Harold was helpful and polite. He helped me make a 10am appointment for an oil change, rotation, balance, alignment and general check-up. The estimate provided was to be out by 11:30am. Unfortunately, they didn’t take my car back until 11:30am. At 1pm, they circled the car around to get me going. None of the wipers were changed, no alignment performed, stated they checked tire pressure, which they didn’t. The passenger tire pressure was still really low, all tires missing one lug nut, nail in one tire left there. Rather than offering to get it right, the manager is arguing with me saying they did the job and circled the vehicle and all lug nuts were on. Spent a half a day there on my day off and nothing was done. Spend your time and money somewhere else. Still waiting to hear back from the regional manager to see how they plan to fix this.Update: Kevin the regional manager was quick to fix the issues. In light of the prompt response, I’ve changed my rating from 1 to 4 stars.

Superior Service, Outstanding technicians. They explained every detail and even saved me costly repairs but letting me know I had a tire issue that I knew nothing about even I was at another Tire shop 24 hours prior. Thank goodness for the generosity that they showed. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I typically have my car serviced at the dealership but I needed brakes and decided to give Mavis a try. I initially went to the one on Hwy 78, but ended up going to Mountain Industrial Blvd location at the recommendation of a friend. Serviceman Harold is clearly the glue that holds the service center together. The three times Ive been there, he has been there and handles all customers with patience and care. He is the reason I continue to come there and I hope management sees these comments and more importantly, values his excellent customer service.

Antonio provided courteous service, and took care of my vehicle in a timely manner.

This location is great and the staff are amazing! They make sure they customer is taken care of.I had an appointment at 9 and they got me in and looked at the problem quickly. The appointment was for my tires which I knew I might need to replace after hitting a pothole near some construction(1 tire had a slow leak and I saw a nail/screw). They put it on the lift and showed me the tires. I unfortunately had like 6 nails distributed across my rear tires. However after that they let me know my options and got me set up with the tires I wanted.They really do take care of you and dont try to upsell which I greatly appreciated!

Came here for a oil change on my Audi that cost me almost $100. Had to come back here again because they forgot to add my sticker with my next oil change and to reset my service is due sensor. Came back up here a 3rd time so they can reset my sensor spoke with Harold. I get here Harold is not here and Jim was here. Jim stated he doesn’t have the computer to reset my sensor. This location is the worst! No accountability for their mistakes. Called corporate and she hung up on me! Now I have to go to another company just to get my sensor reset! They worst customer service!

Friendly employees but TERRIBLE service. They love talking you into a deal but ended up worser off than before. Came for a nail in my tire and left with all new brakes. A week later my brakes are scrubbing. Ended up taking to another shop and the tech looked at it like what the hell. Use this shop at your own risk, clearly they dont have your best interest.

They put on a good disguise and mask terrible mechanics with deals. They will shower you with deals on deals to work on your car. I placed my car there for an alignment and set my tire pressure sensors to the car. They called and of course more wrong with it. Never fixed the sensors nor proper alignment (went to another shop to find out) but they did get me to purchase one control arm. I had to pick my car up as they were closing, as I drove off and got to higher speeds my car shakes. Rides worse than before.Solution by another shop, the lugs on wheel loose. No proper alignment. Control arm part was not necessary. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE. One star comes from one time I dropped rims off for tires. Simple pickup. Otherwise BEWARE of Harold over this janky car shop

I came in to have 2 tires replaced, estimated time 1.5 hours I spend over 3 hours waiting. The person working on my car was on His phone, taking smoke breaks and at time standing around. Ive had work done at different mavis before but this by far my worse experience. And they messed up a stud, took them 15 minutes to let me know that happened Smh not happy about this.. going on 4 hour still waiting for my car. All because they broke my stud.

I arrived here to get two tires mounted without an appointment. I knew I was going to have a long wait but I had no choice due to the fact I had to start back to California the next day. 😳 Im still in shock ( in a good way) from the customer service that was displayed on yesterday at Mavis!My initial contact was with Harold. He was extremely professional, attentive and a pleasure to communicate with. There was a moment when he was joking with my boyfriend about being a cowboys fan 🙌 while at the same time find us a set of tires that was affordable and of good quality. Harold went above and beyond what was expected of him. Mavis took a loss to no fault of the customer. Meaning, we were able to get an upgraded tire at no extra cost. 👏I was impressed with that and to see how he greeted each person, being attentive and with appreciation as they entered the location. He was patient and polite with each one of us. To top it off, my vehicle was ready within 2 to 3 hours! 🙌I returned to Mavis to pick it up my veh.I was greeted by Michael. Michael was just as polite and professional as Harold. The experience I had with Michael was pure HONESTY. As he was cashing me out, I unknowingly had (2) $100 dollar bills stuck together. Called for a appointment just to switch my tires, the first guy told me to come in. Called back to confirm they told me it was all booked up. Ended up coming anyways, they got me in but rushed it and they didn’t change the STEM system. I came back the next day now they said I have to come back Wednesday and it’s Sunday morning. Now my car says there is a air pressure malfunction. “They can’t help right now.” Horrible customer service...
