal trainer to whip me in shape. I was 8 months Prego and had to pay off/buy out my training sessions and freeze my account because it got to the point where I couldnt really work out any more. Also during my pregnancy I was sick half the time so I wasnt able to use a lot of my sessions anyways. I was so excited to save them up for later use. When I went in today to start up the sessions again which I had 33 available to use, they canceled all sessions and said I had 0. I was not told this, the manager Lawrence said it was in the contract I signed, but it wasnt clear and NO ONE told me. I literally left crying. Please dont ever go to LA. They are a rip off!
Horrible fist impression!!!!! I MEAN HORRIBLE!!!!!My girl-friend has been a long time member of this Gym, and had recently added me to her account, so we can motivate each other. They advertise a free fitness assessment when new members join. Having never had the assessment herself we both signed up. Someone dropped the ball when we scheduled that appointment, because we were introduced to a personal trainer... OK no big deal... however, he was not ready for his appointment, his loud, speaker phone conversation was much more important than the new clients that had just sat down. He dropped two waiver forms on the table and said this is so you cant sue us for making you sore and walked away for 5 mins. After reading the form, was when I realized what was going on. I was signing a waiver for a Trainer. Here comes the TURN OFF... when we explained we were not interested in a personal trainer, just the assessment and the facility tour, he proceeded to make us feel EXTREMELY uncomfortable. Scolding us about what certain Scientific Terms for working out meant, that we should pay for a trainer because we were uneducated. He has TEN years experience and he knows everything and we have no idea what were doing. Holy hell Im still wondering why I havent cancelled the membership. What a great way to make a person, who just wants to be a little more active, feel so tiny. When I look over at my girl I can tell she is holding back the tears. The jerk storms off and we had to find another to assist us with a tour. Great state of the art facility, HORRIBLE, RUDE, STEROID injecting meat head STAFF!!!!!DO NOT RECOMMEND
Ive been coming to LA FITNESS since 1/2015. After hearing that the facilities wear going to be updated I was really excited. However, it is a huge disappointment. All they did was add new floors, some borders, bathroom fixtures, and replaced less then a third of their equipment. Meanwhile the place is filthy. The bathrooms and showers are disgusting. It smells like piss and sewer most of the time. If you dare to shower there, dont forget your flip flops. The place makes you feel that you shouldnt come into contact with the shower curtain or walls. As someone else mentioned weights are all over the place. Most importantly, why cant they get a decent company to clean this place?! If there is an aqua class, send someone in after to mop up the floor. Seems like common sense but clearly not. I pay way too much money for myself and 2 of my kids. I come here because of convenience as it is close to my work. I really need to consider another company. Anyone out there go to a nice clean place? This is the location on first and wetmore. I would say the one on cortaro is only slightly better.
Great well lit and stocked with great equipment.
The people working the front desk were a little bit pushy. I just wanted to go in to the gym and accompany my sister while she was working out as I had allready been on a run earlier and I was feeling pretty tired. Well they insisted that I sign up for the free three day pass, I agreed even though I didnt live in state or anywhere near a LA fitness. So they call me up two days later and I didnt answer, so they left a message. Then they call me again two days after that and ask how my workout was, I explained to them that I didnt work out and I had left town. Then they tried to get me to buy a membership even though theres no LA fitness near me in Miami.
Evething to workout and Dance Zumba and Make Yoga too!!🎉❤🎉❤🎉❤🎉❤
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER HAD!!! I did a pay in full membership here with the promise that they had a gym if I were to relocate in Prescott which they dont. Then I called to cancel because I cant use my membership and the girl on the phone said she didnt have time for me and to refer to my contract which wasnt explained right in the first place..... I was completely respectful on the phone. How can you not have time for a customer who invested in your business!!!! I will never come to this gym again!!! I recommend Anytime fitness on Oracle rd. Katie is great and always has time for her customers!
