Lets Sweat is the best! I started going a few years ago with their newbie pass ($33 for 3 classes) and loved it! Spin + Strength is the perfect mix, and the instructors are super helpful. The owners and instructors take the time to learn your name and greet you as you walk in, which makes the environment so welcoming. If spin isnt your thing, try their Yoga Annex. The yoga studio is very relaxing and all levels are welcome.
The gym is clean, welcoming, and has a schedule that includes a variety of classes. They run challenges and community building activities that show they pay attention to morale of attendees. The theme events are fun. I feel challenged and always leave feeling like I got a great workout. They have packages and run specials to make classes even more budget friendly. Go to Lets Sweat!
I have been going to let’s sweat for about 2 years, sadly I had to move but I miss it so much and I highly recommend going here! The instructors are amazing and just the entire aesthetic of let’s sweat is homey and welcoming. If you’re looking for a good workout with amazing people this is you place.

I’ve had the best experience here, from signing up for a membership to going to classes! everyone is so welcoming and friendly and they really try to get to know you which is great. 10/10 recommend and so close to the UofA campus (I got my student pass and everyone should too!)
I have been going to Let’s Sweat since the first week they opened. Thank you Soleil and the whole team for creating such a welcoming, fun and challenging environment. Each instructor does things slightly different which makes the classes unique and you never get bored.
So this review is mostly for the inconsiderate instructors who think it’s cool to use a microphone outside at 6am (which I’m pretty sure goes against the city’s noise ordinance). I understand that we’re living through a pandemic. Trust me, I’m a full time nurse caring for a toddler and it’s been impossible to get any sleep in the morning with amplified voices yelling and echoing throughout the neighborhood. Perhaps pushing the start time back past sunrise and/or not using a microphone outside to teach your classes? I don’t know I’m just tired and in awe of how oblivious some people can be. Not everyone has the same schedule. I know your company promotes wellness, but sleep is also essential, especially for those of us working to keep this city healthy.Update: Nothing has changed. This morning at 6am along with the past several Wednesdays they are out with their mics and music blasting. It’s really not that hard to turn the volume down. It shouldn’t be this difficult to consider and have some level of respect for other people. My neighbor called as well but nothing has changed. It’s just sad.
The staff is so friendly and encouraging, always have a smile on their faces. The environment is supportive and encouraging. I am enjoying the outdoor classes!

I love Let’s Sweat! I started doing their Spin + Sweat classes about a year ago and was so happy that I finally had found the perfect workout class! Their staff are so friendly and their workouts are so good! You know you’ve found a good place when you are actually looking forward to working out (coming from someone who doesn’t naturally love working out). They’re the best!
I’ve been going to Let’s Sweat for a little over a year now and love it! There are so many class offerings to fit each members needs (HIIT, yoga, spin, strength, boot camp, run club if you’re into that.. 😜) The instructors know you by name and make you feel welcome, but also make you work! They have done such a great job transitioning during the pandemic, offering classes online and even social distancing classes in studio when they could and now outdoor on their patio. If I ever move, Let’s Sweat may have to think about expanding 😉 because they are a gem of a find in downtown Tucson!

Let’s Sweat offers fun, energizing classes in a well kept, aesthetically pleasing space. The whole team is great, however, I want to highlight Nicole for being an amazing personal trainer. I met with Nicole multiple times per month at Let’s Sweat for 8 months leading up to my wedding. I’ve struggled to get into a consistent exercise routine since high school, and Nicole coached me to get to the healthy place I am today. She focuses on overall health and wellness, including food and exercise, that is sustainable instead of a crash course that doesn’t allow you to build healthy habits. I now actually look forward to working out and enjoy eating food that’s good for my body. Thank you, Nicole and Let’s Sweat for getting me here!
My favorite studio in Tucson! All the instructors have the best energy and get me pumped for every class even when I’m not feeling it that day. They offer a great variety of classes too including, spin, strengthing, combination of both, and yoga!
I love Let’s Sweat! This is the most amazing workout facility anywhere. The staff is so knowledgeable and friendly and the workouts are the best. Every day is something different and you’ll definitely see and feel results. The classes are not too big which allows the instructors to give you feedback and make sure you have correct form, etc. The prices are very affordable and worth every penny. Lets Sweat is a great local place to workout. I appreciate that the studio is clean and that the equipment is plentiful and well-maintained. As is the bathroom! (And there are showers.) What I appreciate the most is the knowledgeable and attentive instructors and the vivacious owner/instructor. They work as a team to make every body feel included and cared for. Definitely one of the most positive exercise experiences in town.

Lets Sweat has it all - experienced and passionate instructors, dynamic full-body workouts, and a supportive environment for strength and growth. This locally-owned fitness studio does a wonderful job at serving the needs of the community and is very receptive to feedback to continue improving. I love that it is located near the university campus which makes it convenient for college students and employees. I also appreciate that they partner with many other businesses downtown for things like Sweat + Sip events. I always look forward to attending class and always leave feeling better than I did when I came in.
Let’s Sweat is an incredibly supportive and motivating fitness community. From the varied workouts (spin, yoga, strength, outdoor bootcamps, virtual options) to the instructors and staff who learned my name after my second time in, I honestly probably wouldn’t have stuck to my 2020 resolutions without them.
I wish I could give 11 stars! Lets Sweat has so much to offer and the beautiful studio has a vibe that inspires! Attending classes regularly for 3 months and counting; I have never felt so supported in my body, maybe ever. The intentional, condensed and precise workout plans (that change everyday!) have brought me out of two injuries and exciting new strength. Im hooked, and you should definitely check it out. Soleil is the best! Very expensive studio gym that is worth every penny (depending on the instructor). Book in advance because they are usually sold out. Get there early because of limited parking. Great location for downtown people and decently close to the University. Nice design with lots of natural lighting.
I love this gym! The staff is so welcoming and friendly making you feel like you have become instant friends. They take the time to know each of their clients by name! The work outs are always different, fun and challenging. The spin classes have upbeat music and the strength/TRX tease are not to be missed! I love sweating local with Lets Sweat--there is a sense of community there that I havent found anywhere else. The instructors bring such passion and joy to what they do, and the workouts are always changing, never boring, and consistently deliver that feeling that I have given my best. I joined Lets Sweat in July for a month. Me and my girlfriend were looking for alternatives for workouts. Gym was just too boring. We live near the 6th street and came across lets Sweat a couple of times and thought of giving it a try. We absolutely loved it. We loved the amount of options they have: spin, strength, trx. And the workouts are always changing. The spin class is well synced with the music which makes it even more fun. All the trainers, Nicole, Brittany, Taylor are very humble and keeps you pushing for more.The staff was also so nice and welcoming. We would easily burn anywhere between 500-800 calories per class and it was always so exciting and we would yearn to come back for the class.1,2,3, Lets Sweat.
This place is awesome! I dont usually give reviews but if you are overweight like me and are looking for somewhere to start, all of the instructors make you feel super comfortable! You go at your own pace so you can choose to make the class as easy or as challenging as you want.
Lets Sweat, the name gets to the point - yall are gonna sweat if you take a class here.I am a big fan of their yoga annex and spin + strength classes! Their instructors are kind, the playlists are killer, and the classes are just the right amount of challenging. Youll be able to take their classes at any modification that works best for you, and trust - youll be sore the next day.The building itself is extremely amazing, the amount of natural light, the way they decorate (and not to mention how dang clean it is), and the overall set up make it much cooler than your average gym or studio experience. I am also a huge fan of their adorable merch, and cant wait to add their cute stickers onto my Hydro Flask.Cant wait to catch a class again soon! Soleil + her staff are truly joys to be around, and a great addition to our Tucson community!PRO TIP: Grab a coffee afterwards at Exo, or a drink at Tap & Bottle or Royal Room, depending on how your day is going.

I love this gym! I make the drive 2 times a week from Tubac (45 mins away) and it is totally worth it! Ive tried the different classes that they offer and also have a personal trainer, Brittany (she is great and really knows her stuff). I was looking for a gym that would push my body to the next level and it has been just that. Ive noticed big changes in my body. The classes are so fast and challenging, it keeps your body guessing. I personal train once a week and I really enjoy it, my trainer also gives me homework to do for the rest of the week, so I can keep working hard from home. Ive tried different instructors and they all are so fun and different, so you can get different tastes of the same class. Everyone at Lets Sweat is super friendly and helpful, I highly recommend this place.

Let’s Sweat is an awesome addition to downtown Tucson! I love starting my weekend mornings with the 8am spin + strength class, and then walking over to Exo for coffee and breakfast. Each instructor adds their own flare, and every workout is different so I don’t get bored. I try to never miss the yoga class with Soleil. She adds a bit of strength into the class, so I can choose how challenging to make it.
I love this place! Being new to Tucson, it was very overwhelming stepping into a new gym, but everyone was so inviting and friendly I couldn’t believe it. The workouts are so challenging and are always fun. Working full-time it can be difficult to find the motivation to come up with work outs or even work out in general, but when you go to Let’s Sweat they always have new and entertaining workouts that leave you feeling accomplished. The spin portion is not the ordinary cycling, but they switch it up with jumps & pushups and good music. The circuit portions are always so different between the TRX, bands, dumbbell, and body weight exercises. Highly recommend!

I am so happy I found this community. This has completely changed the way I workout. The instructors are so motivational and encouraging. I feel more excited to go to each workout from a 6am to 5:30pm workout. The cycling room is perfect!!!! Also the floor area has a good amount of space for everyone to really do the TRX workouts. The combination of weights and cardio is perfect start of your day. I love all the instructors they all have great things that they bring to each class like some wonderful playlists that have blasts from the past or great dance moves that make you forget that you about to race; I guess those things make each workout special.

This is a convienent and fun place to get in a great workout. The spin classes are split with 30 minutes of spin and 30 of strength which is great for those of us that want both and also not too much of either. The TRX class is an also must attend. You have never been so fantastically sore. The studio is always spotless and everyone on staff is a dream.

I first heard of Let’s Sweat from a coworker. It sounded interesting, so I checked out the website and read different online reviews. I was pumped to give it a try, so I asked around to find someone who was willing to try it with me. I was a little scared to go on my own, especially since I had never taken a spin class before and didn’t know what to expect. I finally found someone!!!In June, I had signed up for the first timer special and was excited…AND terrified. My first class (spin + strength) was scheduled on 6/19 with Brittany. I woke up that morning with butterflies in my stomach. (No joke!)I arrived early to check things out and Soleil greeted me with a warm smile and conversation. She assured me everything would be fine. When my friend arrived, Soleil got us set up on our bikes. After that first class, I was hooked!!I really like the group class setting and how you can go at your own pace. Every single class I have attended is different and every instructor is great at what they do. They offer different price packages to fit anyone’s budget. I am excited to continue at Let’s Sweat!

Im new to Tucson from Denver and Ive been looking for a place to call my new gym for almost half a year. Let’s Sweat is my new home.The concept is simple. Your instructor leads you through spin for (about) 30 mins, strength for (about) 30 mins. Ive been a handful of times now and the workout is never the same. Im new to cycling and every day is a different and exciting new challenge. Your instructor has songs perfectly timed to the spin portion and if theres anything that motivates me its Beyoncé belting out Who run da world-GIRLS. The strength portion also varies--we have utilized TRX, body weight strength exercises, bands, ab dolly, flexibility and more. For those who have tried Orange Theory, this may sound similar (swap bike for treadmill), but to me Lets Sweat is much more motivating and fun, its something about the music and the environment and the instructors.For every(body). Lets Sweat has done an incredible job at being able to cater to the needs of each individual. I recently had knee surgery and Im unable to do some of the things in class, the instructors give many options for variations of moves in the spin and strength portion--without even asking. They have variations to make the workout harder for those needing and extra push and to ease it up for those having a hard time.Pricing. LS is extremely flexible with how they price their classes. You can join 4,8 or unlimited monthly or do a punch pass. I travel extensively for work and a monthly membership isnt the best option for me so I applaud LS for being so flexible with their members.Location, location, location. LS is perfectly located downtown for those who have yet to migrate to the suburban sprawl of Marana or Oro Valley. Its a hip, vibrant and fun area that is perfect for a unique and upbeat place to burn off last nights wine.Im in love with Lets Sweat and I hope you give them a try!
